Talked with the manager and I was told that they just can't hire enough people. I don't know what the problem is at this store, but it is clear that corporate needs to come in and clean it up. I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. I took his actions as to say, the associates at Walgreens care, whether you're in Georgia or another state, we got you! On check out the young lady possessed exemplary customer service skills and pleasantness. She was thorough in communication. I appreciate a good visit at any place I go. I did have a great experience at this Gwinnett Pharmacy I must say. There wasn't a crowd or…read moreanything. For some reason I believe this place really doesn't get much business but I could be wrong. This location seemed a little small and they do not have restrooms for the public, just so you know. I had to pick up a prescription for someone with an insurance card who wasn't in their system. The whole process may have taken 5 minutes max. There wasn't any big wait or anything. Depending on where you live like I do, the distance traveled is a little great. 20 minutes for me when I could have traveled 7 minutes to another pharmacy. However the other pharmacy didn't carry what was needed, Kroger for example. I had to make two 20 minute trips there because someone (me) forgot the insurance card and drove all the way there before I realized I forgot it then had to go back to get it. Before I arrived home I had to get strong armed robbed at the gas pump first. $60 brought me a little over half a tank. (Jesus Help Us!) That would be a place you could probably just go into to take your Covid shot without any appointment. However I don't know for a fact if Covid shots are done there, it is a pharmacy and I don't see why not. To be on the safe side, call first if that's what you need before you drive there.

Even though Google, Yelp, and their website say 12AM. I stopped by just now and the employee took one look at me - and I instantly knew that look. He wasn't too happy because I showed up 5 minutes before closing. TOTALLY understandable but I didn't know I showed up 5 minutes before closing. In my head I showed up one hour early. I think he could have gotten his point across without the sarcastic, unfriendly tone. I work at a facility where if someone shows up one minute before closing or even at closing time, we still have to remain open and we don't get to leave until an hour or more later. But I'm always still pleasant to my customers. I didn't even go in because I didn't want to be that jackass and inconvenience anyone, but he certainly made me feel like a jackass. I'd suggest the manager or someone update the CVS hours, please don't get mad at your customers for abiding by the hours stated everywhere on the internet and your page. It's not fair to employees or customers. Updating the hours will probably make both employees and customers happy.

Pulled into parking lot and went inside. Pharmacy closed. Spoke with two different staff members. Both indicated the current pharmacist is frequently late and doesn't answer their calls. To the pharmacist. Thank you for wasting my time because you can't get your priorities straight. Now we must try and transfer pharmacies on the road and hope they have the required medication in stock. Corporate. Time to get someone in there that actually cares.

So she sent them the empty containers of what she wanted and said go find exactly these items. This is my third stop and they had all three of the main things I could not find at Walmart target or the grocery store. Other than the pharmacy there is a large amount of groceries here and miscellaneous items that I just didn't expect to see but the make up Aisle was very large and very helpful! Found what I needed in two minutes and checked out. Easy and easy out highly recommend. Nice staff!
