Having been to a CVS pharmacy all over the country, I never felt compelled to write a review until…read moretoday. Not that they are bad, but they were what I expect. Today was different. I was greeted by a friendly young lady whose name I will butcher, but she is in management training. The Pharmacist, Huzefa offered extraordinary service today. I was with my elderly mother who just got out of a 60-day stay in the hospital. She was a bit weak, but survived and made it out. I asked him if he would come to her, and he went above and beyond to give her a COVID booster in one arm and a flu shot in the other. It was FREEZING outside but he was patient and friendly and encouraging and kind to all of us, especially my mom. Next, the Store manager was amazing! I was reluctant to sign up for the Care plan (I am sure I butchered that too) but he explained the benefits to me, and I signed up and got a wonderful discount on the items I purchased. I don't live nearby but anytime I am in the area I will definitely come back and support this store. Excellence in retail for sure!

They may not have everything in stock mentioned on the newsletter/coupon, but they are always willing to give you a rain-check for the item. I usually get my photos developed here and they turn out pretty good most of the time. I also come here to rent movies from the Redbox kiosk located inside of the store. They also have a Pharmacy and the Pharmacists that I've talked to are very helpful in explaining medication and what not. My only complaint about this location is that sometimes there are pan-handlers wandering around outside asking for change. Nothing against them because I've donated plenty of times, but when it gets to the point where I know each of their faces then that's a problem. Not a bad Walgreen. They have security cameras on active. I would've given 4 stars, but 3 stars due to the pan-handlers.

First they refused to transfer the Rx's from Kroger and told me it was Kroger's issue. So I had to have doctors issue new Rx for all. Found out later the opposite is true and they just didn't want to do it. Several other errors in the last few months then recently they changed my Rx to a blister pack (which I don't want), said my doctor requested it, and refused to change back. My doctor did not request it. Found out today from pharmacy manager (who is very nice btw) that yes it was their error and they should have changed it. Moved my business to the CVS in Target and have been treated great and no errors. I think this place is just cursed.....

The Gas station attendant never does anything; members are constantly driving in the wrong way and have no clue what they are doing. The gas pump hoses are VERY long and will reach either side of your car... yet people will pull in and face you, so you have to back out. This is never an issue at any other Sam's Clubs I have ever visited. The Snellville gas attendant is always outside helping people and makes sure people are properly entering, but not at this location. [Mobile Checkout]: One thing I do like about Sam's Club is that you can scan everything through your mobile phone and automatically check out. This means you SKIP the lines, yet for some reason the majority of all shoppers here will stand in longlines to use the register for 20-30 minutes, ironically playing on their phones... [Food Court]: All food courts have removed their Kiosk machines. You must use their single cash register, or you can order items through the Sam's Club mobile app and pick up your items at the pickup area, which I highly recommend, so you do not have to stand in line. [Items Availability]: I have noticed this location does not carry many of the same items you will find at the Snellville or Duluth locations. I have no idea why, but items here are limited. I highly recommend always looking through produce, as they don't seem to pick through it, and you risk taking a rotten item. Prices: I have noticed that quite often, I will see an item that has a yellow tag on it, saying it is on sale. When I scan it with the mobile app, it lists the item at the regular price.
