I shipped four large boxes via FedEx through a Walgreens location, expecting them to arrive by Monday. Days later, my client told me there was no tracking movement. This Walgreen is very accommodating and friendly. The staff here always help out when you have a question. They may not have everything in stock mentioned on the newsletter/coupon, but they are always willing to give you a rain-check for the item. I usually get my photos developed here and they turn out pretty good most of the time. I also come here to rent movies from the Redbox kiosk located inside of the store. They also have a Pharmacy and the Pharmacists that I've talked to are very helpful in explaining medication and what not. My only complaint about this location is that sometimes there are pan-handlers wandering around outside asking for change. Nothing against them because I've donated plenty of times, but when it gets to the point where I know each of their faces then that's a problem. Not a bad Walgreen. They have security cameras on active. I would've given 4 stars, but 3 stars due to the pan-handlers. read more

The complete lack of customer service at this location is frankly astounding. I arrived at 10:00 for my scheduled 10:10 appointment for a flu shot. I left at 11:00 because not only had I still not been seen, I had not even been addressed at all by the staff. Lateness happens, but have the decency to to acknowledge your customers. read more

So what's this Walgreens got that other locations don't? I'm drawing a blank here. There's really not much to say other than if you've been to one, you've seen a lot. I will say the staff is very helpful, helped me locate shaving gel when it was getting later in the evening. No complaints about this location or store. read more

One of the few rare stores in Georgia that's open 24/7. [Insert clapping emoji here] I'm from Vegas where almost anything is 24 hours, so moving to Georgia, I had to drastically get used to not having that leisure anymore. But hey, at least I live nearby this 24 hours Walgreens! Prescriptions anytime! Which is perfect because sometimes I'm forgetful on refilling my stuff on time. For the past couple months though, I've been getting automated calls from Walgreens (around the right time I should be getting a refill) and asking me if I wanted to refill now or later. Soooo useful! Go Walgreens! Customer service here is just... Okay. But that's alright I don't expect fantastic customer service in stone mountain anyway! Overall, 24 hour Walgreens is a major plus. read more

I'd be more of a fan if the panhandlers didn't always accoust me everytime I attempted to shop here. Friendly, hardworking staff can only do so much. Pharmacy is naturally wary considering the store's tenuous location. There is a pharmacy drive thru window, one with the security slide out tray and a bullet-proof glass through which the attendent speaks through a phone on the wall. With the unsavery street people hanging out here, I think I will take my business elsewyhere. read more

I love the clinic here. The only bad thing here is that they don't restock some of the out of stock/unavailable items quickly enough.

I've been to this store before plenty of times and the only complaint I do have is with the pharmacy not having my prescription ready even after a two hour wait. However, that's not enough to make me wanna give this store less than 5 stars. The staff here are very big on customer service and you don't have the pharmacists racially profiling you ( unlike CVS). The store is very clean, and it always have a brand new look to it and when you need something the sales associates are eager to help because they value your dollar greatly. read more

This location is absolutely horrible!!! The Pharmacy, Photo Lab, and the store it's self. The service is terrible and unacceptable. Today I called the Photo Lab. I was on hold over 11 mins. During this 11 mins I was transferred around several times. Instead of the associated working Photo Lab state she was busy and simply get my name and number and call me back. She asked me my question and placed me on hold where she ultimately left me. When the phone rang back to the store I asked for the manager. She got on the phone. She didn't bother identifying herself and act as if was a problem because I asked for her name. The manager who stated her name was Kelly was just as unprofessional as the staff. read more

Dude this is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move away from here start getting my rx at a different location. It literally takes 30-45 minutes to get my prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME whether I go inside or use the drive through. Doesn't matter. Like these people must be on CPT cuz there is no reason that people should have to stand in a line of only five people for an hour. Never experienced this at any other pharmacy, and one time they even failed to give me back my debit card and when I came back to get it, they had lost it! I would strongly recommend getting your prescriptions filled literally anywhere else but here. read more

I requested a refill on a prescription on Monday online. It stated it would be ready on Tuesday and I will receive a email. I forgot I requested a refill and came to store on Thursday b/c I never received a email. I got to the store and the lady said I see your request but it's not ready it'll be 30 min to a hr wait. I told her I'll come back tomorrow and she ensured me it would be ready. Here it is Friday 4:32pm and the prescription is still not ready and said it would be like a 10 min wait b/c they're working on it now. I ended up waiting another 30 min. I like Walgreens pharmacy and never had this problem at a different location. I chose this one b/c it's close to where I live now but I won't be returning. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I have never been to a more rude or disrespectful Walgreens. I have been shopping at Walgreens for years and will never step foot in this particular one again. I was trying to get a prescription for my 2 year old son on two separate occasions. The first one, I sat there for 10 mins and the pharmacist was too busy on her cell phone to acknowledge me or the guy on his truck at the window. I tried to get her attention, but whatever personal conversation was better than her customers. The second one, I went through the drive through and realized I didn't have my prescription card on me. While calling the hotline so the pharmacy tech could verify my coverage, another car pulled up. Instead of asking me to move politely, she looked behind me and then said, "you have to move now!" Excuse me! All she had to say was, "could you please move forward so I can assist the other car until we get your information." I mean come on...what has happened to being nice and respectful. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in there again! I've already gotten his prescription called in somewhere else! read more
