Most recently, I was shorted half of my online order, and customer service has ignored my outreach for three weeks. Combine this with their unstable retail locations and poor staff attitudes in-store, and it's clear they don't value retention. It's incredibly short-sighted to lose a long-term customer and earn a review like this over the cost of simply fulfilling an order correctly or doing the right thing to remedy the mistake.
