And when I inquired about another item I had already selected she showed me a different option that was frequently purchased and was cheaper. He later returned and rudely told me not to touch the hair at all, despite there being no visible signage in that aisle stating customers could not touch packaged hair. I was not removing hair from packaging, only comparing sealed packs by color, which is a normal part of shopping for extensions. The employee's tone was dismissive, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. When I brought the issue to the manager, instead of addressing the employee's behavior, she defended it and showed me signage from a different section of the store, which was not applicable to where I was shopping. There was no acknowledgment of how disrespectfully I was treated as a customer. Clear signage and respectful communication are basic expectations. Even if store policies exist, customers should never be handled or spoken to in this manner. I would not recommend this store based on this experience. Ill be Shopping black owned from now on.

This new location appears to be fully stocked (if not better) with a great selection of brands. It's easier to get to than the other one in my opinion. The 3 stars is due to my bag smelling like cigarette smoke. I'm assuming someone went on a smoke break and came back and started grabbing items. With me being extremely allergic to cigarette smoke, this disgusted me the most. It smells bad, like a Smokey BBQ. I would come back here but most likely would check for that moving forward.
