Deborah and Holly are fantastic! They are so professional and courteous. They go the extra mile. You know - old school customer service. I started using Concord for Ivermectin instead of getting injected with a Chinese lab virus back in 2020. Now my wife and I use them for everything except compounding. So convenient too. They are at North Fulton Wellstar on Hwy 9 Alpharetta Hwy . But then again if you prefer being a masochist - stick to CVS and Walmart.

After an injury that left me in excruciating pain, I started using the pharmacy next to North Fulton hospital since no one else carried the pain medicine I was prescribed. I was in disbelief that it only took 5 minutes to get my prescription. They were so amazing to me and treated me like family. I take every prescription I have (that I can) and have it filled at Concord. I even discovered I'm allergic to certain manufacturers and Tammy worked very hard to help me find one that worked for me. They truly care about each individual customer which is hard to find these days and get your prescriptions in record breaking time. They are truly AMAZING!

Last time this happened the pharmacist was pocketing them....how I ended up trying your establishment. All because I asked for the girls name and she threw a tantrum. Your still paid by my insurance as of this moment. You sure you care about people? I just wanted to know who to avoid and you refused my medical care. Shame on you and you fake concern. If you are filling any type of mental health medication, find anywhere but here. My pharmacists recommended this as my other of many years had some failures. I have to have delivery due to my work hours. They use a courier service. The showed up 45 minutes before they stated before 730 am. I specifically told them that I hold the same hours. They got my delivery information. I told them I could have one of my medical couriers or my boyfriend pick it up and I was told they do not allow other people to pick it up. Which is wild considering they will let you sign the day before to be left outside if you are not home. I was trying to wrap my head around this being a new patient. If you ask any questions or point out how frustrated you are because you are completely out of medication you will get screamed at and oh, don't dare ask for their name. They unlike every medical professional on the planet will not give you the name of the pharmacist that screamed at you no matter how many time you ask, said the "manager" who sounded super familiar to the one who yelled. Fun fact- right after that they reversed and refused to fill my necessary medication for a chemical imbalance. I hate that I had to leave my other decent human being having pharmacy just to be treated like trash. If you require daily medication please save yourself. I will not be getting anything because I do not have a pharmacy, I cannot go to one during regular hours. They will allow you to come off of medication that will cause serious withdrawal and most likely a week of mania. Also-you can't just get new covered by insurance instantly nor did I get any refund. These folks are really nice here. I imagine this is how pharmacies used to operate before the…read morechains (i.e., Walgreens, CVS) came around and made everything extremely impersonal. My mom recommended I come by here to get a sling and ripping a tendon in the gym. I opted for familiar Walgreens, and got a one-size-fits-all sling that most definitely did not fit my size. Drove over to Reagan's and soon as I walked in (you can see the entire layout of the door from the door), I was greeted by the staff. A very nice lady walked up and immediately asked if I needed assistance; I asked if they had any slings and she took me right to the aisle. I told her I was nervous about buying another sling (especially since they have a sign in the window that says No Returns due to COVID). She actually took it out the box, and helped me put it on and adjusted the straps for me. Now you know good and well NObody and CVS or Walgreens or RiteAid is going above and beyond like that. I told her I would buy it, and wore it right out the store after purchase. I've heard that they also rent medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches) so that's also nice. Would definitely recommend.

Bad experience overall with this practice. I came in to address an urgent need on a Saturday…read moremorning. I will say that they did work me in for later that morning, so that was helpful. The person I saw (Walls), seemed somewhat unsure of himself. He did some things that made me better, and a couple that made it worse. At the end of the visit, I had gone through alot of pain, but didn't feel any better. Here's where it went from bad to worse.. 1. I told Walls (I don't know that I can call him Doctor) that I wanted a follow up appointment as soon as possible since I wasn't better. He told me that HE is back in on Tuesday. I asked about Dr Salzinger and was told he was in Monday morning. I had to then ask if Salzinger had appointments Monday morning to which he replied 'yes'. I then said I want to make an appointment for next available time. Walls then said '..ok; Tuesday morning then?'. I had to remind him that I wanted to be seen as soon as possible. He was more concerned with me being HIS patient and not the timeliness of care. 2. I asked for something for the pain. He said he cannot write a prescription. HUH?? A doctor?? 3. The paperwork I was given to fill out mentioned billing my insurance company. Well, he insisted on payment from me at the end of the 'treatment'.. no option for insurance. Further, I was just given a small paper receipt. Now I'm trying to get a proper receipt from them that outlines my visit and what they did. Guess what.. NOTHING! I called and the office person said they would email it over right away. Well, I'm still waiting for it and it's been 2 business days. I don't know the legitamacy of this place if they're scared to give you a bill that says what they did. I can say that, if I don't get this after day 3 I'll be taking them to the insurance board. I'm not saying they're running a scam, but it feels less than legit at this point.

After seven treatments it was clear that their therapy was not working and I discontinued therapy. I was assured that the almost $200.00 I had on the books would be returned to me. When no money was forthcoming I stopped by the practice and talked to the owner, Dr. Salinger. He looked on his computer and agreed that I was owed a refund. Later that day his secretary his secretary called and said she thought I had been there eight time and I would not get any money back. I laughed because on my visit to Dr. Salinger he had commented that "wanted to be great neighbors." My recommendation is that you run, not walk away from this practice
