Greetings, If you can't staff the makeup aisle don't lock the makeup. I waited way too long for assistance. No one answers the button when you're waiting to get the locked makeup. I am pregnant and had to walk to customer service and ask for help which was unnecessary and provided a horrible customer experience for me. If zero stars had been a choice, I would've selected it after being yelled at by a keyholder associate in the cosmetics department. I went up to the front of the store to ask to speak to the manager on duty, which is today at 2/6/2926 4:48 PM. The manager on duty was called to the front of customer service several times, and after waiting 35 minutes, I left the store. One of the more organized & clean stores I've been in. Looks like the Millenniums are running the store with their ambitious & helpful customer service. Since my household & drop off locations decreased, I didn't have the need to shop in bulk. Yet, I was reminded that variety & quantity is easy on pockets. If I'm not mistaken 16 bags that the Cashier gleefully rang up & bagged neatly. As soon as I open the trunk an employee who was getting off helped me with the bags-even swapped out his gloves beforehand. Keep up the good service. read more

I arrived at this Walmart at 8:15 to return a faulty car battery I purchased at this location a month ago. My car was having trouble starting so I came to that location before work early so there wouldn't be long wait times which I have experienced here before many times. The doors were locked closed and lights off I got out in the rain while car running no one answered door when I knocked. I stayed in my car and called automotive center no answer. I called the main line operators claimed no one there she didn't know why they weren't open. I said can I speak to a manager. She said he's not around her she would take my name and number and have him call me so I left her that info.(as of 12:15 pm no return call). I saw the light come on inside the auto center so I tried calling them again a man answers the phone says he doesn't know where the techs are he's late himself he needs to find his manager then hangs the phone up on me. While I'm on the phone with your corporate complaints line at 8:47 am comes to my car and mumbles for me to move my car to the bay. I did not hear him say to keep the car running. Because I don't want my car stolen I turn it off and came into the shop to show my receipt and explain I need a replacement. He mumbles again did I leave the car running cause "I'm not charging it in the rain". ( after I have been waiting in the rain for almost an hour). So I tell him I hope it starts up I have been sitting waiting in the rain almost an hour and getting wet to go back out there, that it's not my fault you did not say to keep it running. I go back In The pouring rain and it barely cranks thankfully as I didnt want any more issues out of this guy.(I don't know if he's going to tamper with my car). As I come back the employee states I got to give someone some grace to get here that he was late himself was supposed to be there at 6:15 when he was scheduled. I said that's not my problem they should have someone there I dont have to give anyone anything they are supposed to be open at 7 am it's not my fault you all can't do your job on Time according to the hours you have posted. He's says I'll take care of you and I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. He said there is my manager talk to him about it. I told the "manager" my experience up until that point. He says I'm sorry gave me the employees name then tells me to blame it on the store manager that no one was scheduled I said someone was scheduled at 6:15 am and admitted he didn't come to work on time that his statement of blaming the store manager was false. I said well you could have at least put a sign on the door he gets an attitude says if no one is here they can't put the sign out there ( the store was full of employees and the operator knew no one was there could have sent someone out to put sign on door till they arrived) I wasn't rude or loud or cussing or even argumentative I was stating the facts and did not appreciate the false excuses he was giving me for the lack of service. I didn't want to get into it anymore as he walked away he stated loudly as opens the shop door so other employees and customers that just arrived could hear him say I'm not in the mood for your attitude right now. I repeated in his same tone I don't appreciate your attitude right now either. He says I'm not giving you an attitude I said sorry and I didn't have to give you our names or take care of you what else do you want from me. He states you could have taken it to another Walmart I say well you sold me the bad battery why should I be inconvenienced to have to go to another Walmart. He goes in the shop and as I watch him to make sure they don't tamper with my car, I can hear him talking disparagingly about me loudly to the other employees in ear shot of other customers which I surely did not appreciate. There's another store within this store is why I came here to begin with. I'm not fond of even shopping in Walmart because of all the cuckoos that fly in to make the news with bizarre incidents...and dress code violations. First time I came here was April 2024. For a "Supercenter", it looks pretty rundown and unappealing on the outside. Inside looked depressing and like your average non-Supercenter location, equipped with Hood Staff and worn out Receipt Checkers. July, I went to their Deli and ordered some dried, heat lamp boneless wings, at full price...no discount for old food that's been sitting. Didn't know they were stale until I got home - which isn't too far away, but it's just outside their zip code. Tried to call them back the same day and had no success. I called their 1-800 Call Center number, and was told to bring back the container + the receipt. Nobody over the phone said what these people inside the store were saying, so they're free to make up their own rules. Yesterday (08/08/2024), I came here to shop with everything "they" told me to bring. The "help" and "understanding" was non-existant, along with 0 professionalism; first visit to CS: they brought out 'Rico' who doesn't introduce himself (or herself) who claims nothing can be done because the container is missing info on the package labeling. They succeed in getting rid of me the 1st time with their B.S., so I resume shopping, finish up, paid for my stuff, and went back a 2nd time... This time, I asked for 'The STORE Manager', but this time - out of the crack and crevasse of Hell comes Brittany...Personal appearance aside, I thought it was a guy! Seen too many Studs for one life time. Anyways... Nothing but Stank Attitude from this one. The rudeness was so unnecessary, I opted to leave + stating I didn't like their attitude. It's one thing for Walmart employees to try and "flex" like they're something when they're working for a company that refers to them when they lose their lives while employed to them, as 'Dead Peasants'. I digress... I'm getting to leave (and vowed to never come back to this location) when I inquired to the Receipt Checker 'How can I get in touch with the Store Manager?" You'd think the Store Manager would have some decorum and display a level of professionalism that would be far above what I witnessed with my two eyes above, but no...not here! Receipt Checker radios for 'Stephon' - The Store Manager!!! This prompted the unwanted presence of Brittany who went and got Stephon, who basically didn't want to hear what I had to say and was a complete waste of time and space. Mind you: they 'surrounded' me while I'm at the exit to the store; you know when you have those employees standing nearby as if they're concerned something's about to happen when they should be working in a store as big as Walmart and have to be told "Go do something with your time"? I found out the - forgive me, I don't know his name - the slim, Black guy working the Deli (he's always wearing a face mask) doesn't even know the return policy for the Deli he works in. Strange indeed. Said he's worked there for some years, but...doesn't know--okay. They guy that sold me the dried chicken, doesn't know the policy, and these people are making up their own rules...and trying to intimidate someone like me who wasn't at all phased but laughed at their attempt to do so...this manager could have checked the cameras for when I was actually over there, or a myriad of other things to keep me as a customer, but instead chose the wrong way, so I'll leave this last sentence: I forgot to tell them I paid with a Debit Card and can dispute the charges with the bank and get my money back THAT way. During my visit at Walmart Store number 1825 I noticed there are never more than one line open for checking out, all the rest are self checkout. I can go to any other Walmart in the surrounding area and they'll have three, or more lines available beside self checkout. I was at this same store going through the line preparing for checking out and my ground turkey had no barcode. The cashier canceled my entire order, and advised me to go to costumer service, I told her to keep everything in the cart, because it was to full at customer service and they had one person working there too, while two people were standing around at the front doing nothing. Today I was at the same store looking for a refill spray ( Airwick) only to find it was not available and no one was available to help. Went to the bakery to ask the lady about some rolls that you bake. Usually they are in the bread area. She acted like she didn't really want to talk to me any way. We don't have them over here. If she was a good employee and cared about here job, she would of tried to help. I made a comment that the store was not stock today. As I was walking away where she thought I couldn't hear here and said "then don't come back". I went back to her and ask her what did you just say to me, she said she didn't say it.I ask her what her name was. She would not tell. She said she's the cake decorator. She was black and I am white. She has blonde hair on top and brown roots. She wears it up on her head. This is not the first time something like this has happened with their employees an me. Just left from this Walmart and during my time in the outdoor department an Associate was watching me the whole time without his vest on, when I left and came back he asked me to not take lights out of the boxes and leave it out. The light was already out and there was no box in sight he accused me of something I had not done. Made me feel uncomfortable to be in the store after that, if he was in his area like he was supposed to be maybe he would have seen that light out of the box instead of waiting for someone to grab it then accuse them. read more

On Sunday May 19, 2024, at 9 am, I tried to use the green-lit, Self-Checkout Terminal 8. As I was checking out my items, I could hear the bald-headed male worker that was watching the aisle I was in, scoff in my direction, "Numbers 3, 5, and 7, they have their lights on, whatever, Sir." While this is happening, a woman with her head wrapped, leaves the aisle she was originally watching, and the both of them are now only watching me, despite other people entering the aisle that the head-wrapped woman had abandoned. I didn't know what the man had implied, so I said, "My terminal's light is off..." "Yeah, that's what happens when you just start using a terminal," he responded, as the head-wrapped woman, now began to laugh loudly. In order to de-escalate things, I kept a pleasant face and finished checking out. I live close by to this Walmart, so it's convenient. They must have a lot of problems with loss prevention. I'm saying this because every single time I leave their store, they pretty much accuse me of stealing something. Tonight was the last straw. I bought two things. Walked out and I set off the beeper. The greeter looked at my bag and then made me walk through the gate again. it turned out that I had Nicotine gum that I had bought at Walgreens in my bag. He then asked me if I had the receipt for the nicotine gum!!! I said "are you serious? You can try to ring that nicotine gum and it won't ring at Walmart because I bought it at Walgreens.". I'm giving this store a one because they had no Bibles at all. I asked 2 people up front and one employee seemed quite irritated I asked for help. They told me where they would be. Then I went towards the back and asked two men if they had compact bibles and they said and told me where they would be if they had any. So I went to electronics and looked where the magazines and books where and there were no Bibles. Yes no Bibles and it is December. I saw a man coming out of the back carrying a loud so I didn't ask him where they were. So I found a lady walking away from Electronics. I asked her where the Bibles where and she said they were over there. Then she said you didn't ask anybody over there. I've worked over a decade in retail and never have gotten treated that rudely. Then she saw an employee over there and she said there is somebody right there, you can go ask him. She was still walking over there with me and I said she was rude and I'll go talk to him and her name was Gloria. I waited on him to help a lady and then the lady was real nice and said while he was helping her that if I needed help and I said yes and she said go ahead and ask him so I asked him and said he thought they were out of them and told me where to go if they had them. I went to where he said they were and there were no Bibles and he mentioned another possible location but was so angry about the rudest employee ever I forgot what he said. So I go to Customer Service and ask for a manager and they told me sure and called manager that was right there and the manager looked toward me and then talked to her employees and I waited and waited! She finally walked towards me a step and then passed me off to another manager and never talked to me. I asked the manager I was passed off to if they had any Bibles and she said if they had any they would be in electronics. I told her I didn't see any back there and she said that would be the only place they would be. She apologized profusely and then I told her about Gloria. That manager's name was Dwan. This is why I usually go to Target even though I disagree with their bathroom sex policy where they will let you go in whatever bathroom of the sex you want to be. Do not shop here. This place deserves no stars. I had the worst episode of racial profiling I have ever experienced. While checking out the manager, Timothy Dixon, watched me so closely I felt like I was moments away from being thrown in a back room and stripped search. I am a woman of color and, unfortunately, it comes with the territory, I usually brush it off and go about my day. Its pretty bad as far as WalMarts go. It has a decent layout, but the shoppers here are what makes the place so bad. When my son was 6, he was accosted my some teens while trying to play a new Wii game. I jumped in and almost got in a fight, but there was not a manager in sight to help. I wouldn't recommend going here after 9pm. There have been a few robberies, a shooting and this is the one that made national news for a man slapping a crying baby. Definitely on its way to the title of "Murder Walmart". Management on the overnight could care less about getting information to the employee that had a hit and run on their parked car. All she did was repeat to me that there was nothing she can do. I kept telling her i wanted to pass on the info so when the employee did come out to their car they could have something to give the police. I have worked for Walmart before and this is not the way any manager is to talk to a customer. Walmart you need to look into getting people who have better customer service skills. The key to great customer service skills is listening to what is being said and not saying well it is not my part of my job. For a retail giant as huge as Walmart, truly a terrible way of managing their stores. First off from the outside the parking lot is LITTERED with pot holes and cracks that damage your car, fading parking lane lines, and weeds growing between the cracks. I mean come on you easily pull million of dollars each week in revenue, but you can't even bother to fix your parking lot. Moving on to inside the store management is just terrible here, no experience or knowledge on customer service, and having social hour the entire time. Not to mention that whenever you ask them basic questions such as where is a certain item they reply with an, "I don't know" or "ask another associate" or "we don't have that item at the moment". Which brings me to the third point, this location is almost always out of inventory or stock in an item, you name it: water, bread, cheese, canned soup, snacks, some-over-the-counter medicine brands, and bread. To name a few. Lines at checkout stretch forever they have close to 20 registers but only the self-checkout is ever open regardless of the people waiting to pay. In summary if you are looking to buy from here, look for a better option Kroger, Publix, Sprout, or even perhaps a better managed Walmart. This location is riddled with issues ranging form mismanagement, neglect workers, low inventory on popular items, unsanitary premise, and terrible buying atmosphere as a whole. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I called 8 times and every single time they would pick up and automatically hang up. When I finally got through I asked 16 different times to ask if they had the TV I was looking for and after putting me on hold for 26 MINUTES, the associate told me to come on by. Poorly run store. The grocery pick-up is even bad. No confirmation call, I went to get my order 7 hours AFTER I ordered it that morning. I call, they don't recognize my order. I said I have a confirmation and the payment went through. She said give her 5 minutes. I wait 10- in 88 degree weather with all my kids and no AC. I called and said I couldn't wait in the heat with my kids and she said it's probably "on the other side of the store" and give her "10 MORE minutes". I said I couldn't. I called customer service and they didn't pick up. I was finally transferred back to store pick up. I asked if she even had the order ready. She asked for my order number. I gave it to her, and she said she would go look. They called after I came home and said "if you feel like coming back" it will be ready. When I told them how long I waited and how many times they said it would be ready, she laughed and said "I'm sorry mam, I here by myself." No thanks. The layout and products are fine, but I truly hate going to this Wal-Mart because they never have enough cashiers to keep up with the flow of shoppers. It is ridiculous to have @ 20 machines available, but only 4-6 cashiers on hand to check people out, and 4-6 shoppers waiting in each of those lines. Whenever I make the mistake of shopping here, I usually spend 30-40 minutes in line, with my feet hurting, and it brings out the ugliness in me. I appreciate the fact that they have ALL of the self-service machines available normally, but the waiting area to get to the machines is also unbearably small compared to the amount of people waiting to use them, so I normally have to pass on that as well. Honestly, I hope to never, ever step foot in this Wal-Mart again, even though it is really close to my home. Even though I believe the prices are higher at the Kroger @ a mile down the road, I always go to Kroger for my groceries/toiletries because I only have to wait in line 5-10 minutes there, and my sanity is definitely worth the higher price. read more

A very dirty store. I went to pick up my groceries at the grocery pick up where they bring the groceries out to you. despite being two hours after my order was placed , it hadn't even been started. Never order pick up from this walmart unless you plan on waiting all day. It's bad enough I had a VERY long, exhausting day.. Walked around the store for nearly a half a hour looking for something with no associate in site.. Finally found a associate in electronics to help me.. Walked pass a gift for gab direct tv salesperson to finally making to a Check-lane to only stayed in that line for nearly 15-20 minutes because a guest got the wrong thing to go with her WIC ..The Check lanes were ridiculously long ... Never understand WHY have all them lanes in the stores and ONLY three lanes opens?!! ... I moved over to another lane to finally checked out and as I leaving the store , I was approached by this "Wanna Be" police/undercover/security dude ... He asked can he see my receipt?! Rolled my eyes, pulled my receipt out and handed it to him... He handed it back to me and I snatched it out of his hand... He wanted to see my receipt for three things??!!!! TERRIBLE...... Came here just to pickup my online purchase that could not be delivered to my home by Christmas. Waiting in line right now over an hour & 15 minutes at the "Walmart.com Services" counter. We entered this line with only 6 people in front of us.
