This food depot has women with very large butts. I'm going to call it the big a$$ grocery store.

I also tried the…read morebaked potato soup per her recommendation which was delicious and like a meal by itself, the broccoli casserole which she recommended and an extra side of mac and cheese. It was all so good! I also brought home a banana pudding for my son as she said it was her favorite and both son and I love banana pudding. I had 1/2 of my husband's blackberry cobbler with ice cream which was a huge serving that definitely to be shared. My husband enjoyed his chicken pot pie, sweet potato soufflé and broccoli casserole. I like how the restaurant got a perfect score on their inspection report, something to be proud of! Food was out in a jiffy and it was not crowded on a Thursday at 5:30 pm so we got a parking spot out front, but front lot was full by the time we left. Our server filled my husband's drink at least twice and brought me a second lemonade and even offered me one to go. The restaurant has very subtle signage, so easy to overlook this gem if you do not know about it! Come hungry!

Parking was interesting but plenty in the back of the restaurant. Good thing there is an entrance…read morein the front and back of the restaurant. I ordered a Turkey melt and it was good. My friends ordered a blt sandwich and chicken salad on salad. They both said it was good as well. There are soups, salads, hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, southern dishes, and desserts. There is a shelf with some goods for purchase like jams and dressings. Service was great. Food came out fast enough especially during lunch hours. I will definitely come back to try their southern dishes next time!

RE: Dollar General Store # 19090 - 5209 Memorial Drive. Stone Mountain, GA 30083-3112…read more I was racially profiled by a Black male, of all people. He made certain that he has at my every turn. This is actually the second time I've been in this store and racially profiled by the same person. I overlooked the first incident but when it happened the second time, I feel compelled to share my experience. On both my trips to this store, I made a purchase and was faced with the reality of racial profiling that is part of the Black life experience. I briefly engaged in conversation with this employee, regarding the lack of paper products, hand sanitizer, and their shelves being practically empty. Even then, he continued to monitor my every move up to and including my standing in the checkout line, where he had followed me from a distance. After seeing that I was standing in the checkout line, he retreated to the back of the store. After I paid for my merchandise, I asked the cashier, to ask her co-worker, the one following me, to come back to the front. I believe she called him Rayshon, or a similar name. As he got closer, I held up my receipt and brought to his attention, my awareness, of how he was "following" me in the store. He acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about, but more than anything I'm sure he was surprised that I called him out on his BS in front of other shoppers. This is how you have to handle racial profiling; you MUST call them out on their BS. This man is of a dark complexion and has a braided beard. He reminded me of the so-called "Good Negro" back in slavery days that reported the activity of the field Negros to the Massa. He's a damn embarrassment to the Black race. It's Negros like this that make it more common practice and acceptable for White folks to treat us in the same manner. What he needs to realize is that while he's racially profiling the folks who have the same melanin as he does, that there's a White person, somewhere, watching him too. Stupid Ass. I feel embarrassed, for him. Hopefully, sooner than later, the light will come on in his head, that his White overseer doesn't give a damn about him, or any Black person who walks through their doors. Being of Negro descent, especially a Black male, there is no doubt, that everywhere he goes, he is under heavy surveillance and it will be multiplied upon him a thousand times over because of the way he treats his own race. Karma is a BEAST; you get back triple whatever you put out. Hopefully, he won't be the next Black man accused of something he didn't do with it resulting in his total demise.
