There are over a dozen people waiting in their vehicles for orders to be brought out, and Kroger has one little guy on duty (who appears to have some severe cognitive problems) bringing one order out at a time, and even then only once every 15 minutes. It's so bad that people are getting out of their cars to mob the poor fella anytime he finally comes outside (see the pics). I don't blame the kid, he seems completely overwhelmed (on multiple levels); I blame the store for staffing only one person with special needs at rush hour - my guess is because they are legally allowed to pay someone with special needs less an hour than a regular worker. A perfect example of a penny pinching corporation. Any frozen or perishable food items are definitely melted by now. I'm going on 50 minutes of waiting now. Update: poor kid forgot to set the brakes on the cart and let it slam into a woman's car.
