At first she said it's because it's a controlled substance. I work in a pain practice and know the levels of controlled medications. She can fill it. But no.. she would only allow me to fill that if I also picked up the expensive inhaler (which I don't need because I have at home) Pharmacist at CVS or Walgreens think they're above MDs for some reason. I asked her to call the hospital pharmacy to verify it and she REFUSED! I called the hospital and went over everything and they said they should be filling exactly what I need and they should've just called the hospital for to verify. Goes to show that this pharmacist likes to be on a power trip. If you want to actually have a say in people's medications how about you go become a MD, DO, PA, or FNP. If not do as your told.

The nurse that helped me was efficient and eased my experience. He took my vitals and ran some tests, and was pretty quick with it. I then had to wait a few minutes for the results. That didn't take too long. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely come back here in the future!

I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. I have been a long time customer (dealing with their bad customer service) but will be pulling all my prescriptions and business from CVS immediately. All other reviews on this location are spot on!

I looked here and they had it, and with a $2 instant coupon, so I got it at a great price! I went to the front cash register, and no employee was there. This was at about 2 pm yesterday, and I thought it odd that no employee was near the door greeting incoming customers and ringing up customers who were making purchases. After about 3 minutes of waiting, and employee finally came to the front, but that's because he saw another customer walking towards the check out line. He then saw me and had a confused look on his face, as if to say - Oh, were you waiting? He rang it up, and it came up as regular price. I told him that there was an instant coupon. He said, "Oh, then enter your phone number for the Walgreens discount." I entered my phone number and he rang it up again, saying, "No, it's still regular price." I told him there was an instant coupon on it, so he looked through his coupon book. Obviously, he didn't find it, so he asked how much the discount was, and I told him $2. He manually entered the $2 discount. The instant coupon should've automatically been applied by the system when the employee rang me up. *sigh* Finding parking in the free lot is always easy. The worker was super friendly and happy to help me get it. This Publix is honestly pretty big! They have quite the selection and then some! They even had some free popcorn samples in the store too, which I thought was pretty cool. This Publix also feels a lot newer honestly. It seems fresh and new, compared to some of the older Publix locations. This Publix is located in a larger shopping center with places like Homegoods and Crunch Fitness, so there is plenty of parking! I would definitely come back to this Publix in the future!

Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something. I was able to quickly find and locate everything that I was looking for, from a birthday gift to snacks and to coffee for my trip home.
