They're usually friendly, helpful, and willing to fix your order if something goes wrong. One issue I've noticed, though, is that there is sometimes a homeless person inside the store who causes problems with both customers and employees. I've asked the workers if they've tried doing anything about it, and they said they have, but it seems like management hasn't really listened to their concerns. That can make the environment feel uncomfortable and doesn't seem like the most appropriate workplace for the employees. Overall, the drinks and pastries are good, and the service from the workers is usually great. Of course, there can be a thing or two that goes wrong sometimes, but that's something you can expect at any café. With better management handling some of these issues, I think this location could easily be a 4- or 5-star experience.

Most notable was the cleanliness of the store and the amount of customers coming in and out. I was informed by a young lady at the cash register that the cake would need to be made fresh and it would take anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes to complete. I agreed to wait for the time and provided my card for the purchase and was not provided with a receipt. After 10 minutes, I re-entered the store after waiting in my car and the cake still was not completed. I waited in an additional 20 minutes for the cake. I was handed the box and left on my way. My family and I cut the cake and discovered that there was molded strawberries on top. It was slightly difficult to detect due to the fuzzy white nature of the mold and the cream that was also white in color. We immediately stopped eating the cake. With many festivities happening with our family, we reached out to Paris baguette and was provided with a phone number for the owner to follow up. We have been in correspondence back-and-forth in order to try to rectify this situation, but the response has been somewhat slow, despite the fact, there are photos of the cake and a transaction from the bank, despite not having a receipt. This is a quick situation to fix with issuing a refund and apology, but that has not happened thus far. Our family has consistently used Paris Baguette at various locations for special events and have always been satisfied with the products that we have received. More training perhaps is needed and how to handle a customer who is dissatisfied with the product and also in how to rectify situations moving forward.
