This place is A ok with me and my staff at work. We held a Super Bowl party back in February and needed 300 cupcakes within a couple of days notice. No problem. We placed the order, gave a date and time and voila it was done. We went to the store to pick them up before 10am and they were ready. No issues. No waiting and because it was so many of them we got an escort from Publix to the car and guess what? Their associate helped us strategically put those huge boxes in the back seat of the car. Not an easy feat but it was done with no issues or complaints. This Publix is on the smaller scale. Very intimate and to be honest the employees treat you like you are in good company.

Restroom toilet area door. Thanks for the privacy!

This Publix is in a great location between Roswell and Norcross. This is my 4th time shopping & using the restroom here. The toilet is always clean & the prices on water are fair. The staff members are nice and helpful when you look lost. Hope this review is helpful

Bug found in salad. Thanks publix for brushing of my concerns!

Found a large bug in my salad. The store punted to corporate. Corporate brushed it off as if it was no big deal. Have purchased several times from this store and have been disappointed with the quality of produce. Mold has been seen on produce on the shelves on a few occasions. Needless to say they lost my business and I reported them to the FDA.

There's always lots of free and easy parking, especially on the weekends, which is a huge advantage over ones that are in the city. It is always an adventure discovering new items and revisiting favorites. Some of the things that are always on our list are fresh flowers and herbs, produce, frozen food, pastas, and bread. The employees here are just as nice and helpful as other locations. The people who bag groceries must have played some serious Tetris as kids because they are highly skilled at fitting an extraordinary amount of things into as few bags as possible. We bring our own shopping bags but if the haul is bigger than what we can accommodate, it's good to know that we won't be going home with a million plastic bags but maybe 1-2 sturdy paper bags that can be reused or recycled.

So much food here from fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, ice cream, snacks, and more. Customer service here was great. Nice and clean aisle. Some things I liked and have tried from the frozen food aisles are soup dumplings, roti bread, and chao tom- fried shrimp skewers. I have also tried the assorted cookies, mochi ice cream, ube pancake mix, umami crunchy rice crackers, and of course the famous everything but the bagel seasoning! From our new haul today we also got some frozen goodies; kimbap, naan bread, butter chicken curry dinners, Japanese Taiyaki,, Dutch griddle cakes, chocolate covered prezels, and other snacks. They also have the kids carts! Fun to take a little one shopping along. Will be back again!

A trip around the world and a walk down memory lane…read more It's been decades since I stepped foot inside the Buford Highway Farmers Market, and being back felt like a beautiful reunion. The last time I walked these aisles, I was with my mama, Donna Theresa. So much has changed since then, yet the soul of this place remains as vibrant as ever. It feels more expansive than I remember. A true global treasure tucked right here in the city. I'm still obsessed with how they organize the aisles by country. In just one afternoon, I traveled from Korea to Eastern Europe to Central America, no passport required! I was officially "team sample" the moment they offered! Unlike the heavy, sugary profile of traditional American cakes, these were a masterclass in balance. I tried the Neapolitan, a stunning phyllo-layered creation that was light, buttery, and perfectly textured. But the Lemon Cream Cake? It stole the entire show. It looked picture-perfect on the shelf, and the taste was even better. It was so bright, airy, and just the right amount of decadence. Coming back here wasn't just a grocery trip; it was a win for my palate and my heart. Now that I'm back in the area, you can bet this is becoming a regular stop on my rotation. I purchased a pack of tofu along with some other items on March 11. I open the fridge a few days later on March 15, finally ready to prepare the tofu, just to see that the exp date on the pack was March 10. This picture was taken March 15 upon this discovery. I meant to update this review a while ago. I just can't spend money here anymore knowing that I'm liable to accidentally purchase old products. As customers, we should not have to be this vigilant at a grocery store... it's ridiculous.

However, the staff at Customer Service are not that friendly professional or helpful. They are unwelcoming, inattentive and dismissive. If you ask for assistance with an item, the response is a no or yes if they have it stocked and they will not ask if they can help you locate it. The Customer service staff need basic training on how to provide customer service to customers. They seem to be deficient in this area. I believe the staff could be better trained to ensure a welcoming environment. I enjoy shopping at this store, and I hope to see improvements in employee friendliness. An newly trained employee at Customer Service is an employee named Julian. He is friendly, helpful, willing to help locate items and always professional. He needs to work more in Customer Service. He is an asset to this store.

I get to the register and the price rings up about four dollars more than expected. I tell the attendant and take him to where the item is. When we get back there, he discovers someone put the item in the wrong place. He points out to me the two different prices in the respective ounces per price. Although he knew someone had put the item in the wrong spot, he did not offer to give me the item at the lower price. I placed the item back on the shelf and left the store. Needless to say, I will not be returning there, nor will I be referring any more people to that location. This is just another reason for me to continue shopping at Publix! Oh! As I walked away, I turned around and saw him moving the items over to the sticker, with the correct price!

The customer service lady was like, "You didn't get this here?" Incredulous, like I purchased the mixing bowls from some far away land at some random store. I was like, "I got them at Kroger." She said they don't stock them at that Kroger I couldn't return them. She hollered at someone across the store, "She didn't buy them here and we don't stock them, can she return them?" And the person she yelled at said, "NO." I knew all this was wrong. I went up to another lady, who I hoped was a manager, and she said that they couldn't return them because they don't stock them and they have no where to put them. Still makes no sense to me. So I give up, and go get my groceries, when LO AND BEHOLD, an entire SHELF stocked with the exact same product. I won't go into the drama that ensued, but even after showing them they DO stock the item they tried to not return them. Eventually, a manager came over, and the person was like, "Can we return these even if we don't get credit from the store?" And the manager just was like, "Yes." It was twilight zone. It would have saved ALL of us tons of time if they just returned them in the first place.

I definitely recommend Kroger for groceries because they have great prices and deal's availability…read moredaily and weekly that you really can't beat most of the time . This Kroger is 5 mins from my house very convenient for me , My favorite thing about Kroger is the deals they have and the special finds in the clearance area ( can't remember what it's called but it's a lane with mark down items ) . Kroger is open up till 11pm which is also awesome for late shoppers or last min shopping . This location is somewhat always kinda busy but not to a extreme just to where they can use a few more high school students to be on the register.
