This is one my neighborhood grocery stores that's in my weekly rotation.I come here weekly for groceries. It can be hit or miss with fresh produce and certain produce I go to Publix instead of Aldi. A day after I purchased lemons they were all bad. I took them for a return with no issues but it is a time waster and annoying. The employees are nice and remember your face- if you come there as much as I do. They have great prices and some great products. If you're looking for deals, this is a good place to shop. If you're new there, you have to bring a quarter for the baskets and also bring your grocery bags or prepare to buy per bag or use their boxes to carry your groceries. read more

Customer service: -5 stars If they stick to "no customer service", then they should put self-check out machines than placing a less-than-half functioning cashier. There was a cashier with an either severe weight problem or leg problem who sat on a chair when she rang me up. Then she zapped all my items with a scanner then dropped them from 3 feet high where her hand was right down to the bottom of another shopping cart to be where all my purchased items could be damaged. It was making metallic clang noises each time she was dropping them. I don't know what's her health problem was, maybe simply lazy. But no customer service doesn't equal to being disrespectful to customers. They should get self-checkout machines and remove all malfunctioning cashiers. I'm sure soon AI will replace their positions though. read more

Was yelled at and reprimanded like a child by a cashier for trying to return a cart instead of giving it to him.

While I understand that "customer service" is far from a priority for Aldi corp., the situation at the check out lines at this location is horrible. My most recent visit showed a line of five people and I joined the line as I cam from the last aisles where dairy and frozen food is. I did not realize there was a line for the same and only open checkout had formed going down the middle aisle of the store. #RME Three people had lined up behind me and I tried to signal the cashier in order to get more check outs to open but she ignored me. I noticed a staff member over to my left shuffling boxes (She had a jacket covering her uniform so it was difficult to discern whether or not she was an employee.) I asked this woman to open a register and all she did was mumble some woman's name along with "who is your back up?", then she went back to ignoring all of the customers waiting to pay. Since Aldi has embraced the "Self service bagging" but not "self service check outs" it seems like there is no regard for customers at all. Ridiculous! read more

I've never been in an Aldi until recently, and boy, have I been missing out! Tons of great deals, endless healthy snack and meal options, and other cool finds you wouldn't expect from a grocery store too. I didn't rent a cart with a quarter, but they have a cart at the check out area to help bag your items. The cart stays there if you use theirs instead of renting one, and then you can either purchase a grocery bag or use your own recyclable bag if you brought one. They sell a good amount of name brand items, but have a lot of their own special store products also which are typically organic and healthier than the competitor's products. I really enjoyed all of the healthy snacks I got from them. The granola bar I had (see my picture) was exceptionally good. I would definitely come back to this location if I'm at Peachtree Corners again. read more

I've read complaints about customer service in some reviews and it makes me laugh. If you're expecting hand holding then go to Sprouts or Whole Foods and pay the prices necessary. I've never had any problems with customer service and the quality of the food is as good if not better than those boutique stores. Shoot...if you don't like one of their products not only will they give you your money back but they will buy you another. Their cheese selection is great! Their meats are great! And their direct from Germany products are some of my favorites. I stock up every time they get their apple strudel in because it tastes almost as good as my Austrian great grand mother used to make. read more

Yah finally Aldi opened up here in Norcross we have seen this sign for months out front but no store. Being brand new everything is organized and clean. Fruit and veggies can be had as well as a selection of cheeses and meats. Gluten free items are available but can go pretty quickly so if you are looking for bread or pretzels you may want to call first? I've noticed over the last few months other stores are adding more and more household items and even workout gear to the mix, just a week ago had to talk myself out of buying a panini press. There is construction going on right now and Aldi is in a busy shopping plaza so be patient when finding a parking spot they get snapped up pretty quickly. Choosing this location was smart not only can you have breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a DMV office, nail shop, a dry cleaner and a theater. read more

Great prices. The only small issue i have with this Location is the parking issue. it is located near a movie theater, and parking kinda sucks. I wish it was located further away from the movies, so i don't have to park so far away from the store. Also another issues is the cart area. it is fairly narrow so only one cart can go in or out at a time. sometimes hard to navigate with lots of people need carts. read more

We were yelled at and had our cart yanked from us by the worker with blue-grey hair. This was our first time at an Aldi, so I guess we were bad people for not knowing the exact ins and outs of bagging our groceries. I am disabled, walk with a limp, am partially deaf in my left ear and have high functioning autism and she yelled 'UH, OVER HERE??' at me and then 'WE TRADE CARTS HERE, MA'AM.' I'm not sure what her problem is but not everyone is a frequenter of Aldi's, not everyone has been there before their current visit, and not everyone is 'normal.' THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER! So of course I had to go and bless the new Aldi in Norcross because that's my job. These stores just keep getting better and better. This one is the best by far because of the added expense that went into designing the store. Everything is elevated, the building, the shelves, the freezer and refrigerated cases and the produce bins. There is great signage through-out the store which doesn't even exist in the earlier stores. And wait for it.... Even the trolley that they use to remove the boxes was a brand spanking new model! What?? I'm calling favorites and now my store needs a make-over! I am so jealous and could barely appreciate this shopping experience since my face was feeling the slow burn of ENVY the entire time. Ugghhh! I really like this store and the colorful decor. It is always a pleasure shopping at Aldi but especially when I am able to find something new like their new line of gluten free fruit and nut bars with no added sugar. This store was very well stocked especially in the produce department and everything looked very fresh and at its peak. I am so happy for this new addition to the Aldi family and I look forward to shopping her again in the future. ***As usual, service was polite and efficient! ***Do not panic when you enter the stall in the ladies' room because the hook for your bag is located to the right of the door and lower on the wall than expected. ***That little German senior with snow white hair and thick accent that shops here on Saturday is off limits because I have called "dibs" on adopting her. She is just adorable and I think that it was sweet that she recognized me and my husband, (on a return trip), after one brief shopping encounter and warmly greeted us. I have shopped in numerous Aldi stores in Georgia and some out of state. I have always found the employees to be helpful, friendly, and have a smile on their faces. If it's not on the shelves, then they probably don't have it in stock. I have learned that if I see a particular processed food item that I enjoy, I need to purchase it. The item might be seasonal or something that they only stock occasionally. You usually can't beat their prices on fruits and vegetables! I love the thin cut boneless pork chops. I marinate them in flavored balsamic vinegar, bake them for 15 min. at 350. They come out tender and delicious everytime. I have no complaints about the Peachtree Corners store! read more

They have a smallish selection of fresh vegetables, just remember to cook/eat them as soon as you can. No chemicals or GMO so they don't last quite as long as box retailer GMO products. Great newer location. No matter what time I go the parking is decent despite an LA Fitness opening up next door. The best prices on dairy products....warning, prices fluctuate (ie I have paid as low as $1.59 to $2.89 for a gallon of milk within the course of 1 month). Make sure you read produce signs carefully as sometimes the price is for the item or by the pound. read more

Great discounts, but no excuse for bad service. Joy is a grouch. She never smiles and had a very harsh tone when speaking. Aldi should be built on good service all around. I been to her line twice trying to get out of line when to avoid her facial expressions; grey and lacked warmth. Aldi saves money on operations, but may have a price to pay when consumers like myself go foot deep back to Publix or Kroger grocers in GA. You pay for bad service, highly unlikely as consumers have an array of choices. 3 stars for great products. read more

I drove here after work recently, mainly due to the positive Yelp reviews and comments that this was a new store just opened in 2017. I wanted to get first pick of the ottoman storage units advertised in an Oct. flyer. Clean, well stocked, wide aisles, this is a great store as others have said. Store manager Brittany knew the ottomans I was looking for and helped me find them. Bought two! She was very cheerful and welcoming. I am really liking how Aldi has been enhancing product and brand offerings. Being gluten intolerant I love the Live G Free products--all of them. Thanks to the Never Any items and weekly meat specials, I buy meat at Aldi's now. The Colombian coffee K-cups are excellent, and the iced mocha coffee in carton--wow, it's great. I'll be returning to this location for sure. read more

Aldi is the best grocery store I have ever been too. The prices are amazing and the selection is great. They have everything you need plus more. I love how you have to bring your own bags. There needs to be more of these ! Aldi has everything you need for a fraction of the price. Customer service is amazing and they check you out so fast which means fast lines. Love this store read more
