This is the worst pharmacist I've ever encountered. I was given a prescription from the ER with 4 meds on it. She refused to fill the 1 med I needed. At first she said it's because it's a controlled substance. I work in a pain practice and know the levels of controlled medications. She can fill it. But no.. she would only allow me to fill that if I also picked up the expensive inhaler (which I don't need because I have at home) Pharmacist at CVS or Walgreens think they're above MDs for some reason. I asked her to call the hospital pharmacy to verify it and she REFUSED! I called the hospital and went over everything and they said they should be filling exactly what I need and they should've just called the hospital for to verify. Goes to show that this pharmacist likes to be on a power trip. If you want to actually have a say in people's medications how about you go become a MD, DO, PA, or FNP. If not do as your told. read more

The young lady pharmacist was very helpful in locating and recommending an over-the-counter treatment. Gave us a print out and show us exactly where it was. Taking she took extra time to make us satisfied It is very rare to find knowledgeable and friendly service in a pharmacy these days. All the other employees seem to be very welcoming read more

I've been going here for a while and I noticed the bad reviews so I figure I would help. Every time I come here they fill my meds up quick and they give me a good eta on when they'll be ready if I'm early. The main reason I write this review is I was there the other day and I noticed the head pharmacist being very polite and professional to an older women while making sure to take his time with her . It was clear he was talking to her in a tone/manner to help her understand her medicine situation. Very impressive customer service by him. read more

Rude, unprofessional, nasty night staff. I got to Walgreens tonight at 9:59 p.m. all I needed was some clear tape. There where 3 people in line waiting on this disrespectful, and unprofessional cashier to ring them up. I bearly get my foot in the door before she yells around the store Damn We Closed as she rolls her eyes. Her manager needs to re train this person customer service skills. She should be working in the back stocking the store, not disrespecting loyal Walgreens customers like myself. She just made you guys loose a customer. I will be shopping at CVS moving forward. I had an appointment for my flu shot tonight. The pharmacy tech was at the register and when I told him I was there for my flu shot he looked at the pharmacist and said oh we just let (sounded like a woman's name) leave. The pharmacist then came to register and told me they ran out of needles and that's the reason why they couldn't give me the vaccine. I feel like I should have been contacted prior to my appointment if the pharmacy didn't have the resources to administer the vaccine. I think what actually happened was the pharmacist let the person giving the vaccines leave early and was trying to cover it up. Unprofessional and dishonest. read more

Lazy pharmacist. Dr. Wrote a scrip with a suggested alternative dosage and brand underneath the preferred dose. It was about 20 minutes before break time, so the pharmacist didn't bother to read the whole scrip and refused to fill the scrip even though I pointed it out to him. He told me to go back for another paper scrip and refused to speak to the dr's office on the phone, then he went on break. Lunchtime is obviously a major priority for this guy so avoid around 130 pm.... read more

The pharmacy here is terrible. They mess up your orders or take longer to get them in. The lead pharmacist Lou is not very friendly. Perhaps she's just shy, but she comes across as being miserable with her job. The staff does not all follow the same protocol. I get a controlled substance as one of my medications and some of the people require my license and others don't even ask at all. Also, I'm on Medicaid and I am supposed to sign to receive my medications and sometimes they don't even ask me to sign. It's a strange place. However I gave it a two rating because the store is clean and the overall staff within the convenient store are very friendly. read more

Rude employees. I tried calling about a greeting card service, waited on the phone for 10 plus minutes and got hung up on. I literally heard the phone pick up and then immediately hang up. I was referred to this store by another walgreen's store that claimed that this store had the greeting card capability. I'm trying to print Easter greeting cards to send out to at-risk family and friends that I can't visit due to the current pandemic going on in this country. An employee picked up after I called back the second time and was extremely short with me when I asked about the greeting card service. Apparently advertised services such as greeting card printing are a mystery to frontline employees. Bad management if you ask me. read more

My healthcare provider said come to Walgreens for a flu shot. I get here and they said I wasn't covered (lies) had to call back my provider, they had to call the pharmacy and tell them to do it. Finally they said I was covered and gave me the shot. What a waste of time/poor process and customer service by Walgreens. I'll go to CVS next time since they are also in network. read more
