It is a disgrace and unreasonable to think a person can make it through it - in normal size car - without scratching their car. The brick and even the medical box is damaged. I have gone to this CVS for years due to convenience (it was in the same shopping center as my favorite Publix -- which recently moved to a nearby location). My most recent experience is actually a zero on a 5 point scale (but you are firced to give at least one star -- undeserved in this case!). After waiting 15 minutes for the pharmacy to open (they break for lunch from 1:30 to 2 PM), I was told the prescription that was supposed to be ready was not ready (although I received a text saying it was ready). The pharmacist tried to push a 30 day option vs. the 90 day prescription which was much more expensive (they stated did not have a 90 day supply on hand). I showed the counter tech the text. She refused to acknowledge the fact it said the prescription was ready claiming it said it was 'being prepared'. I refused the option to pay more for less, saying I would return when they had the 90 day supply on hand. I also inquired as to why, after close to a year of requesting them to sync up prescription pickup (I had picked up another two items two days prior), they were unable to do so. I was told by the pharmacist that their system just didn't work smoothly in arranging the syncing of regular prescriptions. I decided to call customer service to report on this store's failure to provide requested service as well as their attempt to charge an increased price for a 30 vs. 90 day prescription due to their inability to provide the 90-day supply as prescribed. I was promised a follow up call. Crickets. My recommendation: find another pharmacy. As soon as I manage to extract this last pending prescription from this particular CVS, that is what I plan to do. read more

Kudos to the patient customers in line as well. The slight downtime ended up allowing me to teach an elder how to use the Self Checkout...win win for everyone. There is one pharmacist there that is very helpful, honest and proactive. She will take time to tell you all you need to know about your medication and potential interactions. She will answer the phone and answer questions which I can't find at another cvs pharmacy within 60 miles of atlanta ga. The lady pharmacist(I believe her name is megan) is due for a retention bonus from cvs! She is an excellent pharmacist! They had another one who was equally as great but I've not seen him in a long time. If he is still there and I miss him every time I go there good job cvs! Great hires! I wish those two were the norm but alas they are not, slow grumpy ones are the norm from what I've seen. I am increasing my rating for this CVS, due to the pharmacy. We've have to utilize their services a good many times in the last month and they were 1) staffed well 2) kind 3) on time/ quick about filling prescriptions I still think the store part of this CVS needs some help with out of stocks (I've had to go here and then to another retailer to pick up what I needed) but the service is friendly and this remains my 'go to' CVS. read more

I've been here a few times to get a covid test. The first time I came, back in september 21', the line was super long and moved ridiculously slow. I took my test 48hrs prior to my departure but the results arrived only 1hr prior to my plane boarding time. The was cutting it really close. The last time I came in November 21', the line was far more reasonable. Only 2cars ahead of me and the line moved quickly. The results came back within 12hrs. I was very pleased. read more

I've always liked this pharmacy. The only things I don't care about this location are that it's busy and service can be a little slow sometimes. The pharmacists are very helpful. Parking is very easy to get in the free parking lot that is shared by multiple businesses in the same shopping center. This pharmacy has a drive through that I've never used. read more

If you're planning on ordering printed photos, go to Walgreens instead. My photos turned out extremely pixelated, dark, as well as covered in black lines and green spots. They couldn't be refunded, I was only offered store credit. The photo section was, additionally, extremely unorganized. It seems as though the store is very understaffed. read more

I am from out of town. I use CVS at home. I called this CVS for a refill. They pulled it up and refilled it. However, the drive up window to pick up my prescription was extremely slow. That being said, I di go to pick it up at noon on a Friday. All in all a satisfactory experience. read more

I went to pick up a prescription and the entire pharmacy staff was very rude and dismissive. In addition, my biggest issue was the pharmacist that not only had her mask down in the area where they package medication but was also eating. I found it so unprofessional and disgusting and considering we are still very much in a pandemic you would think a pharmacist would at least keep her mask up! read more

If I could give this store a minus rating I would! It's a disgrace to the CVS name. I have been shopping there for years and in the last couple of years everything has gone downhill. The store is trashy and dirty, the shelf tags aren't even close to matching the products, the shelf prices don't reflect in the computer when checking out, the shelves are never very well stocked, personnel aren't available when you are ready to check out, . . . should I go on? Somehow these guys slipped up and did not check that my prescriptions were gluten-free after I spoke to them for 5 minutes about it. They are usually on the ball - the pharmacy seems more competent than Walgreen's, but they take longer to fill prescriptions. I was told there was a 3 hour wait today as there were other prescriptions in front of mine. I was just about to pull into the parking lot . . so I'd phone ahead to make sure yours are ready. Used to be an incredible pharmacy but the staff there now has really gone down. One of the techs is so rude you almost wonder if you're getting punkd-he hangs up the phone on people, puts them on hold without telling them...if you call up and get Richard go ahead and call back until you get someone else. Also the pharmacists and techs clearly don't get the system they're using or how to run some prescriptions. Apparently they've created two different accounts for me and despite me reminding them there are two accounts for over three years, they continue to lose my prescriptions between accounts. (Have they ever heard of merging?). As a patient on medicare, I've had help with some of my copays from an outside patient advocate foundation. Two of the three pharmacists screwed up filling the rx so much that I went into the donut hole in less than two months. I had to get the pharmacists on the phone with the copay foundation AND the insurance company so they could walk the pharmacist through how to do it. Tried to get one of my regular monthly prescriptions filled and one pharmacy tech told me insurance co no longer accepting that rx...two phone calls to ins co and a day later, a DIFFERENT tech had no problem getting the order filled. It's crazy how poorly the staff is trained. AND IT DIDN'T USE TO BE THIS WAY! This used to be an incredible pharmacy until one pharmacist left - she knew everything and nothing ever got screwed up. Now, they can't even get the autofills to work properly. I'm done - going to Walgreens across the street. Better yet go with mail order and never deal with these idiots again! read more

Booster shot FAIL. Scheduled an appointment a week ago for my 90 year old mother at this CVS. Took time off work to go pick my mom up from her assisted-living and take her to the appointment. Showed up on time and they asked for a Medicare part B card. She only has a Medicare PPO card and that is the card we have used for every doctors appointment Covid shot, flu shot, etc. This is the first time this was mentioned, despite receiving emails and texts about the appointment. The gentleman behind the counter was exceedingly rude to me and told me that he would no longer speak to me if I didn't slow down. He also said he "could ask me the right questions to get the information he would need but wouldn't deal with me". Unfortunately because my mother can't hear, see or remember, I am her medical representative. I spoke to the pharmacist who confirmed that she didn't have the right card to receive the booster. However, I would stay away from the CVS due to the customer service alone. Never had an experience quite like this! Now I have to find another location to get my mom's booster. read more

Terrible customer service. Incompetent and rude workers who won't give you the time of day. They continuously apply my insurance information incorrectly, making a $10 prescription $600. Then we have to spend 20 minutes fixing the issue every time I come. Wish there was a different CVS close by. read more

This CVS is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are friendly and prompt even when they are swamped with customers that are dropping off prescriptions. The techs are so busy running around but they do it with a smile. I never had trouble with my own prescriptions when I used this CVS, but recently I've had trouble picking up meds for my sister. The connection between this pharmacy and the doctor's refill call-ins is always, always off. I've had to wait forever every single time because it's always wrong. Recently I arrived to find one of the prescriptions had not been filled. I argued that we had spoken with the doctor to confirm the refill, but the pharmacy tech absolutely would not budge on the matter... until she realized maybe they had missed a voicemail from the doctor. They made me wait 30 minutes until someone got around to checking the voicemail, and lo and behold, there it was, from 5 hours earlier. Another 10 minutes to fill it. Lovely. And while I was waiting I got to watch a pharmacist loudly berate an old Asian woman for not speaking English. Very rude. The only saving grace was the cute cashier at the front, whose sunny attitude was refreshing after what I had experienced at the pharmacy counter. read more
