I do not know why this place is rated so low. I have no complaints and I was in and out in no time. I scheduled a vaccine here. I arrived on time and immediately checked in. The cashier immediately came over and gave me my shots. The parking lot was clean and I did not have any issues. read more

This used to be one of my preferred CVS pharmacies because it was closer to where I used to live. I switched to a different CVS pharmacy that was a 24 hour pharmacy and was closer to where I used to work, and this worked out better for me because I had crazy work hours, and no matter what time I got off of work I was able to pick my my meds after work. I have since moved on, with both the job and my residence, so I rarely come to this one any more. This CVS has a wrap around free parking lot which allows for more parking spaces than needed. As I entered the store, the employees at the front warmly greeted me Just about every time unless they were busy with a customer, and most of the time they still acknowledged me when they were busy. The pharmacy was kind of hit or miss when it came to having the meds ready and waiting when they said they were going to be ready. Most of the times that I came in to pick up my meds, they couldn't find my meds where they should have been stored (in bins, sorted by last name), so I had to wait while someone in the pharmacy physically looked through all of the prescriptions where it most likely should have been, handling every prescription one by one until they found mine, and sometimes I was picking up multiple meds. Also, this CVS wasn't always the cleanest or best organized, because there were times when the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned and items on the shelves obviously looked picked through and left that way. Avoid coming here during peak hours because customer lines, both in the pharmacy in the rear of the store and in the store area in the front, don't move very quickly due to employees not being quick or efficient. read more

Courtney, the girl at the pharmacy, was so rude, missed items sitting on the counter, then had the nerve when I kindly said I'll just do another transaction, to throw the bag up on the counter. I'm not talking about gentle placement. I'm talking about literally throwing it and turning around without saying another word. Worst CVS ever. This is the worst CVS ever! Pharmacy Service is slow, chaotic, not knowledgeable and has the most horrible customer service. A trip thru the drive thru will be a minimum of 20 minutes. Try to get an Rx filled and you will be lucky to see your Rx for days. I tried three times to call to find out what was wrong. Each time, after being on hold 10 minutes, the line goes dead! I literally transferred an Rx to a different location because mine had not been filled in 3 days. There were no problems with the Rx and it was filled in 10 minutes of my transferring the Rx. Of course, if you have Aetna insurance, you are required to use CVS because Aetna owns them! We need another Pharmacy Manager of this store because this one doesn't know what they are doing or how to manage! read more

If you want a ghetto experience...go to this CVS. The only positive is the pharmacy. They seem to be on point with professionalism. However...don't go shopping in there. You'll be waiting to checkout with no cashier. This has happened on several occasions. Make it so bad...they have 2 checkout machines. Neither one worked last time I was there. I remember one visit...I was loading a card with a large amount of money so the manager had to approve it. I had to wait until his break was over. He was outside. I thought the customer comes first. I dropped a prescription there this morning and they said it would be ready in one hour. I can't back 2 hours later and they said they didn't have anything on my daughter's name and asked me to call the doctor . I told them that I have dropped the prescription and the lady was too lazy to try looking for it , but guess what? They found the paper but then they said they would not have it until Monday or Tuesday ( today is Thursday) . I asked my prescription back and going to another pharmacy . This review is for the Pharmacy. I have been going here for years as I live right nearby. The wait time is atrocious to pick up or drop of a prescription. Don't even bother trying to call. Last time I was on hold 45 minutes. Recently the woman behind the register in the pharMacy was not a tech but just a cashier because they were so understaffed. This pharmacy is extremely close to my house/work, it's on the way of my 3 mile "commute". But I am completely moving my prescriptions after 3 years at this pharmacy. This location tends to not be very clean, they consistently do not carry things I'm typically looking for that I can find at other CVS's and recently the girl at checkout told me I should go to Walmart or anywhere else. The pharmacy is ridiculously slow with everything you do. I've gone inside to be told "I can't talk I'll get to you when I can" only to hop in my car and go through the drive thru and get serviced more quickly. I've even had a pharmacist loudly announce a medication of mine that he shouldn't have while 5 others were waiting. I get calls my prescriptions are ready, I arrive and was told "it'll be ready for pick it up tomorrow", well, thyroid medication can't wait until "tomorrow" you said it was ready and there is a reason it's on automatic refill. I set out to use the photo kiosk one time and had a lot of trouble with it and not one person that worked there knew how to work the machine. No help. I'm moving my prescriptions this week and won't be stopping in for anything anymore. read more

I started going here when I moved here because it was near my house. I can honestly say this is the worst CVS and pharmacy I've ever been to. I can't believe I've stayed so long! It takes 2-3 days for them to get the prescription ready, no one EVER answers the phone and everything is a mess inside and curbside. I visited this place while visiting a family member. Its decent, like any other CVS. It has a lot of general items throughout including snacks, soda, toiletries, cigarettes, etc. The selection leaves something to be desired. Still you can't fault the place, since its a lot smaller than the others I have been to. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because of its prices which are more than Walgreens which is just down the street. read more

I came by Sunday afternoon to fill a prescription and the pharmacy was busy. A lady from the front told me that I would have to leave it or go somewhere else. I returned at 8:56 to leave the prescription. I told the pharmacist that I would be back at 2:40-3:30. I felt that would give enough time to have it ready. I came back at 4:10 and the prescription was not ready. This is not a good way to conduct business. The people in that pharmacy are not nice. Very misleading advertising. Have signs up for stuff on sale, then when you get to the register and they ring you up they tell you it's not on sale. With a line 10 people deep, the person working the register has no time to actually listen or fix the problem.
