This Target was by far one of the best Target's that I have ever been to! As soon as you walk in, you notice that they have a full on grocery store. To the right hand side of the store there's a bakery section, I believe there's like a meat and produce section and you can literally just find anything that you would basically find in any Publix or Kroger. I thought this was really nice and convenient. I had really just went to grab a few things and noticed that I was able to purchase some to go meals, that I could easily prepare at home the next day. I was able to quickly find and locate everything that I was looking for, from a birthday gift to snacks and to coffee for my trip home. The only thing that kind of took me back with how clean, bright and vibrant this store was, was how unkept the bathroom was. I utilized the family bathroom and there were leftover items from a previous child that had been in there, there was no toilet paper on the roll and there was barely any paper towels available. But overall, I really thought this was a very well kept store. I was able to find everything I needed and able to get in and out in a timely manner. read more

Well I went to get a quick snack, but had to use the restroom and so did a lot more women. Once in a stall we quickly found ourselves in a dilemma! No toilet tissue!! A woman's nightmare! So I found two other stalls with a little bit and used it. Then located an employee in the clothing department to notify her of the situation. She quickly reported it, thanks! Other than this problem, the store was tidy and clean. The set up was appealing and able to find what you are looking for. The prices are reasonable, because they do have sales. read more

When you go around Atlanta and discover how different retailers can be from one area to the next, it's a little shocking at times. In this case, this target is amazing! Right here at perimeter, there's everything you could think of right within 5 miles. The store is very neat and clean, well organized, and has tons of inventory for anything could ever want. Unfortunately, this Target is slowly going down the drain. The store still has a great, spacious layout and feels welcoming. However, they made two decisions that I think hurt the shopping experience. The first is that they locked up a lot of their items, requiring shoppers to hunt someone down to retrieve an item. The last time I was in the store and needed something that was locked, I rang the bell 4-5 times without anyone coming to assist. I walked around the store for a couple of minutes and had to find someone to then get on a walkie talkie to get an associate with a key to help me. It's a real pain and creates major inconveniences. The second is that they decided to close self-checkout at certain times of the day. This means that all customers must go to the main checkout. This would usually not be a problem, but this location must be understaffed, because only two lanes seem to be open at anyone time. This leads to long wait times and can be frustrating when only needing to purchase an item or two. Hoping this location can figure it out. They still offer great products, but I need to be able to get to them quickly and check out efficiently! read more

The store is always very clean and well organized, and items are usually where they're supposed to be and well stocked, which I appreciate. My biggest issue is that certain items, like toothbrushes, are locked up. That wouldn't be a problem if staff were readily available to assist, but it often takes 30-45 minutes to find someone with the correct key or magnet. Whenever I am in Dunwoody apparently I have to go to Target. It's probably because this is considered a Super Target. It has a huge market along with the general store. You can walk for days in here and still never see everything that they have to offer. My main reason for going in here was looking for the Black History collection and also the Tabitha Brown collection. Target has really dedicated themselves to using products from black owned businesses. More so than other stores at this point in time. I was delighted when I saw the collection this year. I was even more delighted that they had something for me a plus size person. That doesn't usually happen. Considering that this neighborhood is not an ethnic neighborhoods Awards African-American people, they had a lot to offer. I was very pleased about that. The Tabitha Brown collection however was virtually gone. That's a good thing and also a bad thing for a consumer. It was virtually sold out. All I could get was a couple of spatulas but I didn't care as long as I got something. I also go to this target for the bakery section. The breads oh my goodness they are always so fresh. Also my coffees they have different varieties here than they do in the inner City. It's always a pleasure shopping here. read more

This store is huge.. I have never seen a Target this size before. What really blew my mind the most, was the fact this Target has a deli section. This deli depart even offers rotisserie chickens. Other than the grocery side of the store, you still have your clothes and home wares. For this store to have so many things to go through. I am impressed with how clean and organized everything was. I would say though, since the majority of the customers do self checkout. They should pay a little more attention in keeping this area cleaner. read more

This is definitely one of the nicer Targets that I have visited. The interior is not only huge, but it's very clean, and even the quality of the produce seems good. It's like mixing a classic Target with a Kroger. The prices are reasonable and don't seem inflated even given the location. Targets pricing has gotten high which seems to an be advantageous move by them to cash in on inflation and post Covid supply chain issues. However despite the high prices and the declining quality of the product offerings, this specific location is probably the worst target store I have ever visited. I understand that we just had a holiday, and that the store has merchandisers who reset the store between seasons but, the holiday was a over a week ago and nothing is stocked, the store is in complete disarray and nobody seems to be able to figure out what to do about it. The employees are busy socializing in the isles with each other, or playing with their makeup in the makeup department by trying out some product. Entire shelf's are bare, and they don't even make an announcement that the store will be closing soon. The just turn down the lights. The Men's clothing section is void of product offerings. This seems to not be a seasonal thing, but a constant issue I experience with this store. It regularly has half as much as other stores do. It honestly appears like the store is closing with such empty shelves across all departments. The Carts were absolutely everywhere on the sidewalk upon leaving. Target is really slipping, especially if you consider their prices being so much higher than they used to be. read more

I am obsessed with the drive up service. How did I not know about this before. I add items to my cart, check out and wait for the order ready email. The app allows you to tell them you are on your way, what kind of car you are in and where you want them to place the bags. I've never waited more than a few minutes after arriving. It's so convenient. I also still go inside instead of using Drive up when I want to look around and spend more money. Lol. There is someone at the door sanitizing carts and they have free disposable masks at entrance, if you forgot yours. The associates are super friendly and helpful and the app is amazing. I can't tell you how efficient it is to type in what I'm looking for and the app tell me which aisle it's located on. read more

I like almost everything about this Target store! I'll start with the things I don't like. There are never enough cash registers open to handle all of the customers who want to check out. Many of the customers who use the self check out registers are too slow going through the process and end up making others in line to wait even longer. This point is not the store's fault, it's just bad decisions on some customers' part, overestimating their ability to scan and pay efficiently. There are many things I like about this store. On a personal note, it's close to where I live, so close that I've gone right past the store on my jogs/runs. There's a lot of free parking available. Target stocks a lot of good quality items; usually not top of the line, but also usually not items that will fall apart the first time you use them. This store is clean, well stocked and well organized. Most of the time the items on the shelves are clearly marked. I like that I've been able to ask busy employees for assistance with items, and they've stopped what they were doing (restocking shelves, moving merchandise) and took the time to help me with what I wanted, instead of running away or giving an excuse of why they're not able to help me (hear that, Wally World?). Many of the food items here are priced lower than the same items at other grocery stores. In the current Covid-19 pandemic, Target has taken steps to help decrease the spread of coronavirus. Employees wear facemasks. There are signs at the door letting customers know (if they take the time to read the sign) that facemasks are required. There are signs on the floor indicating where people should stand in order to keep socially distanced. This is a big store, and you could definitely be here for a long time if you decide to look through all the aisles. read more

Target went out of their way to not help me. I had to wait like 10 min for someone to come to electronics dpt. After standing there for 10 min. I finally went looking for another employee to call sometime over for me. When i returned there were 2 employees and another customer got there attention before i could. I asked the second employee for help and he told me he only handled cell phones and proceeded to turn away and stand perfectly still and stare out into space. I waited another 10 min for the other employee to finish with the customer while phone guy keeps starting into space. Finally i was able to ask for a remote for a Vizio tv that was a demo so i could see if the tv had a feature in the menu before i bought it. Instead of helping, the electronics department employee said he could call a manager we waited another 5 or 10 min for a manager. Then the manager gives me a hard time about wanting to check the features of the tv. But i explained the alternative was to buy and take home and unbox and check and then possibly return the tv. So she opens a drawer right next to the 2 employees with the unmoving phone employee still starting out into space, and it's full of remotes. The whole thing took like 25+ min. It took me 2 min to check the menu of the tv and find it didn't have the feature. Like wtf. I get why someone would take an extra long bathroom break vs working.. But to stand and stare blankly into space vs doing anything else at all is crazy to me and really boring for that matter. And it was pretty obvious that this little cache of remotes... Like even i knew it was there before she opened it. Just a terrible experience that makes me just hate dealing with people in general. Boo target. Very boo. read more

Who doesn't love Target? This location holds up to the brand values and typically provides me with a positive shopping experience. Shelves are usually well stocked. I don't see them ever completely running out of anything on the grocery side of things. The store is clean and well organized. The staff does a great job of keeping shelves neat and tidy. Last year they added an Ulta. Sometimes the items in this section do get skim and will sit empty for a time. You are able to pick up items at a separate counter which has always been a quick and easy process for me. This location also has a Starbucks inside. I've never been impressed with my experience or beverages there so I don't stop there anymore. There are many self check out stations at both ends of the store. As a customer at any store, I'm not a fan of them moving towards more self checkout options. Usually there aren't many cashiers working at registers so if you want to leave in a timely manner, self check out is your best option. The critique I have for this store, and many others, is that the employees shopping for online orders with almost run you over with their oversized carts. I'm a big Target shopper for a couple of reasons. One they're a one stop shop. I can get groceries, a pair of lounge pants, a shelf for the bathroom and large clear storage containers for the bedroom all in one scoop. Plus Target Is often located next to businesses or near businesses such as Petsmart or in this case a Ross and a Michael's. So if I can't find what I'm looking for at Target then I can hit these other businesses and don't have to go very far. I notice more and more that Target is starting to carry more and more fresh organic produce at a price that's less than Whole Foods and better selection than Kroger's. They have a pretty nice gluten free cookie and snacks section also. I'd like to see them carry some non-dairy yogurt but I will say they have a pretty nice non-dairy ice cream section. I've been here about 3-4 times when I'm in the area and I've always left a happy camper. No complaints here. read more

They recently expanded their Junior/Women section so it takes up 2 whole areas surrounding the women's fitting room rather than just the front. Jewelry: They have a nice selection of jewelry to choose from but other Targets have more, I've noticed. Bedding&Bath: located all the way in the back middle aisles of the store, lots of variety depending on what you're looking for. I went to Target to exchange two unopened pre-workout products for a different flavor. For whatever reason they cannot do a simple exchange like other stores per the clerk so she said I could return the products and put the value of the two products on a gift card and then purchase the new products. All seemed well and dandy until I brought to her attention that the original products were purchased with my Target card therefore they received a 5% discount which means the gift card value was less than the price of the new products. She cussed "s***" bc she knew she'd messed up and cost me money. She went to the manager explaining HER mistake but her manager said it was my fault that I accepted my return on the gift card the method offered by the clerk. Like what kind of customer service is this?! You would think in a time like this Target would be trying to keep the customers they do have. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! read more

I love this location because it's huge and the layout is so spread out which makes better to stay in and shop longer. Lol I can spend hours in here because there's so many things to look at and buy. This is definitely a Super Target because they have a Starbucks, an Optical, a Grocery side and a small restaurant. Target is expensive but they have quality items and that's what I like about them. Definitely expect to pay a little more for your items but you'll be happy in the end. They also have good sales and items on clearance all time. To stay update on the sales, inventory and get points just download their app to become a member. Great customer service their always helpful. I just wish Target would be more accurate when it comes to using their app when location items. It's located in a shopping plaza and near Perimeter Mall so it's not too hard to find. Prices on shelves are lower than what is charged when you check out. Misleading! Even after bringing it to the attention of multiple store personnel, it still does not change. Have gotten sick from drive up orders of perishable food, and now I see why. When I walk through store, carts of meat and frozen foods are left sitting out for long periods as employees chat and disappear. Returned a warm almond milk after a drive up order. I think I'm done with Walmart or at least I'm going to frequent Target a little more. I had to come early this morning to get some prenatal pills. I was just perusing the store, looking and shopping and the entire staff was over friendly. I mean, I thought we were a family and I hadn't seen them in quite some time. They all greeted me and each other. Everyone had a smile on their face. All of the employees seemed happy to be at work. I almost wanted to get a part time job here - almost! The store was very clean. All of the items were perfectly stocked and the store had a scent from the bakery that made my nose extremely happy. There's nothing like the aroma of fresh baked goods in the morning! This particular Target is close to my job and I've visited a couple of times. Today made me want to visit more often. The prices are a tad bit higher than their competitor but you get what you pay for. read more

A pharmacy that usually has most everything I'd ever want, as a generic. A few things I really don't like about this Target: 1. It's a Super Target, so it has a lot of stuff to look at which makes it harder to find the stuff I actually want. 2. There are times when the lines are long and it takes a long time to check out. 3. Item placement in Super Targets follow a different layout, so if you're used to a non-Super Target things (like paper items for the Kitchen) aren't in the same place. In all, I've found the staff to be super-friendly and efficient. No complaints on this location (other than what I've noted above, but 2 of those are generic complaints on the "Super" concept more than this specific location). read more

I like the convenience factor that comes with this Target just because i live right next to it. It has lots of parking and a side where the employees park so that their cars don't take up space for others that shop there while they are working. There is a Starbucks store and a Pizza Hut store located conveniently inside. Because of the small size, they don't have a lot of things that you might need and lack certain selections of products that you might be looking for. For example, in the automotive section, they don't have headlights, but you can find windshield wipers. More times than not, I've also found that they are out of stock on items for awhile so i learned to just stop looking for them for a few weeks. I love Target, i just wish this location was a little nicer. read more

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE. I only shop here when I have to because of its location or for a specific item needed for the office. They have over 2 dozen checkout lanes and I've only ever seen 6 open!! It doesn't matter if it's 11am on a Tuesday or 7pm on a Sunday...and the self-checkout is a joke (partly because people are idiots, partly because the scanners do not recognize the products). NONE of the employees are ever smiling or proactively helpful. I usually try to leave only positive remarks but someone needs to know that this location needs some attention!! It is in a popular, lucrative part of town. As of right now, I am telling people NOT to shop here. There is a Walmart less than a mile away. read more

This Target store can be found at the Perimeter Place shopping center near Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody. It's conveniently located near I-285 and GA 400, so it's easily accessible from the highway. This is one of the nicest Target stores I've visited in the Atlanta metro and probably ranks second behind my biased No. 1 pick, Target Atlantic Station. This is a SuperTarget. It's bigger and offers more than the typical Target such as: - A photo center - Target Optical - Grocery store - Bakery and deli - Target Mobile (wireless kiosk) The grocery store is bigger and offers greater selection than some of the regular Target stores like Atlantic Station and Lindbergh. This is most noticeable in the produce section. The sufficiently fresh produce is comparable to the other stores. Like other Target stores, Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express are available just inside the main entrance. There's also a pharmacy. The store is huge, bright, and clean. The aisles are wide and neatly organized. In my handful of visits to this store, I've always been able to find what I need and am in and out in a matter of minutes. The employees I've encountered have been friendly and polite and check-out has always been a breeze. During my visits, this Target has never been crowded or insanely busy like a Walmart, Sam's Club, or Costco. The parking lot is spacious and unchaotic. If this store had covered parking, it might be the perfect Target. read more

In fact, it's THE only store you need, because it's a SUPER Target! It's got everything times 12.
