This is one of my favorite Marshalls to visit around Atlanta, GA. I was here for some winter jackets and got them at a great deal. Nice collections and vibrant designs. Great selection for men's and women's clothing. There are also good variety of room cabinet, kitchenware and dinner sets. Customer service was great and helpful. Ample free parking in front of the store. The store is well organized and so many items on clearance. The only negative is probably their shoes selection and they could have more collections. Good discounts & deals. As far as women's clothing for the workspace is not as plentiful as in the locations up north. However, this store has a great inventory of kitchen & bathroom essentials. I'm usually not one to write reviews but I had to say something . The managers here , I believe their names are Kathy and Joel (?) , have an attitude i've never seen before coming from people in their position . The way i saw they spoke to their employees , bossing them around when they're clearly overworked & stressed was unsettling to witness . The organization overall was a mess , I was surprised to realize there were actually managers there working . What exactly are they contributing to this work environment , i'm failing to see . The cashiers were friendly & nice although visibly overworked . Disappointed in the atmosphere & it's a shame to see one of my favorite stores run so poorly . read more

My friends and I came here as we were in the area and needed to stock up on a few items. Of course, by the time we leave we have compiled a mini shopping card full of items. Based on most of the other locations I have been to, this location had more quality deals but also was not the most organized. Yes a one star... first of all the selections is slim. However, I found one item for $6. When I tell you the begging the cashier did for me to get a card. I haven't experienced anything like it in a while. It was pathetic and uncomfortable. I had to turn her down several times and finally say I need to leave. Question: Marshalls is the employee's pay based on credit card approvals? Because she was desperate. I am sitting in my car before moving to my next destination because I had to get this review out. This location is very neat and organized. However, the selection isnt the greatest. A lot of the items are for more mature shoppers. The selection isnt as trendy as other Marshalls that I've been to. I still would recommend for other household items and furniture. read more

This Marshalls is located across the street from Perimeter Mall and above the Nordstrom Racks. I'm not a huge Marshalls shopper but came here to shop with a relative. I got a bargains including a bottle of Nexxus conditioner for $14 (I think Target sells them for $22) and a large bottle of Biosilk for $20 (Ulta sells them for $45) So not a bad deal. My aunt however made out with what looked like a Kate Spade wallet for $45 and a couple of nice sweaters that she'll wear for church...not a bad shopping day.... 1065th review 1006 for 2017 read more

I came in to return an item that I bought a few days ago. I did not have the same credit card that I used to make the original purchase. Karen, the manager on duty for the evening was extremely rude, unkind and unprofessional about the situation. She repeatedly told me that she is only enforcing the policy "throughout" the store in a harsh manner. She told me that I needed to go home to go retrieve my other credit card in order to make the return. Karen showed a lack of care, consideration and patience during the interaction when I asked her to show me where it was stated that I could not return with a different card. When I remained steadfast about getting my return on a different card, she finally gave in and made a smart remark about me having a good night. I will reluctantly shop at this location in the future because of the service I received this evening. Working in retail is difficult. I get it. However, you should not be taking it out on your customers, literally the ones keeping your job in demand. Senior managers at this location need to hold their leaders like Karen more accountable to taking care of guests who patronize their business. read more

Convenient place to save some money and pick up necessities. 4 stars, because they closed an hour earlier than the times on Yelp and google maps. Inconvenient, if you need to return a product and the doors are locked. read more

This store has the nastiest restrooms. For being a "home goods" type of store, I'd expect more from them. Nasty dirty restroom, toilet paper all over-- worse than a gas station. read more

I really like browsing this store as it has different offerings than the northern stores. They tend to have more designer pieces and so it i just fun shopping here. The store is clean and well organized and there is something for everyone from clothing and accessories to housewares. My only problem is that some items purchased here have to be returned here. I purchased something here but was not able to return it to the Roswell store because it was not in their computer. A little inconvenient since I don't travel to this area often. We go to this Marshalls quite often and have found several bargains here. I like this Marshalls in particular because it is close to the Perimeter Mall and all of their amenities. There also a lot of good restaurants to go to this area after a hard day of being dragged around malls and shops. The staff here has always been very friendly and they take security very seriously in this particular Marshalls. We were in there about 2 weeks ago and someone tried to steal something and of course the alarm went off. The security guy chased the person out the door and tackled him on the sidewalk like he used to play linebacker for the Falcons,LOL. As is usual with almost all Marshalls, they have a good selection of clothes, especially business/work clothes for men, which is what I notice the most. It's especially easy to find professional looking work shirts in here for a really good price. It's worth a stop if you're in the area. read more

I don't usually get to visit this marshalls as it's not on my route to or from work to home but I checked in tonight and was very impressed. Staff were attentive and pleasant despite it being close to close. The store was clean and well organized (especially for a discount store like this). I was extremely impressed with the amount of stock they had as well. Definitely worth going out of my way to find some great deals! Can't wait to go back!!! read more

If you're looking for name brand goods for a low price, I'd say start here. They have brands like Michael Kors, Betseyville, Polo, Dooney & Burke, etc. I've been to Marshall's plenty of times in my hometown, but this one here seems to be even cheaper. They have a great selection of women's clothing in all different sizes. From casual to dressy to business attire. Not to mention you can find those pricey salon products(CHI Fekkai, Dermalogica), and fragrances for half the price. Love their shoes and home decor as well. read more

Access to the store is difficult. Today escalator was working going up but not down. Consistent problems for the past few years. Steep stairs with a cane is dangerous. An elevator some distance away only other option. It's easier to go to another store. See the video I posted at top of page. read more

We were on the hunt for some work shirts for my boyfriend. He did end up finding one, but was a bit disappointed by the selection. He prefers the Buckhead location and that is closer for us. Since we were there, I looked for some black booties that were needed. I found some that we OK, but not exactly what I was looking for. I also ended up purchasing a number of random things I didn't intend on buying. They had a pretty good selection of items near the cashier- they actually had something that I had been looking for and I snatched it right up. Clean and organized. Decent selection. I was more impressed by the home department than clothing and accessories. I will note that this location actually had capri workout pants during the winter time, which was great! read more

This is not a clean marshall's. I would not recommend shopping here. There are many other places to go and find good finds.

I went in here looking to buy two long sleeve chiffon tips in black and white because I couldn't find any affordable ones anywhere else. (About $25 dollars EACH at H&M, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe :/) But that's okay, because Marshall's NEVER let's me down. I knew they'd have them! I found them and got one for $14.99 and the other one on clearance for $10.00! Half of what I would've paid at the mall! I also randomly came across a random pink blazer (which I've been looking for one for YEARS) and it was only $19.99 :) I think $45 for all of that was a great deal, as at H&M it would've been about $75. I also bought some Betsey Johnson studs for $7.00 on clearance. This is why I just love Marshall's and have for many years. This location is awesome with great customer service.
