I have always seen that there was a Target near me but I never saw the Target as I drove around. Come to find out, this Target is underground. I think it is below the Best Buy. The store is very clean. The employees are nice. They have plenty of cashiers so you do not have to wait to check out. The chip selection and grocery selection are smaller than I am used to. Not a ton of prepared meals. I need to come here more to see what they have. read more

This is my preferred store because A) The collection is really good, usually they are not out of stock of most of the items! B) pickup facility is seamless. C) The staff is really polite and helpful! I was already shopping in the area when I remembered I needed to buy a giftcard for my friend's recent birthday. This was easy to find since close by the entrance are the cash registers fully stocked with plenty of giftcards. The cashier greeted me and efficiently checked me out with a smile on her face. Since my visit was very brief, I did not get to inspect the organization or quality of items so I wouldn't mind coming again the next time I am around. read more

I used to live in Lindbergh from 2018- early 2020 and this was my neighborhood Target. I used to come here all the time just to kill time. It was just okay back then, nothing remarkable, just lots of trash left by customers throughout the store. I was sad when I moved away and heard this store sustained fire damage in summer 2020 and that it closed for an extended period for remodeling. I was recently in the area again and needed to kill some time so we went in. Wow!! They have done a masterful remodel of the store and it looks completely different. They added a little Target cafe area next to the entrance and a whole Ulta beauty section in the middle!! I was so shocked. The jewelry section has been expanded and the baby and kids section is on another level. It looks like a department store! I was absolutely stunned. They have staged the entire store really well to look more like a department store with attractive shelving displays and well-demarcated sections. It did seem to me like the food section got pared down a bit, which is not surprising because Kroger is right around the corner. The negatives were that there is still a decent amount of trash left by customers inside the store. I hate that it's even a thing that people just leave their drink cups on shelves and walk away like that- however there was enough of it around that it should have been spotted and removed by staff. I hate even saying that- but it was to a point where it was egregious. The other is that the entrance and elevator bay areas seemed unchanged. I understand the parking lot probably is out of the hands of Target and is supposed to be managed by their landlord, but a good pressure washing would do wonders. There was a strong smell of urine waiting for the elevator and it's just nasty. I know it's a common issue in the area but still. They literally sell cleaning products inside. They could do a lot to spruce the entrance up and make it brighter and more welcoming. Right now the entrance is pretty dungeon-y. The parking lots (upstairs and in the garage) seemed exactly the same to me in the 5 years I've been gone. read more

This is a pretty big Target and it's one I go to pretty frequently. It's underground, so it can be a little difficult to navigate to sometimes. You can park on the parking deck above and take the stairs/elevator down to the Target or you can park underground and make your way to the entrance that way as well. This Target is definitely pretty massive, so you'll definitely find what you are looking for. Highly recommend! read more

The women's department had a great selection of clothes. They also have a great shoe selection. We went in December so the holiday section was full of goodies. First time coming to this location because I just happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to get some v day candy. This location is better than others for two reasons-they take Apple Pay and they have self checkout. Store looked very nice and is set up differently than most. It actually reminded me of being in LA for a minute. Nice black history month display and had everything that I needed including honeypot which is HOT . There are tons of employees that acknowledged me including the one at self checkout . Very friendly. I would go out of my way to come here and I'm a red card member. read more

Why is the self-checkout line always closed? I have had to abandon all the items I shopped for twice because I refuse to stand in the long line that forms for the 1 or 2 cashiers on duty. It wouldn't be as problem if there were more cashiers to help customers check out. But the other day, upon entering the store I promptly left once I noticed the self checkout was still closed and the lines were once again backing up for 2 cashiers. What is the reason for this? This was and underground Target. It was 2 levels and all the departments were larger than usual. I purchased over a $150 worth of clothing and food. I was very satisfied. I will be returning. The clerk who checked me out was extremely nice. The Starbuck's clerk did not know how to make many drinks, but that's life people in training. I will be returning. This Target store is located at Lindbergh Plaza in South Buckhead. Its storefront is located inside a parking garage accessed via Adina Dr, between Sidney Marcus Blvd. and Morosgo Dr. Alternatively, you can drive into the shopping center from Piedmont, Sidney Marcus, or Morosgo, and follow the parking ramp down to the Target level. Stairs and elevators are available to those who want to park on the top deck. If you want to go with the latter, then park near Ashley Furniture HomeStore. I rarely visit this Target because Target Atlantic Station is my home Target. I prefer the Atlantic Station location for several reasons. In a nutshell, it's newer, cleaner, and less crowded. However, Target South Buckhead is OK and equally functional. It just has some rough edges like old shopping carts with greasy handles and worn wheels that are prone to locking up (making pushes and turns annoyingly difficult). The aisles are sloppier (e.g. clothes strewn on the floor) and aren't nearly as well kept. Not sure if that's on the staff or customers who visit this particular location. I'm going to say both. The grocery section is fine. The produce I've purchased has been sufficiently fresh and/or ripe. I've been able to find almost everything I was looking for on my trips here. The staff are friendly and helpful. During peak periods, check-out is expedited thanks to additional staff monitoring the lanes and guiding/easing customer traffic. There's a Starbucks and a pizza-cafe located inside. Since storefront parking is inside a covered garage, you won't get wet if it's raining outside. The shopping carts utilize a special technology where the wheels lock if the carts are taken outside of the property. Neat. read more

I remember the day this Target open and I have been coming to it for more than 10 years. I have seen it through multiple changes but the last couple of months it has been constantly having some construction going on and it doesn't feel as fun to shop since it has started. They still have a lot of products but the reconstruction of the store has cut off many sections to make big ones that they don't seem to have space for. When it's finished it will be a 5-star Target for sure. read more

Your standard Target but a little smaller compared to other locations. It has frozen and fresh groceries, and everything else you would normally find at a Target. I really have no complaints about this location since it's very close to my apt, but one thing I have to mention is how dirty the parking lot is. There is literally trash everywhere and it just does not look clean. The look and feel doesn't align with other Targets I've been to before. How sad is it that there are 4 style of dresses, 2 pants, 1 jeans and about 4 short sleeve shirts in the plus size? The maternity are is larger than the plus size. The area that used to house plus size is now half taken over by men's clothes. For those of you who don't live around here, and are in an enormous rush, I'm going to save you some time and trouble. This Target is UNDERGROUND. You're welcome. So you can stop driving back and forth on the road it's supposed to be on, looking for huge Target signs and freaking out because you're not going to get everything you needed to have two hours ago for the thing that's happening in 20 minutes. It's hidden under the parking lot. And when you finally find it, you will be able to find what you need, because the staff generally seems to have a good idea where everything is. Booooooo this targets customer service sucks. Every time I come here there's usually a long line with someone turning off their light to deter you but then they keep cashing out people. Last time I went their photo machine was down... but the way she was talking it sounded like it had been down, just no one wanted to make a sign . After all of the hullabaloo about Target's corporate cloud giving scratch to anti-gay, conservative-types, I decided to take a break and wait for the dust to settle. Target's CEO has apologized, and the company gave an equal amount to some progressive causes, which, I have to say, was good enough for me (it's still not good enough for MoveOn.org, apparently, which continues to rally its troops against them in a boycott as of this writing). So, I hit this Target location recently and, let me just say this: I had a religious experience after being away so long. Is that bad? Perhaps I should start a support group. There's something about when a retailer gets its experience down just right - this place is an example of that, kooky politics and all. The reunion between me and Target was beautiful and KACHING when the register. I still hope they stop their corporate shenanigans, and we can work hard on that front to keep them honest... as we shop for that throw rug we totally didn't need. read more

I frequent this Target store when I'm in town because of the close proximity to where I'm staying and working. Initially a little confusing to get to. There is plenty of parking, next to the store, and upstairs as well. Otherwise, it is a target. They also have a starbucks inside. On occasion the store has been a little bit picked over. The grocery section seems to have a decent selection. The staff here is very friendly, always smiling! read more

I love me some Target. I love this one for its ease and accessibility (from parking to circling the store). Enter through the side by Home Depot and you're golden, as there's tons of parking in the garage at "street" level. Much easier than the Buckhead store. Always lots of selections in the $1 bins (I like to hit these up for treats/small gifts/stocking stuffers/etc) and your usual array of "Target stuff." Decent grocery section (not as big/impressive as the Dunwoody one- wow!- but good). Nice people, and you can get coffee, too. Sweet! read more

One great Target store. The staff is very friendly. I love it that they ask you if you are finding everything ok and acutally have a smile on their faces while they are servicing you. Yes, people they do also have the freshest snack bar Pizza Hut pizzas. When I go to other Target's it seems as if the pizzas have been sitting out all day, but here they seem to do a great job of having them hot fresh and waiting for you. Very little checkout issues, and they will open additional lanes when there are several people waiting to be checked out. Underground parking, with ample parking and easy access to the doors. This is one of my favorite target locations. It's a great store and it's very clean. Most of the employees are well trained and there's never really an issue of unprofessionalism. We are often approached to see if we've found what we're liking for. One issue I have ran into here is price discrepancies. A lot of the signage is either in the wrong place or is out of date. This has resulted in many hours arguing with the store manager who always says "we can't be responsible for what customers do to our signage..." Just be on the lookout. read more

I didn't even know there was a Target here, found it accidentally when heading to Home Depot west on Sidney Marcus Boulevard. I went at night, and it was kinda dim and dungeon-like with the entrance on the lower level of the parking deck, underneath Best Buy. My main gripe was that they needed to open more registers since we were waiting in long lines even when the store wasn't very crowded. Even the self checkout looked sluggish. And also, I thought something was on sale, but apparently it wasn't. Confusing signage. At least I got what I needed in the end. read more

My favorite location because it's close to my home and grocery store. It doesn't have everything I need sometimes but it's convenient. I have other options near me but the staff here is prompt the store is close to restaurants and shopping so it's perfect for what i need most times. I'm in target at least 3-4 times per week and each time i come in i find new stuff great selection of items even when having a sale. read more

A little creepy in that you're going under a huge parking deck made of concrete that could fall on your head in case there is an earthquake in Atlanta. But I guess that doesn't happen too often in Atlanta. Clean, well stocked, non-attitudey employees, this is our go-to Target. Organized and clean Target with a nice Starbucks and Pizza Hut cafe area. Kind if funny setup, though - it's completely underground, you don't see any signs outside except for a big red 'target' ball on the street level. I used to really love this Target because I can walk to it no problem, but it's really started to get on my nerves lately. First off, they NEVER ever have enough registers open. They'll have like 2 people and somehow this is great when I go in, but when I'm ready to head out, apparently everyone else that has been in the store is too. The cashiers are all usually pretty rude too. I was on this hockey card kick after getting a bunch from friends in Christmas cards, so I decided to expand my collection..here I found cards from no earlier than 2008-2009...two seasons ago. While that's probably perfectly cool for people who want older ones, I was more than likely not going to find my favorite in there. I'll stick to the other Buckhead Target for them I guess...so just remember, the previously mentioned from years ago unsold merchandise still goes on even now! Sadly they do not apply a clearance "has been sitting around for years" price to the cards. If they did I'd sure as hell be helping them out with turnover. There is a really good selection of food, I'd say, better than the two story store even. If you like the Archer Farms brand of Target and you don't feel like making the trek to a Super Target, there's a lot of good stuff here. Other than that, it's what you expect for Target. I love Target! I gonna be living across the way, so I know I'll be here all the time. I'm not officially moved until another few weeks, but when I was there 3 weekends ago, my best friend and I literally was there 6 times that weekend. We probably spent about $600....just on random stuff. Like everyone says, it's pretty much underground (even I had to circle around the first time I was going there cuz I totally missed the entrance ramp)...so it's never really crazy busy. The best part about this Target is in its simplicity... one level, low lighting, no publicity, etc. It's located in the uber-convenient Lindbergh Plaza and the store is located below ground, leaving lots of room for parking and little room for signage. Each time I go it's pretty busy, but never crowded. I keep finding products at this store that you can't get anywhere else (i.e. citrus & light Ultra Downy with Febreze and Archer Farms Chardonnay Artichoke Dip). Check-out is quick and painless plus they have a great cafe with pizza and Starbucks. I love it, just don't tell many people because then it will get too popular. :) read more

Homeless people everywhere asking for money and following you around! Save yourself some time and go to a different target where it's safer, cleaner and somewhat good customer service. First time at this target and loved the underground parking (also it was raining). When I walked in it was very bright and extremely clean. Very organized and I asked a few different associates to help me find things and they all walked me to the location even though I told them they can just point me to the right direction. I also went during the morning on a weekday so it was completely empty and everything was well organized. Would shop again. read more
