The underground Target is A-OK in my opinion. Nothing special about it other than the fact that it will never see a second of sunlight, ever. So, that's pretty interesting if you think about it. I've had to return items here a coupls of times and have never had any problems with the customer service counter. The store is always fairly clean and well-stocked. Every now and then, however, there's a mad rush on the checkout lanes and not enough of them are open, which can cause annoying backups. If anything, I think the store manager's need to keep an attentive eye out with regards to lane management. read more

I should begin this review by gloating a little: this Target is a mere 3-4 minute walk from my apartment. Yes, I'm spoiled. This store isn't the cleanest or brightest Target (it is subterranean, after all....) but it is reliable, never too packed, and there's plenty of parking for such an in-town store. I've never really had any bad experiences here, but I will say that they tend to be out of stock more often than other stores i frequent. Like most Targets, the selection, prices, and sales are good. The people are pretty friendly but don't always go out of their way to help. Given the convenience, I'd probably be here all the time even if it were a terrible store. Great Pharmacy Staff !!!! They really care and it shows! I love this Target! I use to live across the street from it off Sidney Marcus but moved but I still go here to visit as I like the pharmacy staff and the layout of the store is just right for me. The store has covered parking so perfect for bad weather days. The pharmacy staff here is great. They get busy at times but they handle the crowds and call me to make sure I know to get my refills etc They have been a great help dealing with insurance stuff that can make you cuss and also they helped me locate Rx discounts to help with the copay so that is AWESOME! This store is always clean and most times the check out lines are very fast! read more

At first I didn't like it all that much because the fact that it's underground made it seem a little creepy to me, and I didn't think the clothing selection was as good as just up the road at the Buckhead store, but I have since changed my mind. It's so accessible, (especially compared to the Buckhead store), there's ample parking, it's never crowded, and it always seem to be freshly stocked. read more

It's underground! It has all the good stuff you expect form target. I always do my grocery shopping here too since it is close. The pros is that you have a huge variety of stuff. The negatives are that they don't have a great selection of fruit and vegetables. I wish that kind of like a whole foods vibe or something. I dunno.. Maybe then I would like it more. On a rainy day like today, I LOVED the underground parking at this Target. I spent some time here today and found the staff to be friendly (I tried on some clothes and the fitting room attendants were very nice), the selection to be good, and navigation to be simple. It also was not too crowded but, even if it was, I think it would be OK because it is a big and spacious store. This Target is not the closest to me so I don't always go here but I was actually looking forward to coming to this store today when I knew I'd be in the area. I will gladly return! read more

This is not my main Target location, but I will stop by if I'm already in Buckhead. It is located in the Lindbergh Shopping Center - don't know the exact name. I enter from over by the Quik Trip as it is on the lower level, underneath the Best Buy, I guess. Underground parking would normally throw me off, but I feel quite comfortable parking here. I find that it is organized well, offers many good deals (I always check out the clearance clothing section), and easy to get in and out of. Love the quick access to the Spring-Buford Connector. If you are a popcorn person, get the popcorn here. Yummy. read more

The only thing I have to say about this target, is it's horrible to get reception in there, as it's on the bottom level of a parking lot. I never would've noticed had I not had Pandora streaming. Otherwise, it's your standard Target, of which I love, but be certain if you need to make a call to ask what someone wanted you to bring, do it before you go underground...that or take the stairs/elevator topside. This Target just so happens to be my local Target, and I couldn't be happier. There is parking above the Target, and on the same level of Target, which is perfect, depending on the way you drive in. This location is always extremely neat and tidy, organized, and the staff is always extremely welcoming and helpful. Ever since this Target started getting fresh produce, it has significantly helped when I need to get last minute groceries. The wine selection here is not anything extremely special, but every once in a while they'll surprise you with a good one. Starbucks & Pizza Hut are also conveniently stationed in the front of the store, just incase you need a pick me up, or tasty snack in a hurry. This location also has a fan sports section of whichever team is currently playing, which helps when you need to get last minute Braves/Falcons/Hawks gear for the game. read more

It looked like the company gave up and are shutting the doors in a week. This is the worst target store I've ever been to. Customer service is terrible, I always have trouble with returns, and they always have long lines at checkout. There is no actual return counter, so you have to wait in line with everyone checking out to do returns. Every time I try to return something, they say it isn't on my card, even when I go back and check my bank statement. I once tried to buy something the scanners couldn't read unless you pulled a clear piece of plastic out of the way. The cashier asked "do you still want them?" once they saw it was a little extra effort to scan the two items. The employees here don't even do the bare minimum to help you, they just deny they can help you so they don't have to put in the effort. Go to another target if you can. I wish this wasn't the closest one to me. read more

Went to Target two weeks ago for Christmas lights. Online they said they had 12 of them in stock but in store the section was ransacked and messy and the store employee said they had none left. They must have sent the management from the NDH Target to this Piedmont location. I used to love this particular Target because I never had to wait in line to check out. The last two times I have been in here (both week nights) they only had a few registers open and I had to wait FOREVER. The last time I was here I waited in line to check out for 15 minutes and then as soon as it was my turn to check out the cashier walked away and said she'd "be right back." A few minutes later she returned and apologized. I'm assuming she went to the bathroom maybe? Pretty ridiculous that the employee can't even get a bathroom break. Anyway, needless to say this location is no longer any better than NDH. Guess I'll just suck it up and go to NDH since its closer. No sense in driving further for the same crappy service. read more

I live very close to this Target so it is convenient. Definitely not a place to buy produce but it has the other things you need. the customer service cashiers and very helpful so I like it. I don't think there is enough people on the floor and the products sometimes needs to be restocked faster but all in all the customer service is pretty good so I am ok with it. read more

This is a very nice Target. I love the covered parking lot so if it is raining or scorching hot, it's no problem. The staff helped me get heavy items into the car. Sean was super-helpful helping me resolve a damaged furniture piece that I had already assembled. You can find everything you will ever need at this store. read more

This is directed at the CVS pharmacy. I called to have my prescription sent to another CVS in Indiana. I was told she couldn't do that something about going into my profile and that I would have to have the store that I wanted to pick it up at do the transfer. I accepted that and drove 20 miles out of my way to go to the store where I was told that she could've done that for me at the Atlanta location! The woman in the Atlanta location not only lied to me she was just too plain lazy to do the work. I have been going to this store for years and every time it's the same thing, poor service and no effort to assist a customer. There is one exception and that's the older lady working there who is very sweet but the other techs are awful. They may be employees of CVS and not Target but regardless they represent the store that pays them and poor customer service is a direct reflection on every employee that works there. read more

The absolute BEST thing about this Target is the fact that ALL the parking is covered. As luck would have it, the design of the shopping center has Target in what could be considered the basement of the center, but this allows for the parking lot to be cool during hot days and 95% dry during rainy days. Inside the staff is attentive, especially when it comes to the checkouts. read more

This is a pretty decent location. Typically does not carry a good variety of groceries and are often out of stock on some of the staples. Overall, I enjoy the location, but I highly dislike the Starbucks there. The Starbucks staff typically treats you you like you're a completely nuisance, is impatient with orders even if you're the only one in line, and never gets the drink order correct. If I'm paying $8 for a latte, at least pretend to like me. read more

I think I'm obsessed with this Target because it is right by my house. If I ever need last minute groceries or run out of a cleaning product, they are a hop skip and a jump away! I know it's a chain superstore, and I know it is just a part of a larger corporate monster, but I can't help myself... I love Target. Tar-gay. TarJay... I am coming out of the closet for my adoration of this warehouse of wonder. Having said that, this particular store is my current fling. I purchased a little condo about two blocks away at the beginning on Sept 2011. I have found myself shuttling down to this Target as much as two or three times a day while I'm getting myself settled in. And I will continue to do so. The staff is helpful, they've not just pointed the way but actually taken me to any item I need. And checkout has been a breeze at any (and all) hours. I suppose I may have to cheat on this Target when my new Fridge is delivered and I want to stock my pantry with foodstuffs. But as long as I own this condo (which I got for a steal at 60% value - now is the time to purchase intown), I will continue to be a patron of this Target. read more

as a follow up to my review on the best buy (that sits upstairs from this target in the new lindbergh plaza) i found a usb cable for 20 dollars less (that's right -- 20 more marguerita bucks for Ed!) than a flight up the stairs at best buy. also, i spent some time in the electronics section of this targe t and even thought it will never be best buy -- was still a pretty good section of the store -- so if you are shopping for more popular electronics -- and especially cables and cords -- check out this target before or after the best buy and make sure you actually get the "best buy" read more
