    I try to stay out of this store. I've had bad luck at this store through the years, like fraud on my debit card, twice, both times after using my debit card at the self checkout registers; slow employees at the registers; employees who had no knowledge which department and item was in; items being rung up at incorrect prices at the register; escalators going to and from the underground parking lot not working; and employees "randomly" having customers who made purchases show them their receipt and the items in their bags. I come here only if I'm in the area and really need to find something, or if the Walmart closest to me is out of something that I need. The customer service is overall bad here. Yes, you may find an employee who cares about their job and does it correctly, but that, in my experiences at this store, is not the norm. Most recently, I've come here for dog food, deodorant and over-the-counter medicine. The parking lot on the ground floor is almost always full because there are many small businesses that share the parking lot, but there is a huge underground parking lot that always has available parking spaces. I don't really care for this store, and would rather go to a different Walmart. I'm glad the one in Dunwoody is a lot closer to where I live.

    Bad aftertaste, not getting this again. The rest of the Walmart finds were great.

    Not sure why this Walmart has gotten so much hate, but my fiancé and I personally had a great experience here at the end of last month. It was so clean and the aisles were super spacious, unlike the Norcross and Duluth locations which always feel very crowded. There weren't even many people shopping here compared to the other two locations I mentioned. Everything seemed to be well-stocked. I picked up some household items, dessert, a spare mask, and my fiancé found some good work pants here. There's a pretty good selection of clothes here, if you don't mind buying from Walmart like me - lots of good cheap essentials to add to your wardrobe. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this location. There's a Subway inside like the other Walmarts in the area. There's a Five Guys and American Deli outside and some other shops. This location even has an elevator to access a lower parking deck that I hear can be found if you drive around back. All in all, we really like this location and intend on coming back soon.

I checked in and was seen within 5 minutes. The nurse that helped me was efficient and eased my experience. He took my vitals and ran some tests, and was pretty quick with it. Unfortunately, my recent experience--and several past ones--have been extremely disappointing. I am deaf and rely on lip reading for communication. I politely asked the employee assisting me (Lily) to briefly lower her mask so I could understand her. This is a very simple and reasonable accommodation. However, she refused--just as she has done multiple times in the past. This issue has been ongoing since COVID, and nothing has changed. I have raised concerns before, but it feels like my voice has not been heard. Clear communication is critical in a pharmacy setting, and refusing to accommodate a deaf customer creates unnecessary barriers and risks misunderstandings about medications. To make matters worse, CVS customer service was no help at all. I had a very poor experience trying to address this issue, which only added to my frustration. After nearly a decade of being a customer, I feel disappointed and overlooked. CVS needs to do better when it comes to supporting the deaf community and ensuring basic accessibility for all customers.

My most recent experience is actually a zero on a 5 point scale (but you are firced to give at least one star -- undeserved in this case!). After waiting 15 minutes for the pharmacy to open (they break for lunch from 1:30 to 2 PM), I was told the prescription that was supposed to be ready was not ready (although I received a text saying it was ready). The pharmacist tried to push a 30 day option vs. the 90 day prescription which was much more expensive (they stated did not have a 90 day supply on hand). I showed the counter tech the text. She refused to acknowledge the fact it said the prescription was ready claiming it said it was 'being prepared'. I refused the option to pay more for less, saying I would return when they had the 90 day supply on hand. I also inquired as to why, after close to a year of requesting them to sync up prescription pickup (I had picked up another two items two days prior), they were unable to do so. I was told by the pharmacist that their system just didn't work smoothly in arranging the syncing of regular prescriptions. I decided to call customer service to report on this store's failure to provide requested service as well as their attempt to charge an increased price for a 30 vs. 90 day prescription due to their inability to provide the 90-day supply as prescribed. I was promised a follow up call. Crickets. My recommendation: find another pharmacy. As soon as I manage to extract this last pending prescription from this particular CVS, that is what I plan to do.

Plus, I was running some errands on this side of town anyways. I had placed an order for a birthday cake at this location. I went straight to the bakery upon entering to get my cake. The worker was super friendly and happy to help me get it. This Publix is honestly pretty big! They have quite the selection and then some! They even had some free popcorn samples in the store too, which I thought was pretty cool. This Publix also feels a lot newer honestly. It seems fresh and new, compared to some of the older Publix locations. This Publix is located in a larger shopping center with places like Homegoods and Crunch Fitness, so there is plenty of parking! I would definitely come back to this Publix in the future!

This CVS is two stories. Bottom is the basement and top floor goes to street level. After figuring out what to get, I used the self checkout but it was not showing the true sale price. I looked for an employee to help me and the sales associate Derrika was the only one around. She was amazing and helped me at the register. She was able to troubleshoot and figure out why the system was showing the wrong prices pretty quickly. She was also by herself at the moment, had to take a customer call who was rambling on about some issue that has nothing to do with Derrika, and was also actively making sure people around were ok. So my review is mostly for Derrika, she made me experience at this CVS very pleasant and I appreciate her service and dedication without losing her cool. Go Derrika!

    The pharmacy itself (not the rest of the store) is the worst... absolutely customer no service…read more I have high deductible insurance only so they should never file unless I tell them too. The keep trying to file when told not to, which delays things because they have to wait for insurance to say it's not covered. Again, they were explicitly told not to do this. I dropped off 2 prescriptions, first one said not in stock, so about 2 weeks later, it's finally in and I go pick it up and ask about the 2nd. They said they had questions about the Rx and would have to call the doctor. Well why didn't you do that when I dropped it off. A few more weeks went by and they text saying they never heard back from the doc. I doubt they tried because I called the doc and told them what was going in, and within 15min they called me back saying it's all straightened out. Then I get another text from CVS saying it's not in stock. A couple weeks later I get a text saying it's ready for pickup but I was out of town. So a few days later, when I was back, I went to pick it up but they close for lunch in the early afternoon so they sent me away. I go back the next day and they tell me the prescription has expired and they refuse to give it to me. This is the one the doc's office just called about a few weeks prior. They said it was originally written 6 months ago so they can't give it to me. If they hadn't screwed around for several weeks that wouldn't have been a problem and give me a break, the doc's office calling them, anyone with a brain would consider that the start date. I didn't fill it right away when I got the Rx because I still had some leftover and didn't need to spend the $s right away. This is just the most recent screw up with these folks. I don't think I've filled a prescription there in 2 or 3 years where it wasn't some foul up or another. I would normally go there out of convenience but I'm done. There's a Walgreens next door, and a Publix a block or so past that. Never again will these incompetents get my business.
