This location is always on point. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful employees who take customer service seriously. It's clean, organized, and well stocked. In an age where big box retail is diminishing, it's refreshing to see a store that's doing it right. Bravo!

It was completely empty, no bags for your things and you couldn't use any coupons. Don't waste your time.

When we were there in the morning we had our contractor with us who had a tape measure & when we returned in the afternoon alone we totally forgot a tape measure. My husband walked away to go find a worker to look for a tape measure & while he was gone Hans walked by and asked if I needed any help & I told him we were looking for a tape measure & my husband left to go find someone. My husband returned without one as he was told by another associate that they were all out. Hans returned shortly after with a store tape measure that he said we could use & return up front when checking out. While my husband & I were looking around again Hans walked by & we had a question about grout selection & where in the store we could find it. Instead of just pointing of which aisle to go Hans walked us there and then gave us a grout color sample kit to bring back to the tiles aisle to make sure the grout color he recommended or another color went well with the tile we were purchasing. Once we got up front to check out & return the tap measure & grout color kit Hans was there and actually rung us up. This is our first home renovation project & we were a little overwhelmed in tile selecting all day & finding all the right items but our third experience yesterday was stress free due to the help of Hans. My husband & I both agreed that Hans went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our home project.

I am not one to hammer small businesses with negative reviews. In fact, I normally go out of my way…read moreto support them. However, I had a horrifying experience at Redefine Home this past weekend and wanted to warn other parents. Full story below, but the headline is the new owner told me "Maybe you should lock up your kid" when my child did absolutely nothing wrong. Let me preface by saying, I've been a big fan and customer of Redefined Home Boutique over the years, when it was owned by David, who was lovely and kind. This weekend, as soon as we walked in, a large black dog ran towards my 3 year old and terrified her so she screamed loudly and ran away, and he then started barking and running after her. He was not trying to bite her but it terrified her nonetheless. The woman working there (who I've since learned is the new owner, Kim) made no attempt to calm or stop the dog, and my daughter was distraught. Even more upsetting, there was no apology at all from Kim. My daughter was terrified and said "that dog isn't very nice" and we immediately headed towards the exit and said, "yes, maybe he should be on a leash." The owner yelled as we were exiting "maybe you should lock your kid up." My child had done absolutely nothing wrong. If "maybe you should lock up your kid" is something that comes out of the mouth of an employee, let alone an owner, when the child did nothing wrong at all, I think it warrants a negative review to warn other parents. Truly appalling behavior, and definitely not a way to treat customers in a family-oriented neighborhood. I'll take my money elsewhere.
