The selection here is larger than the Buford store or maybe the way it's laid out seems so. Anyway, on this particular day the service was outrageous! The clerk and the manager argued with me over a bag of pretzels that were in the " clearance " section for 50% off. Their contention was that someone put it there but there was more than 5 bags there with the red sticker. I held my ground and made a scene to the embarrassment of my wife. I walked away but why run a sore so lax as not to know where your inventory is and how much? The manager stood up for her employee so I left it at that. I will not be back to this hidden location again! Do yourself a favor save your gas and go elsewhere.

Rug delivery & Norcross store - false advertising and terrible customer service. They say $10 same…read moreday delivery. Bought and paid a lot of money for 2 rugs in store on Friday. Purchased the same day delivery. No same delivery happened. Spent all day on Saturday back and forth with store and customer service talking in circles. Store said it'd be delivered by noon today. Wasn't. Customer service said it would be delivered by 5:30p today. Wasn't. It's now 8pm on Saturday, still no delivery. They have wasted so much of my time and keep saying "it's a 3rd party delivery company" ... guess what, not my problem. When you say clearly "$10 same day delivery on all rugs" that is what a customer deserves and expects. But even if they were delivered next day, I told them that was fine. But waiting this long with still no delivery window, 3rd party or not, is unacceptable. I loved this store, now I will no longer shop there. Additionally the store manager is terrible at her job as I waited for more 30 minutes at the register just to purchase the rugs and schedule the delivery in the first place. Ending with me calling the store back again tonight after customer service told me to call the store manager back and told me what to say. I did and tried to ask exactly what customer service told me to ask. Store manager got mad at me and said she can't refund my money unless I drive all the way back to the store. And then she hung up on me. There is more but this review is long enough. You really have to piss me off for me to write a review like this. Well done

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE!…read more This store is chocked full of goodies. It is like falling down a rabbit hole because it just goes on and on and is the full length of the building. You can actually exit out of the rear door. This store has lots of gift ideas for your home and garden such as cute little lunch and picnic bags, home decor items, garden accessories and supplies, fragrances, chimes, gift cards and so much more. I love the "laugh out loud gift cards". These are the cards that you read and immediately laugh out loud. My favorite birthday card today had a picture of an older woman on the front and read: Gurrrl!, 39 again? and when you open it, it says: Do you even own a mirror? I loved it and if I had a frenemy, this would be the perfect card. Unfortunately this is not a card that I would actually give to a friend but one that I would share for a good laugh. There were several of these very funny cards along with more serious ones. In the second room there was a collection of fragrances that you could actually test. They came in the form of creams, sprays, liquids and diffusers. I tested one and will be returning to purchase some because as I sit here, I am enjoying this wonderful light scent that is not overwhelming and does not cause my eyes to water. Today I picked up Wind and Willow Chili and cheese hot dip mix. I hope the product tastes as good as the picture looks. They had several varieties but I chose this one because it was lower in sodium and will pair well with my blue tortilla chips. This is a great mature gift shop where you can find items of dignity to give your friends. No more tacky tees and cheap garbage as you will find truly thoughtful options available.

Back in September 2013, I ordered a rug for my classroom through RugSmart because the design and…read moresize of the kind I wanted was discontinued on other sites and the price was still very reasonable through them. Well, they notified me that the manufacturer (in China, I believe, unfortunately) told them that the size I wanted was no longer available, so they provided several other options, including getting the larger size at a discounted price. I elected to do that and shortly thereafter received the corresponding larger rug mat that I had also upgraded to. I contacted them in November to ask what the status of my rug was, only to have them inform me that the manufacturer told them the rug was sold out till sometime in January. To my regret, I sent a rather scathing e-mail about how it'd been two months since I'd placed my order and asked them if they would've furnished this information about the delay had I not made an inquiry. The sales associate apologized, saying that many of their suppliers don't notify them of delays. (But doesn't RugSmart keep tabs on all of their orders? No one followed up!) I also told him that charging my credit card before sending the merchandise was poor business practice, but he insisted that most rug e-tailers do this because of some scams a few years back. Not sure if this is true, but whatever. He said that he'd contact me in early December to provide me with the estimated delivery time and tracking number. Well, that never happened; in good faith, I gave them the entire month to e-mail me. Finally, in early January, I contacted them, only to be told that the manufacturer informed them that the larger size was still on backorder. Two days later, the other sales associate e-mailed me to tell me that he'd just learned the larger-sized rug was actually discontinued also, rendering the earlier information they'd provided incorrect. He once again gave me choices on what I could do. I then asked him to cancel my order. It's now been 10 days, and they have yet to reply to confirm that my order has been canceled. Crimony! Even if it had been the manufacturer's fault for changing the status of the product and neglecting to inform the merchants, RugSmart definitely should have done a better job of tracking its orders. I appreciated that the sales reps were providing me with alternatives to keep my business with each setback, but they were (overall) so remiss in providing prompt service and checking up on orders that this seeming courtesy didn't offset the hassle at all. I should not have needed to keep asking them, month after month, what the status of my order was. And I don't feel it was okay to take my money hostage like that. In retrospect, I should've been more proactive too, instead of waiting, hoping for them to act. When that much time has lapsed, who can remember what adjustments and decisions were made along the way? What I should've done was checked the Google reviews before ever even ordering! They're not even accredited by the BBB because of customer complaints: http://www.bbb.org/atlanta/business-reviews/carpet-and-rug-dealers-new/rugsmart-in-norcross-ga-27264089 Summary: Buying from RugSmart is a gamble. I suppose if they have your item(s) in stock, you may be in luck and can expect prompt delivery. However, there's almost no way of knowing that they'll send the correct items to you or that the item(s) isn't sold out. You might as well save yourself the trouble and order from a more reputable company that actually makes customer satisfaction a priority.

Store Size and Selection This place is very, very big with a strong selection of Korean groceries and everyday staples. What surprised me most was how much more there is beyond food - tons of interesting cookware, cooking tools, and fun items to browse. Produce and Freshness The fresh produce was top quality and noticeably fresh. You can tell this store serves a community that expects high standards, and the quality shows. Prices and Deals There were a lot of sales and discounts throughout the store. Great value overall, especially considering the freshness and variety. Samples and Experience The sampling situation is next level - way more sample corners than you'd ever expect Costco to provide. Sample sizes are smaller than Costco, but it's still totally worth it because you get to try a wide variety of Korean flavors. It felt like tasting little snippets of Korean culture as you shop. Service, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful, and the service was amazing. The store was also very clean. Bonus: the music was clearly catered to millennials (late 20s to 40s), and it genuinely brought back childhood and teenage nostalgia. Inside Businesses (Restaurants, Salons, Etc.) We also enjoyed that there are restaurants and salons inside. Everything looked nice, and pricing seemed pretty reasonable. Why it stands out in Duluth Duluth has a strong Korean community, and Mega Mart really reflects that in the quality, freshness, and overall experience. Would we return? Yes - 100%. If you want great produce, strong deals, lots of Korean variety, and a fun shopping experience, this is a must visit.
