We interviewed at least 6 contractors, but I knew as soon as we met Emmanuel that he was the man…read morefor the job. My husband had a separate project that we also used Emmanuel for, but this review is specifically for our master bathroom and master closet renovation. I have always known these areas had more potential but needed a person with creative vision to help me pull it off. Emmanuel gave us an honest quote after taking the most thorough measurements. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and he followed up on every detail. I even changed my mind about tile after some had already gotten installed and he switched gears with me, no problem! Emmanuel has fantastic attention to detail, communication, and follow through. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking! Can't wait to get started on the kitchen next!

Emmanuel is one of the best general contractors in Metro Atlanta Area. I interviewed over 10…read morecontractors via phone and in-person back in April of this year and Emmanuel stood out amongst them all. He is very responsive, professional and provides quality work. When he showed up to our home for the first time after I had met with multiple contractors, I knew he would be the best person for our project. He was very knowledgable about home architecture and renovations, he provided samples and assured that he could accomplish what we were requesting. He definitely delivered a quote in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the first set of renovations in our new home and did a phenomenal job. He provided great, quality work in a reasonable amount of time with absolutely no headaches. From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Emmanuel and we have no complaints. We plan to work with him again in the future. My husband and I work FT jobs and we have a toddler so we really appreciated, Emmanuel's attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. He made sure his team delivered on all of our requirements and he was very attentive to our requests. This was truly a hassle free process. Emmanuel and his team did three levels of flooring, created a laundry space in the unfinished part of our basement, changed our old laundry room to a butler's pantry, renovated our master bathroom, completed our gym room, changed our entry door-way to an arch and remodeled our staircase. He and his team were very efficient and remained mindful of our use of the space while the renovations were being done so we didn't feel too inconvenienced by all of the work being done in a short period *three months*. I honestly can't thank Emmanuel and his team enough for their amazing work. We recommend him as someone you can trust to deliver!

We've had quite the renovation experience, but i will save you the details. One of the biggest…read moredecisions we had to make was for countertops. We needed them for the kitchen counter, a huge island, a buffet, a built in dresser, a powder room and the master bathroom. My wife wanted Quartz, so I sold a kidney through uncle Joey to pay for it, and we eventually decided to go with a full height kitchen backsplash as well. I called several places, pricing was similar, but when I spoke to Matt "it was like Sparks, down on E Street!" Matt was so friendly and inviting and wasn't pushy. He just said our remnant yard is open, come by anytime you want and take a look. So we did. I can't remember if I called him, before or after we went by. We went through the show room and looked at several different Quartz samples, prices varied so much. We finally chose a very reasonably priced quartz product that looked very nice for the entire kitchen area, and the buffet in the dining room. For the other pieces, that were going throughout the house, we chose those out of the remnant yard. The remnant yard holds lots of different types of stone, and they are discounted, so you can find some great deals. I also ended up having the entire master bathroom shower bench, niche surrounds and threshold cut out of Quartz. Sorry for all the detail. Matt is a great person. I found him very sincere, helpful and honest. He was with me through the entire process. We had a few issues along the way, and trust me, if you haven't renovated expect issues. They're going to happen, it's how you and the people you deal with take care of them. That's when I met Don, the owner of G&M. What can I say, I wanted to hate the guy, but he was so nice! There was a small accident, which I understand can happen when dealing with these very large and heavy pieces of stone, and Don without hesitation took care of the problem. I have to mention Glauco, the installer. This guy was great, his whole crew was great. Good luck! Once the house is cleaned up, I will try and update with some pictures.

We spent A LOT of money with this company for a lot of countertops on our new build. Lots of…read moreproblems with the install that were originally jointly caused by Granite & Marble Solutions and our builder, and the owner did the right thing at that time. Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. Pretty clear that they just hope I will go away. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone. I've waited a long time to post a review hoping they would come to the table.

My original project was the guest bathroom. Having used ARJ remodeling a couple of years ago (See…read morereview from a couple of years ago Master Bathroom - amazing job!), I reached out to them again - added bonus, I know and trust the quality of the work. Quote was reasonable, I would supply the materials. Total gutting of the bathroom - Tom suggested a walk-in shower. Stayed on budget, work completed in a couple of days. The bathroom looks great! During the bathroom remodel, I inquired about the kitchen. Tom gave me two quotes. Went with the 2nd quote, which would remove a wall and add an island. Wow! What a transformation!! Went with all of Tom's recommendation, which included additional cabinets/crown molding to complete the look, recessed lighting, new sink, counter tops, floors and changing/adding electrical outlets. Really opens up the place. Friends and family all remark on the craftmanship and how amazing it looks. Kitchen was completed on time and within budget. Tom and his team are very professional. Easy to work with, hard working, knowledgeable - went above and beyond. Very satisfied with all of my rooms. Will definitely call them again with my next remodel.

I was asked to pick out tile, fixtures, and cabinets from a list of vendors. I had initially…read moreselected grey cabinets, but called the vendor back to change my preference to white. I used white cabinet samples to compare to the countertops during selection. The work was done quickly at first. Demo took a couple days with the owner and one worker. When it came time to install the cabinets, they had ordered the grey color cabinets. When I called the vendor to confirm my color choice, she informed me that ARJ had never placed an order with them. The cabinets (and presumably the tile as well) must have been ordered from some alternate vendor. ARJ fought with me to insist that the grey cabinets were fine and looked good. I had to insist that they install the cabinets that I selected. Because the shower pan installation didn't account for the lip of the shower bench, the bench installation was done by cutting a notch out of my doorframe to accommodate. When I insisted this be corrected, the bench was cut down smaller and the notch was filled with silicone caulk (which shrunk upon drying). The mosaic tile used for the shower pan floor and on the walls was uneven and poorly cut and installed. ARJ blamed this on defective tiles from the manufacturer and insisted that this could not be avoided. No spacers were used on the mosaic tile resulting in uneven and jagged lines. Tiles were chipped and cracked during installation. There was a film left from the grout which has stained the tile floors. The wall tile and shower tile are still covered with a film. The light fixtures that were installed were not even centered above the sinks, and when I asked to have this corrected, ARJ suggested just moving the mirror over (even though this would also be off-center with the sink). I asked ARJ for an itemized invoice for the cost of materials numerous times and they never provided one. I was charged over $5,000 for materials (tile, cabinets, and countertops - fixtures were purchased personally). When confronted with the issues, ARJ argued that the work was fine and that the damage to the tiles was hardly noticeable, especially if you stood back from the walls. I insisted on receiving an itemized invoice because I feel certain I was overcharged for the materials (including the tile that was damaged).
