My regular housekeeper moved and I had been on the hunt to find a new company to replace her. I must have called nearly 2 dozen companies and most of them never even called me back. The ones that did call back never followed up and just seemed unreliable overall. Then I found Bella's Commercial & Residential Cleaning Service here on Yelp and SO I'm glad I did!!!! They answered my call right away, talked through my needs and were very professional. Their 2-person team came out a week later right on time as scheduled and brought high-quality natural cleaning products with them to clean (which I really appreciate because I have two dogs and a toddler -- all of whom I don't want exposed to harsh chemical cleaners). Their pricing was very straightforward and reasonable and they did a FANTASTIC job with the cleaning. I will definitely be scheduling them to come out regularly from now on and will also be using them for my rental properties in the future!!!!

She is the type of employee that makes Impact Countertops a great company. Her pleasant demeanor, constant follow up and her ability to find the answers to my questions were exceptional. The Quartz I selected was exceptional in quality and the level of craftsmanship installing it even surpassed my expectations. Agosto the installer did an excellent job with the fit and finish. I have attached multiple photos of the finished project for those who are presently shopping for a worthy countertop company. The photos display what a great job they did with fit and finish and how well they were able to match the countertop marbling to the backsplash. From start to finish a job well done! My contractor for my bathroom renovation was delayed and David held the piece of Marble for me for a couple of months with a small deposit. That was the only good thing about my experience. When he arrived at my home I asked him to wear a mask. He gave me attitude but did it. Then the initial cuts were done improperly so he had to return a few days later. Not a big deal. When he returned I asked him to wear a mask again and he said he would leave if I asked him to wear a mask as he can't do it while he was working. I told him that I was sorry it was so hard for him but that I am not willing to risk mine and my family's health for marble. He finally agreed and did the install. The job is terrible...cuts not straight, areas not glued correctly, chips in the marble filled with an epoxy that has since turned orange. I told him that day that I didn't think it was right but he said that's the way it is supposed to look. I felt uncomfortable with him in my home so I asked him how much I owed him and he said he wanted cash. I told him I don't have cash and that I would write him a check. He reluctantly accepted it and left. The next day I sent him pictures and asked if he would please come and fix it. He said he was busy but would reach out when he was available. 6 days later I reach out to him and he agreed to come by. He arrives once again without a mask and I ask him to put one on and he flat out refuses. I told him I am uncomfortable with him being in my house without a mask and he told me that his chest hurt for 2 days after I made him wear the mask last time. He then says "Woman! I am in physical pain when I wear a mask and you don't care". I then asked him to leave my property. Between the incredible rudeness and terrible product I cannot recommend this company at all! Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I then went and told my landlord and showed her the proof, we then called John and he was just not pleasant at all! He said well since it had to be done Friday it was an additional $200!
