My carpet also has a dirty water odor and doesn't smell as if he used any type of carpet deodorizer. They didn't have a replacement cabinet however, the owner, Ahmet, went outside to get some tools and came back in and proceeded to try to repair it. He did so without us asking, and did his best to help us. He then gave us instructions on how to most effectively finish repairing it. Although my current needs didn't include fully remodeling, our kitchen or bathroom that job is in scope for us in the next year and I will definitely prioritize plus cabinets doing the work. I'm always most impressed with people and places that show kindness in their delivery of service, even when there is not an expectation of payment. We will definitely be back and recommend to all of our friends.

Out of all of the contractors we worked with (and there were many), Claudio and his crew from Prime Hardwood Floors were by far the best. We had several flooring contractors come out and give us an estimate to replace all of the flooring, including replacing some of the subfloor and a significant amount of leveling. Claudio was the only one who didn't complain about the complicated nature of the job, flake out on us, and/or use that as justification for a jacked up bid. Instead, he calmly and quickly offered solutions that no one else had thought of. His price was completely reasonable and he didn't nickel and dime us for small changes that came up along the way. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the work on time. The transformation has been amazing and we've had so many compliments on our floors. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.
