Worked with Sandra and it was a great experience from our 1st call to the finishing of the project. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what her company does. Her team was able to get the carpet removed and replaced with high grade LVP in 2 days!! After having issues with Zelle she was very understanding and patient as everything got resolved. I was very pleased with this company and I highly recommend RDS flooring! read more

Hallway carpet had stains we could never get out, so replacing it with wood was overdue anyway. Crew showed up early Monday, hauled in all the planks, and had it done before dinner that same day. Doorway edges look clean, and we paid exactly what was quoted going in. read more

I'm grateful to this company for providing great service and delivering a beautiful finished product. I was looking to swap out carpet in master bedroom to match the rest of the house type of wood floors and I wanted to restain the floors to a darker color. Sandra and her brother worked with me to help me match and order the exact same type of wood planks for master bedroom that was already in the rest of home. They also helped me find the darker stain I desired. This company is professional, reliable, and hard working. They are experts in wood floors and I'm happy I found them. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need help with your wood floors. read more

They were easy to work with and did a good job refinishing my hardwood floors. The painter who touched up the shoe molding could have done a better job not getting paint on the hardwood but overall I was pleased. read more

Sandra and her brother were great to work with. RDS replaced our carpeted stairs with hardwood stairs. Replaced the balusters and handrails with a much more modern look. Sandra surprised me with how quick she was able to schedule us. Within 2 days of me emailing the job was started. High quality work. I would definitely recommend. read more

We just had our oak floors refinished by RDS. What a joy they are to work with! Sandra and her crew were on time, professional and so nice! Their pricing was very good, and the work was top quality. They moved the big stuff out, replaced some boards, sanded, stained and voila the furniture is back in place. From a Tuesday to Friday, that's all it took. Sandra will take great care of you and the floors will be spectacular! I highly recommend RDS. read more

Sandra and her team were awesome to work with! She came out and looked at the staircase that was stained horribly by the company finishing our basement. (Home Renovation Company of Roswell. Serge is horrible and I would advise not to hire him) She gave me a quote within an hour. Her team came out a week later and sanded and refinished the treads and landings. The color turned out great. The gentleman were polite and kind. They even put a few extra nails into one of the boards as it wasn't installed correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend! read more

RDS Flooring did an amazing job on my new floors. Sandra is so friendly, she responded to my inquiry very quickly and came by personally to take measurements. Once Sandra was done measuring he space we discussed what material I was interested in and possible colors. The very next day Sandra sent me examples of floor colors based on our conversation. After I picked a color she was able to provide an estimate that evening. Once I was received the quote I was very pleased with the price. Most times when you are getting this type of work done it take a long time for the company to have an available date, RDS not only had a date only a week away, Sandra let me know that they had a cancellation and that they could move my appointment up. Another think I was impressed with was the crews punctuality, I was given an arrival window of 9:30-10:00 am and they arrived right on time. There wasn't just one or two people, there were 4 people on the crew and they finished working in a timely fashion. They arrived at 10 and finished by 4:30. When I'm looking on adding more flooring I will definitely call Sandra and RDS Flooring to come back. read more

We love our experience with RDS Flooring. Sandra was incredibly responsive and attentive and answered all our questions. The flooring crew handled our floor in 3 days and turned hideous to Amazing. We recently purchased a house where the previous owner painted the floor black, not stained, but painted it over the original poly. We thought the black paint would doom us to having a dark 6 to our surprise, we were able to go much lighter with Early American. The previous owner also removed a fireplace but didn't repair the flooring properly. There was an outline of where the fireplace was due to their bad flooring repairs. RDS completely repaired that, and now you can't tell anything was ever there. We are very happy with the work, with Sandra and the entire business. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs. read more

It's been a few months since Sandra and her team installed our floors in our basement and I have nothing but positive things to say! RDS is responsive, professional, trustworthy, and their work is impeccable! Our floors went from concrete to beautiful luxury vinyl plank, and we couldn't be more satisfied! And for anyone wondering about dogs and LPV flooring, it is excellent! Several months later and not a scratch. We highly recommend RDS Flooring! read more

On 2/5/22, I contacted RDS to replace engineered hardwood flooring and LVP in the entire downstairs of my house that was damaged from a broken pipe. Sandra responded to my post within minutes and we were able to schedule a visit for the next day (even though it was a Sunday which is not a typical workday for her). We met on 2/6 to discuss the project and I received an estimate the following day (2/7) and if accepted, to start the project on 2/14. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I was most excited to move forward with RDS because I had the ability to purchase my own flooring instead of buying the floor through the contractor and having to pay an additional markup. I purchased my flooring and was ready for start on 2/14, however, Sandra contacted me and said they would be able to start on 2/11. I was very excited about this since my flooring was damaged 3 months before. The team came out on time to move furniture and to start removing the old hardwood. I was happy that the team covered everything with plastic including the paintings and TV on the walls because of the impending dust that would be generated from removing the hardwood. The team worked diligently throughout the 2 days to complete the replacement of the floors and it was done to perfection, I love my new floor. Sandra and the team are very pleasant. It felt like I knew them for a long time. She shared pictures and stories of her and her family. I am pleased with the results, so much that I requested a quote to do my stairs. I am looking forward to working with the team again and I will definitely not use anyone else for my floors in the future. read more

Sandra had such great customer service throughout this whole process. From explaining the plan, to executing on the scheduling and length of project time, helping us pick the perfect color that made our house come together, and even throughout the whole installation project with effective communication and expectations. The installers were all experienced professionals and there were zero hiccups throughout the process. This team works hard and took pride in every aspect and detail of their work. With Sandra leading the charge and being such a great communicator, it was sad when they were done because they started to feel like family. From start to finish top notch. Always responded, always sent text or call updates, and finished a 2 day job in 1 day with ZERO sacrifice to quality. I called Sandra at RDS Flooring for the first time on Wednesday the 9th. She came to my house that Saturday, the 12th, to measure the room and determine what exactly I needed. They had an opening the following week, so on Wednesday the 16th the crew showed up promptly at 9:30 AM, and by 11:15 they were done! The job was done perfectly, I'm really happy with the work, and the timeline was amazing. 1 week from first call to job complete, amazing! I had a wonderful experience with RDS Flooring. Sandra was extremely responsive. After I requested a quote, Sandra reached out almost immediately to set up a time for an in person estimate. I received the estimate less than 24 hours after the consultation. Once I picked out floors, the install was scheduled within days. The crew that came was super nice & respectful & Sandra kept me updated the entire way. A transition tile piece into the bathroom was accidentally broken. It was brought to my attention immediately & we came up with a fix that everyone was happy with. 10/10 from start to finish! read more

We called them to install new hardwood floors and they installed 48 hours later with an unbeatable cost. I walked in to check the work at 2:00pm and everyone of the workers were just sitting down, laughing and talking rather than working.

I was told my fee quoted in the morning was going to be higher because I asked for insurance, references, and a business license! These are not unreasonable, but they didn't like that and told me my fee would be higher! Obviously, I WON'T be using RDS Flooring! read more
