Paul has a great eye for design as well and gave me some great advice about future "upgrades and remodels".

I've used Into The Woods for over 10 years for renovations and new builds in my personal homes and…read morefor homes I have renovated and sold. Candi and Shamus have consistently jumped through hoops for me to provide great product at pricing I could fit into my budget- or my client's budgets. Their installers are educated and follow the manufacturer guidelines for install - which is hugely important as to not void any warranty. This last project they helped me with required same day delivery and unload. 2 of their managers took the time to follow the delivery truck and unload my flooring! If you're looking for great products and service, I recommend Into The Woods. Shamus is also a GA Licensed Contractor so he is a wealth of information. I highly recommend and am grateful for their support.

Poor workmanship. Poor communication. A frustrating and, at times, genuinely unsafe experience…read more What initially felt like a company we could trust turned into a project we wish we had never hired them for. If you value your time, money, home, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The work on our floors and dry wall required multiple return visits. After the second flooring visit, we told them the floor was still uneven and that the vinyl continued to pop up. On the third visit, a team member stepped on the area that was popping up and said, "There's nothing wrong!" After we insisted they open the floor, we discovered that cardboard packaging from the vinyl floor boards had been used underneath the floor to address the leveling issue... When we finally thought the flooring was finished, another problem surfaced. The trim at the top of our staircase that had been installed only about two weeks earlier came loose, and I fell down the stairs as a result. We then discovered that our replacement dry wall was visibly uneven and not flush with the existing wall. Even after their team came back to work on it, the transition was still not flush, if not worse! Regardless of whether subcontractors were involved, we hired Into The Woods to ensure the work was completed properly and ultimately hold them responsible. On top of having to repeatedly identify problems that should have been caught through proper supervision and quality control, the most frustrating part has been communicating with Into the Woods direct team members, especially their owner, Shamus. We constantly felt like our concerns were minimized and dismissed. Even if the work had been perfect, the interactions with the company throughout this entire process made us wish we never signed anything with them.

If I could leave a zero I would. Title: Poor Installation and Zero Customer Service…read more My builder hired Atlanta Flooring for a flooring installation, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. The installation was poorly done, zero underlayment was placed down, floorboards are now lifting, chipping and peeling like spaghetti. I contacted Crystal Williams at Atlanta Flooring and she processed a claim. An inspector was sent out to my home. The inspector let me know that the job was poorly done and I definitely had a case, hence my entire bottom floor of lvp was lifting. The flooring was literally laid on top of concrete without curing it as well. The only feedback I received from Crystal Williams was that my claim is denied and they will not cover the cost for fixing the horrible job that was done. Several other homes in my community that had work done with Atlanta Flooring are also all having multiple issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact Crystal Williams, Joe Kehoe, Mark Tunick, as well as any other employee at this company via phone and email I have not received a single response. It's been 6 months with no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and unfortunately, this company has failed on both fronts. I regret choosing them and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and reliable support.
