We have a newer four-story townhome that needed a complete refresh--ceilings, trim, walls, and even some drywall repairs--and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Lucio was prompt in coming out for an estimate, and he helped us select the right materials without over-purchasing. Material I have provided for the top to match my existing deck but even that he has half done on top of the deck, the old deck he did left unpainted. 4. Underneath the deck is not painted, where he initially commited, but later he denied and saying it is not in the contract (smart) 4. patches - the color not matched to the siding at all and now he says to buy me the paint
