Although we previously had work done from this guy, at least the first time we hired him for…read moreservices, he was easily reachable, communicated well with us, and were pretty much satisfied. The second time, not so much! RAY, the owner has refused to return our calls, and guess what?? The work was completed and paid for in FULL! It was after the job was completed that things started happening. With BOTH jobs we've had him do. VERY disappointed, we really liked this guy and have lots more work that needs to be done. Shortly after the second job of painting our entire house, the front door which was originally in a stained wood color but the material is made out of fiberglass. We switched to the fiberglass door to be able to uphold the constant, direct heat and sunlight we get hit with. The original stain that was on there held up for many years but it started to fade. We opted to paint it red, which turned out to be a beautiful color and contrast to the colors of the home. But... shortly after job completion I sent RAY photos of the door, clearly showing it was starting to peel and bubble. I'm talking within a months time or less!! He argued back with me that it was not peeling and that it was just artifacts in the door. After repeated attempts to have him come look, you just give up. Well here we are 2 years later and yesterday as I was blowing the front porch off, a huge section of the paint blew right off!! I texted him and of course, no reply! RAY, May the karma come back to you two fold! Do not bother to hire this guy. Once he's paid, and even prior to completing this last job, communication started lapsing. Our home was severely damaged from a huge storm where we had multiple things that needed replacing. He took off in the middle of the job with the siding already taken off the house and for 2 weeks of trying to reach him, he finally responded he was sick with covid. Whatever RAY!! And now our first job completed by him is failing as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS JOKER. YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!

I believe he went to school at Georgia Tech prior to starting his business, something we both bonded over. Many home owners in my neighborhood have used APC for years and I've heard only good reviews. It speaks volumes that they continue to service homes nearby. The painters were also kind and did a great job. Three years later, I'm still impressed by the work they did. The paint job is nice and even. There were no unpainted spots on the house or rotted wood left over after they replaced various planks of wood. I would recommend their services to people looking for painters for both their interior and exterior needs.
