It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and choosing the Perez brothers turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I originally chose them because their quote was fair, but what really sold me was Santos himself. He was honest, straightforward, and gave me confidence that his team could handle everything--from carpentry and electrical to plumbing--without me having to juggle multiple contractors, even for the custom sauna. I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust during our first meeting. Santos noticed that my under-cabinet kitchen lights weren't working and showed me how to fix them with a $30 part from Amazon and about 20 minutes of work. Another contractor had quoted me $1,800 to replace the entire system. That one conversation told me a lot about his character. Another thing I appreciated was that Santos, his brothers, and their crew are the ones who actually do the work. They aren't just selling the job and handing it off to subcontractors. They take pride in what they do, and it shows.
