Russ is very…read morepassionate about his work, knows what he is talking about, and gave me a very fair price to do the job. I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again!

Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. Not only did he clean the roof, but I walked outside to find my porch and driveway had been cleaned of leaves, as well. I'm absolutely floored by their kindness and service ethic. I'm very glad we called Palace, and I won't be hesitating to reach out to Peter for his company's services should the need arise.

Salesman "missed" things in the quote that were later ironed out and included but it took some small pushback from me, and I am not sure every customer would have done the same. Work took a little longer than promised but the guys were generally good and kept the area around their work clean and picked up. Siding crew was very good and the walk through after their work required just a minor touch up or two. The paint crew was not as good, and they had to come back twice to finish the work as discussed. The key is having a good project manager, and I was fortunate with James. He stayed on top of things, responded within 24 hours and had both crews come back to finish the work properly. He even noticed things I would have missed. We did choose the interest free financing, and it has been a little confusing to understand their billing and statements though a call did clear that up.
