Summary: From the first contact with Pure Elegance our experience was very positive. Giovanni (owner) was knowledgeable, dependable, and thorough. Suzanne, in the office was efficient, friendly and returned calls promptly. The three employees on the crew were courteous, clean, hard working, quiet, and knew their business. Job was done as promised, within defined time line and was competitive with other quotes received. The finished product was excellent, beyond our expectations. More detail for those interested. I had three companies make quotes on our complete exterior paint job. Two were recommended by friends, Pure Elegance was through Home Finder. All quotes were within several hundred dollars. I debated going with someone who was not personally recommended, but decided on Pure Elegance because 1) customer service was excellent from the start; 2) when talking with Giovanni during his visit to our house he pointed out several issues that no one else had noticed; 3) only company who could provide liability and workmen's compensation insurance certificates. During his visit, Giovanni outlined the process that would be used to clean and prep the house prior to painting. Part of that process he said would include removing old caulk from between siding joint and anywhere else the caulk had separated from the surfaces. I was a bit skeptical that this would really be done given our house is 90% Hardiboard siding. I was very pleased to see that this is exactly what was done. The three crew members would arrive between 8:30 - 9:00 each day. They would promptly get to work, take a break for lunch and finish between 6:30 -7:00. Always friendly, no loud music, always cleaned up as they left. Other than the running of the paint guns, we hardly knew they were there. Suzanne was always prompt to return phone calls, just like the message says. She was on top everything. Provided follow up phone calls to confirm meeting times, start date, etc. Giovanni was first class all the way. His company may be small, but he is obviously skilled at what he does, has first hand knowledge of the job and expects the same from his employees. Being able to provide insurance certificates should be a key decision point. These folks are working on the roof, on ladders up to 30' high and often on unlevel ground. Without insurance, if something happens, it is possible the customer could be liable. read more

I very seldom write reviews, but, working with this business compelled me to write a review. I wish you had 10 stars because that is what they deserve. First and foremost, I noted that the customer service put forth by this company is outstanding, over and beyond any expectations starting with Ms. Bivolcic to Mr. Diaz, to the painters (who are just genius at repairs and painting). Mr. Diaz and his crew are very punctual which I find very rare these days and it meant that my time held value to them. The exterior of my home needed to be painted as well as three decks. I requested two estimates, one for the exterior of my home to be painted along with the front deck and the second for the two back decks (to be painted at a later date). I also showed him where my home was in disrepair (rotten wood etc.) Mr. Diaz listened to me and completed the estimate in a timely manner. On one invoice, he had the estimates broken down in a clear manner which allowed me to see if the cost was within my budget. To my surprise, the total of the estimate was beyond reasonable for everything, so, with a big smile, I agreed to have all of the work done at the same time (no waiting for the back decks). The job was completed in the time promised and my home looks brand new. There is so much more that I could say, but, this review is long enough. I will hire this business again when I need interior painting and I will and have recommended them to my friends and family. Please consider them for your next paint job. You will not regret it. read more

Our family has used Giovanni and his crew twice in the last year! We have been beyond impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and all around integrity of the business. To work with contractors that actually show up on time(usually early!) ask for a broom or vacuum to dust for you behind furniture that hadn't been moved in years, and give you a fair and reasonable quote with no gimmicks! Yes it's still 2018, but it will make you wonder when working with such a friendly, hardworking company. Finding Pure Elegance was a huge blessing! Let's just say I will never paint another room again(something which I have done a lot of!) don't put off another month with not updating your house by choosing to have Pure Elegance give you a fresh coat of paint! Such a huge difference that I am loving to come home too! read more

Giovanni and Suzanne were both so kind from the start! Giovanni was upfront about the repairs and costs for a great price! Ms. Suzanne did an exceptional job answering my questions and fulfilling my requests. We haven't painted the house in close to 15 years so there was a lot to be done. The team had to repair brick moulding, soffit, fascia, and siding in many areas. The work done was absolutely incredible. The house looks day and night from what it was. Very grateful to Pure Elegance LLC for making our home beautiful. read more

We had Giovanni company "Pure Elegance Painting" to paint the exterior of our home last year which we received numerous complements from neighbors and we also had total strangers to stop in their vehicles and ask us who painted our home. Needless to say, they did an awesome job. We just had them to come back out and paint our brick columns surrounding our property which again they did an outstanding job. If you are interested in having a quality paint job you should definitely consider them....... read more

Giovanni and his crew is remarkable. They just finished painting the exterior of my home. It is just beautiful. He paid attention to the tiny details, which really make a difference. I intend to hire him again in the near future to paint the interior of my house. One of my neighbors saw the work and hired him on the spot. read more
