Love this Company - love my new windows - I got all 33 windows in my colonial home replaced - the Interstate 6800 series double hung with new design/grid pattern took 20 years off the look of my house - the windows are beautiful and efficient - I dont know how much I will save in heat/ac costs but last night I turned the heat on and had to turn it off - that is a first! as the house held the heat. I had 2 other companies do the same thing and one experience was actually horrific and the other one was just meh. Sean definitely stood out against his competitors. He also gave me great tips on how to do other minor upgrades/updates to my home that will greatly improve the value, functionality and appearance without draining my budget. Sales rep was very good. did not pressure me. i did a lot of research, had 5 different companies give me estimates and they were in the middle. i went with them because of years of business and sales rep. not impressed with customer service follow up. had to contact them to get updates. when spending a big sum of money for service, you expect updates. i will say that the final measurement rep stated it would be 8 to 10 weeks for install, but still you expect updates. now waiting on install. first date did not work due to family conflicts. got a text stating that it would be a certain week but not sure what day. again, not impressed with customer service. substantial company as MWT should have some sort of tracking system for advance notice of installs. this "it will be this week will call you back with the day" is not professional nor organized. will update after the install. read more

In 2017, we needed all of our windows and 3 doors leading to the outside replaced. Our home was about 30 years old and still had the originial windows. We had many companies come out to our house to give us quotes. We decided to go with Marc and we are so happy with this decision! He provided quality workmanship for an affordable price in a timely manner using high quality materials. To begin with, he helped us fill out the paperwork that our HOA required. He was very patient as we made design decisions regarding the doors. His team was punctual and professional every day they came to the house. His team did make one mistake when installing one of the doors, and Marc was quick to fix it. After the windows were installed and we had them painted, we noticed some smears on the glass that appeared to be between the two panes of glass. Marc was quick to contact Precision Millworks, the window manufacturer, to remedy the issue which ended up not being a window issue at all. Over-spray of paint from the painters had caused it. My point is Marc stood by his work and his product. I would definitely recommend Marc to everyone I know and would absolutely hire him again for future home improvement projects. read more
