Gave personal check to NG for 50% of expensive front door project on November 10, with scheduled delivery of components on week of Nov 27. Later initiated and signed separate order to purchase additional lockset for back door to ensure same cylinder keying. Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well. read more

Our experience with NGRW began both from a personal reference (same customer with two previous home installations/replacements) and a professional reference (head sales guy personally vouches for them), so we knew there were some reputations on the line for the referral. Jonathan (owner), Kevin (salesman), Jeff (installation foreman), Clint (QA/project mgr), and Christine (accounting) were responsive, timely, and thorough in their explanation and clarification of all charges, transactions, and day-of processes. We got an estimate for 18 window INFINITY replacements (upgrade from 1970s construction) including two large picture windows, in early April 2020, with installation on May 26, 2020. After a wonderful day-of installation experience, we moved forward with french door MAX CRAFT replacements for the singular front door; installation occurred on July 24, 2020. The front door had some irregularities in the sealed glass panes and required entirely new door replacements after the initial framing was installed. The QA/PM (Clint) personally oversaw the replacement process to find the best door panels with the least glass imperfections, especially knowing that we will (have) look out new front doors regularly! NGRW was wonderful in working with us to secure project funding (Synchrony), include credit card deposits, and augment final settlement with cash funds. Once you buy even one window with them, you are locked into pricing for life! The manufacture of these fiberglass windows avoids the warping with vinyl and rotting with wood; the insulation presents a new level of sound insulation (we live on a busy through street) and better climate control in summer (our upstairs HVAC died at the end of the cooling season) and winter. We are now moving on with window replacements at the back of the house, along with a new backdoor of a more-simple design. Worked with NGRW sales rep Sean Newberry and project manager Clint Mobley on replacing 50 year-old windows throughout our home. Both Sean and Clint are pros and very knowledgeable about the product! They visited my home bringing samples of various Marvin Infinity windows for my wife and I to consider and did a through inspection of each existing window frame for damage caused by insects or water. Within a few days after their visit, Sean provided a concise quote including all materials, labor and time-frame to replace 15 windows. After a few modifications, we signed the contract. The installation was scheduled three weeks later. Financing (2 year, 0% interest) was arranged through NGRW and its relationship Synchrony Bank. NGRW's installation crew did a fantastic job replacing the windows in less than one day! The new windows were delivered the morning of installation day and the crew followed right behind. They were extremely considerate of my property and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation was completed. My wife and I are really enjoying our new windows! They look great and have really reduced the outside noise from penetrating into the house. These windows will be much easier to clean and I anticipate there will be some energy cost savings due to the efficiency improvement over my old single pane 50 year-old windows. read more

We recently had 12 windows replaced by North Georgia Replacement Windows. We had been told by the salesperson, Denver, as well as the project manager, Jimmy that our current blinds would work on the new windows. There was only one window that we were told would be a problem. The crew came out and installed the new windows and did an excellent job with the installation and cleaning up. They proceeded to tell me our blinds wouldn't work. After meeting with another employee and then a project manager that Jimmy had sent out in his place who confirmed that the blinds wouldn't work there has been zero follow up. The low rating is based on the lack of knowledge when saying the blinds would still work and the lack of follow up. Now we are looking at a couple grand to replace blinds. Sadly, we still have the rest of our houses windows to replace but will not be using them based on this experience. read more

On Thursday, Sept 22, 2022, I called North Georgia Replacement Windows and talked to nice lady who seemed to be helpful with my request for a consultation/estimate to replace a 2 story foyer Palladium (rounded) window. She had several openings for the next week, but I settled on the only available date, Monday September 26, 2022 for 10:00 AM. After no one called or showed up on Monday, September 26, 10:00 AM and after waiting 30 minutes, I called North Georgia Replacement windows to see if there was a traffic problem, or the salesman might have had a problem. She asked for my name, address, phone number, etc. and after waiting several minutes, said..... "I don't see your name in the system." This is not the way to run a company and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, but they LOST A SALE, and possible other future widow replacements. read more

I used NGRW to replace 32 of my windows. The process from beginning to end was seamless. They sent a salesman to my house, the day after I called. He measures each window, showed me options and sample windows, and provided an estimate the same day. I signed the contract the following morning and they called me that afternoon to coordinate timelines for manufacturing and a tentative installation date, based on weather and barring delays from the window manufacturer. The day of installation a large crew arrived early, they went through the house methodically, replacing all of the windows in an 8 hour day, including re-connecting the home alarm sensors. There was no mess left behind and the owner called me the following day to ask if there were any concerns that he needed to address. Everything was perfect. He reminded me that the windows were guaranteed for any reason, for life; 'even if a child throws a baseball through the window, breaking it'. I lived in a condo building that would only allow North Georgia Replacement Windows to do work for the association. I ordered 2 new windows and new sliding glass doors in December 2016. The windows and doors were installed in late January. There was one part for the doors that was wrong and had to be reordered. No problem, that happens. They told me a new part would be delivered and installed in a couple of weeks. In March, they came to install the replacement part. The installer completed the job and was ready to take payment and leave. There was a large 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door that was clearly evident from across the room. I asked him about it, and he said "wow, didn't see that". Seriously? There was sunlight pouring through. He said they would have to order the part again and install in a few weeks. I was selling the condo on March 30th. They told me there was no way to get it right before the closing. Luckily, I had a buyer who was patient and closed anyway. They were supposed to fix it in April, but the part was wrong AGAIN! They tried again in June, but still wrong. Finally got it right in August after 7 months of delays and the wrong part delivered 4 times. BEWARE! read more

Denver Clark was our sales rep and he was such a pleasure to work with! Using a VA Loan, we opted to include window replacement as part of an energy efficiency package added into our purchase. From start to finish, these guys were awesome! The team of guys who did our install were fantastic as well. We have zero shade on the front of the house and it was over 90 degrees the day of the install. They were neat and courteous and surprisingly fast. But the best part is the actual windows. I can feel the difference in the temperature of our home. The inside of the windows stay completely cool even though they are in direct sunlight most of the day. North GA windows replaced 4 of our Windows about a 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. We haven't had a single issue and they work perfectly. We were given insane estimates by the big box stores and a few other local places but North GA was not only the cheapest in price, but had the best service and warranty.
