Per my usual method, I researched a bunch of other Window Companies before choosing Davis as I wanted quality windows and a company that stands behind their work on every level. 15 years ago, I had cheap vinyl windows installed in the downstairs and have not liked how they have stood up over the years, so this time I wanted quality windows that MATCHED the metal windows I had upstairs as I was only replacing 2/3 of those windows for one reason or another. There WERE some supply-chain issues during this pandemic time, but we were willing to wait a couple of months to get installed as it was not urgent. I LOVE my quality Davis windows - they match perfectly with the old ones that remain. I also especially like the fact that Davis goes the extra mile to make sure their clients are COMPLETELY satisfied if ever a problem comes up. We put off replacing our front and back door for probably close to a decade. After looking at several options for about a year, we settled on Davis. Their selection of high-quality products, sales staff and installers is top-notch. Our salesperson Marcy, along with the field crew director, put our concerns to rest every step of the way. After signing papers, we were told that it would be a while until installation day(s) due to supply chain issues. The installation happened well before the original promised date. When the crew arrived, they were on-time, efficient, professional and patient. I cannot say enough great things about Davis Door and Window. We totally recommend them. If you get a chance, definitely visit their showroom - which has myriad doors and windows that beat the competitors hands-down. What impresses me the most with my new front door: it was professionally painted in the factory. Although we ultimately chose another provider to replace 2 entry doors (because we needed to have other work performed that Davis does not do), we will definitely contact them for other work when needed. Ryan Powell was excellent to work with and did everything possible to earn our business. His estimate was detailed and precise and they were very flexible to make adjustments based on our needs. We had Davis Window and Door replace both of the front doors on our 1953 ranch house: one that is a standard size and one that's only 32". We have been happy with everyone: the salesman, Jim, the gentleman who came out to measure before the orders were placed, the folks in the office, and the installers, David and Matthew. The house really made it difficult for them on the install, because it's old and almost nothing about it is standard, but they got them both in beautifully and even were able to raise the small door high enough to clear the new carpet that had just been installed. They also did a great clean up job and you really couldn't tell they'd been here except for the beautiful new doors. read more

I have been doing quite a lot of research around window replacements. Met with several vendors and I wanted to put out a warning against Davis Window and Door. They really gave us the runaround with sending information late, the level of service they promised vs ultimately offered, and then ultimately despite promising they could deliver on our timeline, called to say they could no longer do the job after stringing me along for over a month (now lost time to get windows done before our deadline) of "gathering information" for me. Very disappointed in the sales team , office staff and ultimately their joke of a customer service person, Mauricio Jaimes. Just a friendly neighborhood warning against using these folks. I'd steer clear. They do not stand behind their products or their word. read more

We had our old wood framed windows for about 20 years and it was about time we replace them. We had total of 25 windows to be replaced, and were looking for reputable company with great finance options. With all the reviews we had read, we contacted several window companies. After having 3 visits from 3 different vendors, we decided to go with Davis. They had great products with just the right price. The products they offer are the top notch and the service is superb. Sales person, Deen, was very knowledgeable, and he answered every question I had in great details. Measurement technician who came out to measure our windows was also great. The best part was the quality of work installers provided. Nick, Izzy, and his crew were just awesome and they had great attention to details. They would not be satisfied till I was satisfied as well. They cleaned up work site everyday before they called it a day. The front office folks were also awesome, and my concerns were properly addressed and they took care of them in a very professional manner (had a torn bug screen and a scratch on a window. They reordered these and replaced as soon as they received a new screen and a window). Overall, they exceeded my expectation in every aspects of the process. There is no doubt I would recommend Davis to my neighbors, and of course they will get my next window and door project. Great job Davis. Keep it up! read more

Quality and Professionalism. Initially saw a segment on Trust Dale promoting the company. Decided to include in my search. Worked with Deen to review options to replace a rear entry door to the deck and basement door. After reviewing my options (other vendors and products) selected Davis for quality and price. Price was slightly higher, however, for a higher quality door with lifetime warranty and lifetime labor warranty. Install was flawless and doors look great. Highly recommend. read more

This is the worst company I have ever had come out to my house. They are extremely over priced for what they sell and what they promise. When I called to schedule my first appointment I was asked a bunch of insulting questions that didnt make sense. They didnt call me to confirm my appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment for the sales guy to get to my house. They sell Marvin windows and a cheap vinyl window made by a company called Sunset. Both of them are way over priced. They were almost 8k over the price of my previous quotes with a 10 week leadtime. Ridiculous. I would not use them or ever recommend them. read more

Several scheduling challenges when trying to get estimate for door replacement in home

We had a terrific experience start to finish with Davis. Our installation went awry not due to the fault of the installer or the company, but rather with rotten wood that they nor we could have anticipated. They helped us to instruct the contractor how to repair it and then were back out the following day to install the door. It looks amazing. We walk by it and admire it everyday. The sliding glass door has totally changed the feel of our room, their warranty is the best, and the product is fabulous. In addition, the customer service is terrific and our installer was a pro. Davis Windows and Door Company recently completed installing four windows in my basement rec room. From the time Deen Davis came to my home with photos and to explain everything, the process was perfect. I had intended to get two more estimates but felt so comfortable after Mr. Davis's presentation and with the estimate that I signed a contract that very day. Two months later (they had to be manufactured) my new windows were installed by a very competent installer. He managed to install them without removing my wrought iron security bars--and I was impressed. I heard about Davis on the local neighborhood daily e-mail (nextdoor.com) when someone inquired about good window installation companies. Davis was recommended by several people. I intend to return the favor and recommend to others on nextdoor and other venues when the occasion occurs. I would also like to commend the office staff for being so friendly and professional. As a former college professor of public relations, I know good public relations and a well trained staff when I see and hear it--and Davis is great. I give them an A+. read more
