The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We ordered 30 windows, 1 patio door and a single entry door in September 2025. When it came time for installation in January, 5 windows were mismeasured, another came in as a picture window instead of a casement (they installed the picture window which was cracked), and they mismeasured the patio door, it was too small. 1of the mismeasurements was supposed to be 2 casements with a transom. This is for a bedroom and they installed a large palladian window which is a safety risk as it doesn't open and it's against code. In March they installed some of the incorrect windows but they're still not done. I still have a palladian window in a bedroom, a cracked window and incorrect patio doors. My sales person has been no help whatsoever and the operations director is useless. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully they can get Apex to finish this project.
