I can't gush enough about the wonderful experience I had with Entry Point! My salesman, Drew, was everything you want with a sale. He was thorough in explaining my choices and the pros and cons of different products. And he was very professional and nice and not at all pushy! If you want to turn me off a sale, give me a pushy sales pitch. Entry Point offered financing that was fair and reasonable and they beat their competitor's prices. They actually overdelivered on the timeline and they were ready before I was. Then the installer, Chris, was meticulous, thorough and precise. He spent a lot of time getting my new door settled perfectly into my wonky 30 yr old doorframe. Referred to these guys by Home Depot. A very knowledgeable saleswoman came to our home, took measurements, discussed options and made intelligent, practical recommendations based on our budget. She was able to provide price quotes comparing specs on the spot. Home Depot requires 50% when you place the order, 50% when they're ready to deliver. Non-negotiable. They did a beautiful job. The installer was meticulous, professional, thorough and neat. He had to leave a few cosmetic details for a follow-up visit, and they followed up as promised. They had to take a few extra steps beyond what they expected, but they held to their quoted price and made sure everything was done right before asking me to sign off. My only complaint... we ordered a wood grain embossed fiberglass door, stained to look more-or-less like real wood. The color sample we were shown looked like a block of stained wood. But our door does not look stained; it looks like wood painted brown. Maybe the sample wasn't fiberglass. If not, it should have been. read more

The door was beautiful when installed, but the service was HORRIBLE! My husband and I purchased a custom front entry door from EntryPoint Doors of Atlanta of Buford GA on January 10th, 2020. The price of this door and sidelights was $3,420 excluding taxes. This amount was paid in full when the order was placed. On November 23rd, 2020, I noticed that the center arch glass piece was separating from the actual door. I then contacted EntryPoint Doors to report the issue to initiate repairs. I spoke to a young lady who seemed to note the issue and said someone would be following up with me. A week had passed with no follow-up to my call so I called again on Monday November 30th, 2020. This time a different lady answered and I explained my issue with the door and that I had called the week before and that I had not yet received a return call. She proceeded to make excuses as to why no one had called me. She asked me to text pictures of the door to her at (770)904-0094, to which I did so at 9:34am. She also explained to me that she would enter the claim and that they would prioritize the repair requests and someone should be scheduling repair with me in 2 -3 weeks. I express my dismay with having to wait so long for follow-up, especially seeing that we were in the holiday season. Similar to my earlier attempts, there again no follow-up. On December 21st, 2020, my husband called the company and expressed his extreme frustration first with the door quality and then with the poor customer service. The representative offered an apology and assured him that he would receive a call back once she researched the issue. To her word, she called back two hours later and explained that a part had been ordered for the door and upon receipt of the part, he would be contacted to schedule a repair appointment. Today is January 13th, 2021 and neither my husband nor I have heard anything further from Entry Point Doors of Atlanta. read more

I signed a contract to replace my entry door last year around April 2020. The door came in and was good but the installation was terrible to say the least. Door did not fit as there was over one inch gap between door top and transom structure. One can actually put an arm through. Instead of fixing this, they covered with a piece of wood from outside. Lock bores and hinges were shoddily hand cut. After several calls and emails finally they agreed to replace the door after over 6 months. Replacement was even worse than the original as it did not fit and also lock bores and hinge were again shoddily hand cut. Even the service tech who did the second replacement agreed that it does not fit and said that they need to replace the whole door with side lights. I am still waiting. SERVICE is TERRIBLE as no one returns the call nor they reply to my several emails with pictures. My door is very difficult to open/close and my digital lock also do not work and still there is over an inch gap with terrible workmanship. I would like to get my money back and let someone fix it. I wish I can give them a ZERO STAR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. read more

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and received a text message 40 minutes before the appointment time saying that the appointment would be conducted on the phone due to COVID exposure. I had called the office 30 minutes before receiving the text to confirm the appointment and was told someone would be at my home as scheduled. We hired EntryPoint through Home Depot to replace our two fogged sidelights next to our front door. Sales Rep was very nice, and installer was great. However, when we found one of the sidelights had scratches on the glass interior, we called them. They have agreed to put in a warranty claim for which we now await. We also decided after this that we did not like our choice of glass for the sidelights and asked if rather than replacing the defective unit, could we instead go with a different glass and have both sidelights replaced. First was encouraged, but then they came back saying that we would have to pay full price for two new sidelights (that included installation costs) even though there was one needing replaced anyway. That made no sense since the majority of the work had already been done removing our old sidelights, installing new casings, etc. All needing done was two new windows installed by popping out old and installing new. I even offered to install them myself since this is very easy. They would not budge on full replacement cost. FAIR WARNING: ALWAYS INSIST ON SEEING PHYSICAL GLASS SAMPLES RATHER THAN MAKING SELECTIONS FROM A 3X4 PICTURE IN A BOOK (WE DID NOT HAVE THIS OPTION). OTHERWISE, YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT... We will now wait to see if they honor their warranty, but very disappointed in their customer service. read more

The salesman was nice, door came in a timely manner and the installer was very nice and efficient. BUT... just as he was cleaning up to leave he pointed out we could not paint the door to match our house without voiding the warranty! We had been sold the wrong kind of door(fiberglass) for a house with no porch or cover to shield the door from the elements. Only a very light color would prevent buckling. They will not return our calls and we are turning it over to the lawyer. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. read more
