I was looking for a roofing expert who knew how to navigate damage claims with professionalism and integrity, and it appeared Kaiser garnered that reputation. I was connected with Dennis Roady, who is an absolute professional and superb communicator. Dennis was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable when it came to assessing exterior damage that was leading to spotting in my interior. He was meticulous in his documentation, roof marking and picture/video evidence. From start to finish, he was honest and trustworthy. It also helped that he is very personable and has an excellent sense of humor. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knew absolutely everything about insurance claims. Never was out of communication. Never left me with any unanswered questions. His roofing team did such a phenomenal job and left our yard incredibly clean! He even offers a warranty on the work for 6 years.
