I have had to call them out multiple times for shingles falling and now we have a leak that they refuse to repair. The guy they sent out John asked if he could run a water hose down the hole (caused by the poor installation) to prove the roof didn't cause the leak. What sense does that make? They pull a team of people who don't speak English. Will leave nails throughout your yard. They dented our drains and are very very slow to respond when their product fails. My neighbors also used this company and have had similar poor experience. Now I have to repair the damage caused by a poor roof installation and take them to court. I will post this on as many sites as possible. Do Not Use This Company!

The owner rearranged his schedule in order to get to me by early afternoon. He was clear and professional. We agreed to partner up; he'd get the siding and shingles, I'd get the paint. My roof was in rough shape. I expected him to pitch me a new roof, but he's too honest for that. Instead they worked into the evening, fixed everything, replaced some other siding unrelated to the leak, cleaned my gutters and blew out the leaves and mess from all around my house.
