When a company offers the best consulting, explaining the process, complete communications between the order to the install, why would anyone settle for less? If Yelp has one failing, it's the 5 star limit. The Shower Door Guy deserves at least 10 stars. Here's why: Like so many homeowners, we decided to remodel during the pandemic and gutted one of our guest baths to turn it into a walk in shower. We did all the work ourselves (and by "ourselves" I mean a really good friend with years of construction experience and my husband). Demo'd it down to studs, installed everything Schluter (expensive but I'll never be worried about water leaks ever), put in new porcelain tiles on a wall and floor and glass tiles on the two side walls. I tell you this not to claim some superpower as an interior designer...it's important to the story. On a referral from our friend, we called The Shower Door Guy for our new shower doors and set a time for them to come measure. We looked at all the styles on their site and I had my heart set on a barn door/sliding style door. The team helped me understand the best style of door to work in our bathroom AND checked on availability while we were on the phone. We agreed on the Cottage Series sliding door. The Cottage series is built to allow both sides to slide but We wanted only the right hand side to slide. This is a bit of a "custom" install, but Brad said he could do it, so we put down the deposit and waited for them to be made and an installation date to be set. So...did you know that glass tiles make installing any door really tricky? Yeah. Neither did I until we talked to the team at The Shower Door Guy. They can crack when drilling. Duh. Install day arrived and I'm literally biting my nails, worried that my lovely glass tiles will look like spider webs and you know what happened? Nothing. Or rather, everything. Brad and Ramon were meticulous - METICULOUS - in their work. They took their time to do a quality job, my glass tiles didn't crack, they did a great job of cleaning up the bathroom workspace and the garage (where they'd been cutting the frames, etc) and I LOVE MY SHOWER DOORS This company understands quality, service and expertise and THAT'S why Yelp's five stars are just too limiting. read more

I wish Yelp would let me give Brad and The Shower Door Guy team 6 STARS! They were very competitively priced and professional in the installation of frameless shower doors in two of our bathrooms. While they were completing the second door I asked if given their extensive experience in bathrooms were any design suggestions they could think of that might further improve the space. They had the superb idea of removing the small vanity mirror and replacing it with one that covers the entire wall. They immediately measured for the mirror and returned a couple of weeks later to install it (see enclosed photo). Since this is a basement bathroom with no windows, the larger mirror makes a huge visual difference. Also an anomaly in the way my backsplash was installed initially interfered with the installation so Brad took the time to make a site visit to troubleshoot and quickly resolve. We couldn't be more pleased, and we look forward to having the Shower Door Guy team back out when we remodel our next bathroom. read more

Options and design were talked about, and where others said that it couldn't be done, Brad said "sure we can." Installation went very smoothly. All communication was quick and never had to worry about not getting a response. We had one minor issue and Brad was more than willing to come out and make the adjustment.
