Needed a shower enclosure. I contacted them and the staff seemed knowledgable, and recommended a nice enclosure. Their quote was more expensive than the other two by about a few hundred dollars, but I went with them based on a few online recommendations. It took several weeks for the parts to be delivered. After the parts arrived, the crew arrived and did a professional looking but incomplete install because someone apparently forgot to order some parts (some clamps/hinges) that were needed to complete the install. The crew told me the parts would take a while to arrive. In the meantime, the office staff emailed me and mailed an invoice for the full amount. I pointed out that they hadn't completed the job, and they demanded 90% of the payment instead. I pointed out that our agreement was not for 90% of a shower, it was for a COMPLETE install. They repeated their demand for 90% payment. Fairly unprofessional behavior from the administrative staff: failing to order the correct parts, scheduling an incomplete install, then demanding payment before completion of the job. read more

My first time using Drexler and it definitely won't be my last. I needed a simple mirror installed over a double vanity in my master bathroom and of all the companies I tried to reach out to, Drexler was the most helpful and responsive. Due to my hectic schedule, I had to reschedule my first appointment for measuring several times but they were very patient and worked with me. The guy that came to do my measurements was Michael McWilliams and he was fantastic. He always called to let me know when he was on the way and he was very quick and efficient. When it was time for my second appointment to install the actual mirror, Michael and one of his colleagues showed up and flawlessly installed the mirror in less than 30min! I stopped in and discussed my needs and they were very helpful. The workers they sent out to do the measurements were very professional and curteous. Their quote was right in line with what I had expected. When I explained I wanted to change out the existing hardware from silver to bronze, they were able to provide me with some referrals. Because of an incorrectly installed glass shower enclosure, by a general contractor (who would not address my problem), I did my requisite research and selected Drexler Shower Door and Custom Glass to "fix my issues". Reaching out to Drexler, via e-mail, I was contacted by Jeanne the next day. Within a couple of days I was provided an assessment and quote of what it would take to address and resolve my problem. We made the correct decision to replace what had been installed and went with the optional ShowerGuard Glass and Ultra Clear Low Iron Glass. The enclosure is beautiful. Throughout the entire process Jeanne (and the rest of the Drexler staff) went above and beyond exceeding my needs and expectations. I do not know how the price of the entire project compares with other companies, since I did not get another quote, but I can say that with the quality product and the most professional installation provided it was worth every dollar spent. I'm mad I didn't take a picture of the finished product, but I absolutely love what Drexler did to transform my master bathroom. I have a uniquely small shower in my master bathroom, but when I called Drexler they came right out to measure and gave me several options to enclose the shower. Each option was priced out and described in detail exactly what materials were used. I live a little further away from them so they gave me a 10 business day time frame to come install after making my final selection. I was afraid Hurrican Irma coming through would delay the install, but they called me the morning after Irma left and asked if they could come install. They also called me when they were on the way to my house, which I loved. I would 100% recommend Drexler to anyone and everyone. Use them. You will never regret it. read more

I sent a service request in last weekend, Jeanie called me on Monday for a service call that afternoon. Ethan and Emmanuel were right on time, very pleasant and helpful. Jeanie followed up with a quote and told me the mirror would be ready this week. Ethan and Emmanuel came today and installed the mirror and did a super job. I am a very pleased and happy customer. I tried to give them a check for payment but I was told that I would receive an invoice. They installed a 6' x 9' wall mirror for my garage gym. The installers were polite, punctual, and knowledgable, and even moved some heavy equipment for me that they weren't obligated to do. He immediately accepted responsibility, offered an apology, gave an explanation as to what happened, then reassured me getting my glass repaired was on the top of his priority list.
