The paint was about 5 years old and we wanted to repaint the same color to get a fresh look & cover up some dirty spots from the previous home owners. I found Jason & IPS through yelp to re-paint my condo as I had a tenant moving in on short notice and needed a fresh coat to spruce up the place. Jason responded promptly, inspected the unit, and provided a very reasonable quote in comparison with some of the others I'd gotten. He and his crew were able to start work by the next day, painting the ceilings, moldings, baseboards, walls in my bedroom, living, kitchen and bathroom - he even went to repairing the walls where necessary & recaulking some of the baseboards.. I first hired them to paint my townhome's back deck and power wash the driveway in the Summer of 2018 and they did such a great job that I had them come back in the fall to power wash and paint the front of the house, railings, and steel overhangs. Jason with Integrity Painting provided great service in a timely manner. He had experience in a multitude of services, but we hired him to take care of a large interior painting project. He worked on the following rooms... 2 story foyer (even wired a new chandelier for us) , living room, sun room, stairwell, hallways, master bed and bath powder room, various ceiling types (vaulted, cathedral, bathroom, common flat) and a guest bedroom. Jason was careful with our furniture and valuables as he provided plenty of extra protection to ensure our property would not incur any harm during the project. Jason was clear on his process, and provided a stellar job. My project involved mutliple colors and different areas of the condo, so communication was key. I can say from previous paint jobs with other contractors, there was miscommunication which lead to extra charges and missed painting. Most of this was due to language barriers that can be frustrating. This wasn't the case with Jason, as he was on site to monitor things, and walked through everything the day it was finished. The home was vacant, but the painters took extra care to cover all of the flooring and they never left a mess. They put away all equipment each night when they were done. They will be responsive to give you a quote and then secure your deposit but once that happens beware! The customer service from the owner is sadly lacking. He is delayed in responding to emails, texts and never answers his phone. In addition when you call you roll straight to voicemail and it is always full thus you can't leave a message. So disappointed and have to say I can't tell you what the final product looks like as I have to find another painting company with better customer service! read more
