Alright so look, I'm going to be purchasing materials here and overall it wasn't bad at all, the rep was friendly and the showroom is nice with many options. I would recommend this place, HOWEVER, I must share my experience in the way that it took place. I visited their showroom which is restricted to appointment only. Prepare to take longer than an hour there. They have a sales cycle/pitch they do with a sit down conversation. For ours, they had certain information wrong and made assumptions. They kept trying to sell me on not doing a backsplash along with the counter and suggested all these other common sense options as if if I knew nothing about nothing. This made be quiet and limited on my responses to not sound annoyed at all these assumptions. I get our rep wanted to save us money but assuming that your prospect has zero knowledge about design, renovation, or common sense is just disappointing. After the first rep, then the big boss comes in to get a feel for how to "close" the deal. Lol. This person proceeds to propose the same idea of not doing a backsplash, omg, what is going with this? Smh.... Moving on, we finally got to do a tour and look at slabs. We got the quote and were told materials are "running out " and our slab may not be available after the weekend. A week later I was called for a follow which is totally ok, however, a voicemail was left and then I was called again! I was going to call back but after the back to back call, this turned me off. Now, I didn't call out anyone here because overall the rep was nice and meant very well. I'm just not a fan certain sales tactics. I'd rather just chat with you, you find out what I'm looking for and give me just that and I'm sold. Over all like I said, this process was something that I'm sure would be looked over. read more

I only advise you to take your time, read the contract and buyer beware with this company. Once you sign their contract, it says you cannot change your mind and cancel without a minimum charge of $250, and after 72 hours they expect you to pay them an additional 15% of the total job estimate (taken out of your 50% deposit), even though they have done nothing at this point other than take your order and deposit. Of course this is a nonenforcible contract as we and they discovered, but why would anyone choose to do business with a company like this? I wanted to give a shout out to AA Marble and Granite for offering a smooth transition from 49 year old laminate countertops to exotic granite countertops. We had a appointment where we were given a quote on Grade A to F. F being the highest grade. They want to know your budget and leads you out to the most beautiful granite I have ever laid my eyes on. I have indeed been to other granite companies. We chose River White from India and it is a show stopper. I also want to compliment the installers and how quickly they installed the granite. It fit perfectly and every time I go into my kitchen we are blown away with the beauty of the granite. I would give more stars if I could. They even covered a island I had on rollers to match the counters. We still are in the middle of a remodel and I will update my review when the backsplash is finished,cabinets painted with new hardware and new flooring installed. We will need to use them again for our bathrooms. Use them and you will not be disappointed. I will update pictures when remodel is finished. read more

Purchased leathered quartzite countertops for my kitchen. Spent over $6,000. Chose a beautiful piece of stone and was super excited! HOWEVER, the sealant AA Marble uses is subpar. It leaves permanent etching stains for MANY everyday things. These are not from something that was left on overnight but normal cooking and prepping. Things like water, coffee, ketchup, bbq sauce, fruits, cheese, etc. Friend of mine purchased quartzite from AA and the same thing happens. Wish I would have known. I seal with their recommended quartzite sealer every month or so just to help prevent them but they keep happening and the old ones can't be restored with this type of sealant. I called and they have a guy that can refinish them but it's not cheap. The finish shouldn't come off this easily. BE WARNED, they are not factor sealed properly. read more

No customer service skills! While Adam Crosby was knowledgeable and enthusiastic when he was showing us our options, it all went downhill when we received the quote. We questioned the quote as it was double the amount of other quotes we recently received. His rude response was..."then why are you here?" He repeated this several times and became very defensive. To start, Adam incorrectly quoted me a price over the phone and when the day came for me to come over and meet him, he told me a different price. He did admit he was in the wrong and apologized for it. However, that is only part of the reason why I gave 2 stars. The other reason is because of the inconvenience. I had a challenge with my kitchen sink coming loose. The sink is attached to my granite counter which made the job hard to fix. Multiple service providers were unable to fix the gap. I was so happy when I was told they could fix my sink. The service folks were on time and did a wonderful job. The cost of the job was well below what I expected which was great. They focus on homeowners and realize that this a big expense for us. A couple of things that bowled me over: - Once we walked in the store with our kitchen layout, the Owner started talking to us about their process. Meanwhile, an associate took our layout, did an estimate of how much granite we need and came back with printed sheet the granite pricing options, in 2 minutes. We knew what we would pay for any granite we selected before we had even looked at the slabs!! (this is huge if you have been granite shopping. what with selecting a granite, and then waiting for the fabricator to price it) - Once our cabinets were installed and the granite template made, i was invited to the store to review the layout before they cut the granite. I was able to see what i would be looking at once the counter was installed. They patiently moved the templates around till i was satisfied (and i am an Architect so it was not a short process). This is unheard of in residential granite industry!! read more

I went to their showroom today and spent a few minutes with the high pressure sales guy. Before we could go further he wanted me to fill out a form with a bunch of personal information and then he would give me some information - "you give me something and I'll give you something," seriously, he said that. I gave him a business card that has a PO Box. He said he needed the physical address. I told him I'd give him one if we got that far in the process. He then switched gears and said he needed the information for "insurance purposes" so that I could look at samples in the warehouse. Notice the fluidity of the lies? Things went smoothly from the initial visit to the install. Candy worked patiently with me as I changed my mind multiple times on the actual granite I wanted. After I had "finalized" my selection, I changed my mind again because I saw a granite at another showroom that I really liked. However, I had already built a relationship with Candy and wanted to see what they could offer. There was a brand new slab delivered that she thought would work great with my cabinets and fit in my budget. She was right! Thereafter, working with EVERYONE else went smoothly and quickly. I had my template done within two days of my selection, layouts done the following day. I could have had the granite installed two days later, but my schedule would not allow it. Over priced. Charged over $40/sq ft for level 1 granite. Level 1 granite is builder granite and is usually less than $30 dollars per square foot. That adds up over the amount of granite you will need. The sales guy lies he said they don't have a minimum purchase, but they do. I was informed AFTER they gave me the quote about the minimum charge. Plus they nickel and dime everything. How do you have all the additional fees if your priced more than everyone else in the area? Put all those fees it in the costs of business. Buyers be ware, it cost $75 for them to come out and do the first initial a template. It doesn't matter if you go through with it or not. It also costs extra if they have to come out more than one time and can be $250 bucks. It also costs extra for the granite supports at least $50 per support and they try to recommend as many as possible that are not even needed. On top of that they do not install the granite supports. They expect you to have someone else do it in time before they install or they charge you an additional fee. They charge a cancellation fee, they charge for gas too. PLUS they state that they are not responsible for any damages done to your home when the granite is installed. WHAT? Your supposed to be licensed and insured. read more
