I want to start by saying that the sales staff, and Jessica in particular, were wonderful to work…read morewith. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.

Our salesperson, Jessica, guided us through the design process, and the manager, Gabby, was there to support any customer service needs we had. The installation crew was great as well. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Can't wait to get started with the Master Bath!

We've had quite the renovation experience, but i will save you the details. One of the biggest…read moredecisions we had to make was for countertops. We needed them for the kitchen counter, a huge island, a buffet, a built in dresser, a powder room and the master bathroom. My wife wanted Quartz, so I sold a kidney through uncle Joey to pay for it, and we eventually decided to go with a full height kitchen backsplash as well. I called several places, pricing was similar, but when I spoke to Matt "it was like Sparks, down on E Street!" Matt was so friendly and inviting and wasn't pushy. He just said our remnant yard is open, come by anytime you want and take a look. So we did. I can't remember if I called him, before or after we went by. We went through the show room and looked at several different Quartz samples, prices varied so much. We finally chose a very reasonably priced quartz product that looked very nice for the entire kitchen area, and the buffet in the dining room. For the other pieces, that were going throughout the house, we chose those out of the remnant yard. The remnant yard holds lots of different types of stone, and they are discounted, so you can find some great deals. I also ended up having the entire master bathroom shower bench, niche surrounds and threshold cut out of Quartz. Sorry for all the detail. Matt is a great person. I found him very sincere, helpful and honest. He was with me through the entire process. We had a few issues along the way, and trust me, if you haven't renovated expect issues. They're going to happen, it's how you and the people you deal with take care of them. That's when I met Don, the owner of G&M. What can I say, I wanted to hate the guy, but he was so nice! There was a small accident, which I understand can happen when dealing with these very large and heavy pieces of stone, and Don without hesitation took care of the problem. I have to mention Glauco, the installer. This guy was great, his whole crew was great. Good luck! Once the house is cleaned up, I will try and update with some pictures.

Our countertop project, originally expected to take two weeks, extended several additional weeks due to repeated measuring, fabrication, and installation errors. Countertops had to be removed and replaced multiple times because of incorrect cuts and mismatched pieces. Most concerning, a sink disconnection by their team caused significant water damage to our newly installed hardwood floors, ceiling, and cabinetry, leading to additional repairs and delays. The owner also later acknowledged the countertop material sold to us was not appropriate for our counter layout due to the pattern matching issues. While attempts were made to correct the problems, the overall experience caused major disruption to our home and daily life. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

When at the yard, I told the owner what I was looking for and he drove me to four samples and I loved three of them so it was apparent that he had listened carefully to what I wanted. I also liked picking the edge and corners. (Who knew there were so many choices.) The measurements were taken with a template, not a laser. On the the day of the templates, the crew pointed out a problem which neither the designer nor the construction manager for kitchen renovation had noticed and/or mentioned. We were able to anticipate the solution thanks to Custom Kitchen. And we were sent several pictures that showed how they proposed to lay out the templates on the granite. I suggested that the largest piece be flipped 180 degrees to pick up a "swoop" in the natural flow of the granite. I was sent another set of pictures which matched my very unscientific description, perfectly. The island needed 3 pieces of granite to accommodate the new range. the two pieces on the side are nicely matched and the third piece across the back of the range fits in very well. While the whole of the kitchen renovation turned into an extended nightmare, choosing and installing the granite was easy-peasy.

I had the kitchen cabinet doors replaced, new granite countertops, new sink & faucet, an island built, new backsplash, and the cabinet & island painted. I am sooooo happy with the outcome. Carmen, in the office, was always professional and polite, and conveyed any message I had to the right people very quickly. Dickson, the main contractor, was a gem. He is very meticulous about getting the details correct. Juan, the painter, was wonderful as well. He made sure all the painted doors were perfectly aligned, and the soft doors closed nicely. Every person who came into my home from G&T was professional, polite, and pleasant to have around. I did use the designer Lowe's uses, but she mainly comes out and shows you the options. I knew what I wanted already, although she was very helpful with getting the granite, which came from Granite & Marble Solutions. They were great also. And the actual stone cutters, which went through G&T were great. I was able to go out with the template provided by Dickson and get the slab cut exactly the way I wanted it to be. I absolutely recommend Grante & Trend Transformations highly and would definitely use them again. This is a national company, but I think each one is owned by different people. This one in Buford is a BBB accredited member and has had zero complaints.

AWESOME Master Bath Remodel…read more This is the second time I've hired this company to upgrade the builder's grade finishes in our condo. In February 2017 the Granite Transformations franchise (then located at Presidential Pkwy) refaced my kitchen cabinets and master bath vanity (Expressions-Stella line). They also replaced the granite vanity top with Calacatta quartz. BEAUTIFUL!!! In July 2018 I decided that it was time to complete the master bath remodel. When I called the same Granite Transformations location I was told that the company was bought out by Silver Oak Remodel and no longer existed. I wasted time letting Silver Oak Remodel present me with an outrageously over priced estimate. They did not get the job. I hired another contractor. However, for the surround of the new under-mounted tub I knew that I wanted to use the same Calacatta quartz that was installed on the vanity. After weeks into the remodel and numerous calls to source the same Calacatta quartz I was happy to learn that a new "Trend Transformations" was in the Atlanta area (same company, same product lines, same quality - new name). That's where Guido Tamayo, the owner of the Braselton Hwy franchise, came into the project. As a co-contractor, he and his team (Design Consultants: Abby and Brent & Installers: Billie and Josue) worked seamlessly and professionally to ensure that the most impactful design element of the bath remodel was expertly installed. Just..WOW!!! Bottom line: I don't often write reviews and definitely don't like writing retractions. My bath remodel was completed in October 2018, so after 6 months of taking it all in, this is my review: I highly recommend Trend Transformations, particularly the Team Guido franchise. Time and money well spent. Lenard McLin
