We were moving into a new home and needed floors done immediately. Paul made a few phone calls and came and dropped off the material within a matter of days. This was a pretty big job but Paul and his team not only completed the job on time but the floors were installed perfectly. Paul also called me almost daily to give me an update and check in on progress. Harrison also came by at the end of the project and took some of our extra trash and leftover paint from moving to their dumpster (talk about going above and beyond). THAT'S WHEN MY GOOD EXPERIENCE ENDS! My tile did not arrive in the window of time I was given. I wasn't even notified. I called in to check the delivery status and low and behold, my tile had been received, but no one had cared enough to notify me. While picking up my tile I discover the wrong trim pieces were received. (If you're thinking this is no big deal, please read more reviews and you will see that this is a common error TinT has been making for years, yet they have done nothing to prevent it from happening. Also found out the same thing happened to my neighbor.) After days of calling and emailing the Store Manager, I finally received an email back from her stating my tile is estimated to be received in 9 days. You would think that I was in good hands now that I am dealing with the Store Manager, but you would be wrong. 9 days came and went and still no word from TinT. After waiting an additional 5 days I asked for an update and AGAIN my tile was sitting there, but NO ONE cared enough to notify me. I brought my dissatisfaction with their service to my designers attention and her response was "If we had sku numbers and tracking then that would be great, but we don't". Really?!? They caused me to delay my tile installer 3 times due to their continued carelessness and this is their response? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is a high end store where customers are paying premium prices, so to receive this low level of customer service blows my mind. I spent ¼ of the price at Floor & Décor and received 1000% better service. PLEASE take your hard earned money to a store that values their customers!!!

I want to start by saying that the sales staff, and Jessica in particular, were wonderful to work…read morewith. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.

They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples.
