Absolutely the worst ever. This is my third time trying to use them, and every single time has been filled with delays and major issues on their end. First countertop, major delays in getting it scheduled and having to have it rescheduled on their end. They also showed up and tried installing backsplash when I specifically told them no backsplash. Second time again major delay is an issues in scheduling and then they showed up with a completely wrong countertop that I did not pick out. They again had major delays doing the correct one and trying to get it rescheduled. When they showed up, they again tried installing back splashes that I specifically went over and told them I did not want and did not want to be charged for. The third time has been beyond a disaster. They have zero communication between the person coming out and doing the measuring, the management, the stone cutters, and their sales people. No one knows what's going on. No one is talking to each other and they decided the day before Christmas, which was the day before business day of installation that I needed to drive down to show them where I went over and they added more issues and kept trying to redesign it to fit them. Again, major delays they can't seem to figure out what is going on. Nobody knows what they're talking about and it is complete incompetence and a complete lack of common sense and brain cells. Again, major delays because they decided to wait until the last minute to figure out what is going on and the complete incompetency has left them scrambling with more week after week delays. they are incapable of handling anything custom, and are terrified of any uniqueness. They are overpriced and the first two projects they refused to even give me a quote until after installation. Telling me to trust them it was going to be a good price. This third time they refused to send me the quote and would only talk to the contractor, even though I am the one paying them. this is a horrible company, and I am shocked that they are still in business. They can't seem to figure out what is going on, they are overpriced for what they actually produce, and they want to design it and do it their way to ensure that they are making it easy on them. They act like they are the only place to get a stone countertop and I should be grateful that they are willing to spend time to sell me one. Newsflash there are tons of other businesses that actually act like they want their business. I would've never used them after the first debacle however, my contractor has used them before. So many other companies would like the business so go elsewhere. This is not brain science or rocket science. It's cutting a piece of stone. Not that hard. read more

I needed granite repair that the original installer wouldnt do. Great design replaced a section for me and did a great job... so i had them install laminate to my entire house. Again great job. Liked it so much, i had them redo my guest bath. Again very good results. Professional, ontime, and cleaned up. If you dont have them do your work, i feel sorry for you. These guys are good. So good they can even fix a bad installer's shoddy work. Our undermount kitchen sink fell down because it was installed by some moron who thought a few dots of epoxy was enough to hold up a massive steel sink. Well, we call Home Depot Home Services. They have no one who can help. I call a plumber. He says we need a granite countertop installer and gladly pockets the trip fee. I call around to a bunch of granite installers. No one wants to touch this. Finally Granite Creations calls back, and says they can do it. Not only that, but they can get me on the schedule with 36 hours. Weeks of searching, and these guys not only have someone out that fast, but they fix it within 45 minutes and make it sturdier than it was when it was first installed. No one else wanted to come near it, these guys fix it like it's nothing. That tells me all I need to know about them. If we ever need new countertops, they're our first call. Hire them. read more

WHEN IT ALL GOES LEFT, SO DO I! You have to be really incompetent to lose business during this time because people are actually giving second chances and trying to be more patient than ever. However, I am not willing to risk my project for a company that is not able to offer basic customer service. I used this business in the past and was perfectly satisfied until the last time when scheduling was not handled in as it should have been. No problem, I decided to give them another chance. In 2020, we started looking at materials for kitchen countertops and they were our fabricator of choice. We checked out one of the suppliers on their list and I left a message regarding the selection that we had made and requested a quote. This was well before the pandemic hit and I never heard from them. After restrictions were lifted, we visited again and decided to check out additional quartz options. I specifically requested a copy of the supplier list that I had used previously but had since lost. I explained that it was a 2 page document with at least 10-12 suppliers listed. I was sent a very short list of three suppliers and when I explained that this was not what I wanted, I was told that they would check again. This item was requested from two different people and never received. I actually found the previous supplier by driving to a particular area in Norcross and recognizing the building. This business was not on the short list but confirmed that they still worked with Granite Creations. While in Norcross, I happened to visit a different business and immediately noticed that they represented the type of professionalism I wanted and needed in order to make sure that my project is successful and business will be handled in a timely manner. As I exited the building, I knew that I would be discontinuing my relationship with Granite Creations because I have zero tolerance for a lack of professionalism in business. Granite Creations, allow me to make some suggestions: If you are understaffed, hire more people. If your people need training, train them. If you can't locate a requested, time-sensitive document and you have been informed that it is needed prior to a scheduled appointment and you can't find it, don't wait until the client calls you, call the client immediately and offer options/alternatives. If your co-worker drops the ball, instead of making lame excuses (which only exacerbate the situation), simply apologize and move forward. Despite me reminding the assistant that I live in Alpharetta, she kept repeating that her co-worker sent me the short list to high-light those businesses closest to my home. This short list only included businesses in Norcross and Buford. Location wasn't the issue, she was clearly overwhelmed and not hearing me at all. If the client has already informed you that the initial information received is not what is requested, DON'T RESEND IT. Simply say "We no longer have that list available" so that the client can move on. If you receive an e-mail, respond. Business e-mails aren't usually sent out of boredom; clients actually expect a response sooner rather than later or not at all. ***How you handle my account prior to the contract is an indicator of how you will handle my account after the contract is signed and I am not impressed! Simply the best! Five stars are not enough! Granite Creations was highly recommended to me and I am truly impressed. I felt like the need to insure proper installation was a high priority. They discovered a slope on my floor which could have effected the waterfall on my island. The also sent me pics of slab to confirm delivery from supplier and confirmed cut and design. I wish you could rate them ZERO stars! This company has the worst service and quality of work I have ever experienced. I was emailed incorrect invoices twice and when I questioned the final payment I was treated like I was the problem. It also took them coming to my home three times to install the granite in my master bathroom correctly! The first time they cut the sink too far to the left leaving the sick not centered and taking away a drawer to the cabinet, and on the second attempt they cut the opening for the sink to large and not matching the other sink for the double vanity. In the process of each visit they left a mess to clean up, and damaged walls. When I complained, I was treated very poorly! I would not recommend and they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
