One of our neighbors recommended Larry and said he'd done a wonderful job on a bathroom remodel for a friend of theirs. Larry answered my call right away and was able to come by within 24 hours to give us an estimate. We ordered the tile, and Larry's tile guy, Chris, installed it. It looks beautiful! My general contractor (who doesn't do tile work) was at the house while Chris was doing the install, and he said Chris was extremely meticulous with his tile cuts, measurements, which tiles he used, etc. We are super pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be using Larry again for future projects. Larry was very professional, very specific about which grouts did better than others and various other details, and very good about communicating with us. We're very happy with our new floor!

So I called these guys and they were booked out like months in advance for the work I wanted done…read morebecause they're so busy. Which I take as a good sign, and all I wanted was a sweep done and nothing major so the wait was no problem. I was told I would get a call within a certain timeframe, I did, and the service guy even texted me to let me know what was going on as he was running just a hair late. Unlike other companies who just leave you hanging around wondering what's going on and not answering when you call to see what's up, so I appreciated that. The thing that sold me though was that when the guy, Ryan, got here and took a look into our chimney, he asked how often we used it and how long we'd lived in the house and et cetera. So after hearing my answers, he nodded and said the chimney was super clean and that he would get me a card so I could call him in another two years to take another look at it because there was no need to do anything this time. He could have just went on about his way and "cleaned" and took his time and I would have been none the wiser to it. That honesty is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be hanging onto his card to have him come back out. The *only* complaint I have is that they don't accept card payments, so you'll need to find a check or go to the bank to get the cash you were quoted. Even then that's only because they're a small business and the fees for the card stuff is crazy. So. Yea. :)

I have so many great things to say about Girmann's!…read more 1. They are Covid-careful, respectful, and prioritize their clients' safety, which I truly appreciate! I was able to get the lawn mowed without needing to interact with anyone in-person. They called in advance to let me know when they were coming as well. 2. The crew did an excellent job! The two guys they sent took the appropriate time to make sure everything was properly cut, trimmed, and cleaned up. They weren't the type to sacrifice quality just to save themselves some time. 3. They have an eye for detail! One of my path lights that's staked in the ground had come out, and I just never got around to putting it back in the ground. One of the guys actually put it back in! Thanks for going above and beyond! 4. They can come every other week if you want, or as needed. And they won't pressure you to buy extra services from them. I've worked with other landscaping companies in the past and have never had as good of an experience as I had with Girmann's. They are pricier than the last place we used, but so far they are proving to be worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try! I especially recommend them for elderly folks and people who only live in their home part-time - they seem honest, and will get the job done true to their word even if you are not physically present to check.
