again, no keyhole slot for the sink clip. This will crack over time!

Quartz Depot was the biggest mistake of our kitchen renovation. DIY quality for professional price. The installation team damaged our cabinets and tried to cover it up and leave the jobsite without notifying us. They have no CNC machines or templating tools, so they just cut into our drywall to close gaps on the wall, but they don't bother doing this consistently, so our overhang is wildly varied. I provided a list of problems/concerns to them via email but when the warehouse manager and fabrication manager arrived on site to review the installation, they had nothing but bewildered stares at one another. They did not even bother to introduce themselves. I'm not even convinced they saw my email since they have not directly answered anything I brought up there. I spoke with an owner, and she could bring nothing to the table other than waiving the remaining 25% of our invoice balance, which I declined because I am not seeking any sort of remittance. She also proposed that they void the contract and come remove the slab. I also declined this because they were unwilling to cover the repair costs that would incur due to the removal. Tile was already installed above the counter and the install team put caulk on the face frames of our brand-new painted cabinets to "secure" the counter. Quartz Depot clearly doesn't prioritize quality or use professional standards that other fabricators commonly do. After all this, our $30k kitchen renovation is now going to cost an estimated 50% more to remove this counter, repair and replace our base cabinets and walls. We'll then need to hire an actual professional fabricator who uses CNC and templating. My advice to potential customers, STAY AWAY! There are other fabricators in the area who charge the same price and have CNC machines and who template your kitchen. If they have a CNC and template process, they will gladly show you!

I found Quartz Depot on the Internet when I was looking for the countertops we wanted. Their service is friendly, they have a variety of options, reasonable prices, and professional installation. We are very satisfied!

Radius when it should be 90 degree

We are upgrading our kitchen counter tops went Quartz Depot where we met by Chris R. Chris has been great throughout this process. We picked our quartz countertops sent sink to them to cut. We was scheduled for a Tuesday install. Tuesday comes when installing sink countertop it's was noticed that the cut was off. No worries they send it back and schedule replacement for next day Wednesday. Wednesday comes the team arrives with new countertops and this time the sink is aligned but now the edges are not cut right. They had the edge as a radius and we wanted 90 angles. So they take quartz countertops off and take outside to cut the countertop in my driveway and cover's my vehicle in Quartz dust. After several hours they brint countertops back in but u can notice that the cut didn't work. They pproceeded to to try sand and buff the corner in my home which had dust everywhere. I stopped them as they pulled out grinder to try and grind the countertop in my home while it's installed. So we have to go another day without sink and countertop installed. Thursday comes and they finally install the countertop and soon as they are finished they ask me about payment. No concern the 3 days we went out a kitchen bc Quartz Depot didn't check to make sure the order is right. We spent A lot of money with this business and to not offer any concession for amount delays and mess you caused. This company does NOt honor workmanship I still have issues with Quartz not cut right. I would not recommend this company

We needed the job done quickly and she not only made sure it was done quick, it was done right and stayed on budget! Highly highly recommend Shanta for any of your cabinet and countertop needs! I would give 10 stars if I could!

IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR PRODUCT, PERHAPS YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS!…read more I overhear a conversation that my husband is having with one of the salesman and it is not going well. My husband asks about the weight capacity of their cabinets and the guy steps away to ask a colleague, (strike 1, he should know this). He then comes back and says 20 lbs when the standard is 70 lbs, so there is a problem here because either he thinks we are stupid and don't know the difference, he only pretended to ask the question or their cabinets are really that cheap, pick one. (Strike 2, just pathetic). He then asks why this even matters (Strike 3, ignorance and incompetence will never win my business). Despite this display of incompetence, my husband insists that we stop by the store while we were in the area. Okay, no problem because I made it clear that they were a non-factor for real. As we walk in, I notice that they have the exact same showroom that they had almost two years ago. Now it just looks dark, dated and off trend. As soon as I touch the cabinet door, I can feel the cheapness because these doors are obviously not framed, (for stability and structure), and are very flimsy. The shelves are equally flimsy and when you move the various components who can hear the cheapness as well. Just do your homework and make sure you know what constitutes quality and know what questions to ask. If you know more than the sales person or if they are not able to answer basic questions regarding industry standards, keep looking.

FROM BEGINNING TO END:…read more Purchasing our bathroom vanities from Cabinet Express was a great decision and a great experience. Heather was our designer/assistant throughout the process and was very helpful. We were able to purchase our vanities early, (while they were on sale) and they held them for several months until we were ready to go. We selected their vanities because they were very well made with dove-tail joints and soft close features. The new heights are awesome and give the vanities great presence. They have great space for organizing everything because they include shallow drawers on top which are perfect for our personal care items and deeper ones on the bottom for washcloths and electric appliances. When it comes to choosing your cabinetry, you have an option of modern and traditional designs. Although I might wink at contemporary accents, I bow to tradition. With that in mind, I chose the warm brown vanity with paneled doors and added knobs instead of pulls for both bathrooms. The final look is perfect! I can't wait to do the kitchen!! Let's talk about the process: When I was ready to pick up my vanities, it was a very easy process because all I needed to do was just go to the center in Norcross, (located on Jimmy Carter just east of Peachtree Parkway), receive a pick-up document and drive around to the rear of the building. When I got there, I encountered Mo who was so confident and reassuring regarding my order being complete, that I bought it. I just hopped back into the van and waited while the items were loaded up. You can actually have your vanities delivered and installed if you wish but since my contractor was more than willing to pick them up, we did. It saved money but also was ideal because of my unpredictable time-line which was complicated by doing two major projects back-to-back. Now, if they end of assisting with the kitchen, I will definitely have them deliver and install the cabinets because that is a whole other situation. Once we arrived home and unloaded everything, I didn't even check the inventory until just before install (three weeks later), because Mo told me that everything was present and accounted for and it was. Install was relatively easy and Heather sent over a video to help with slight adjustments. This was a great experience and I look forward to working with Cabinet Express and Heather again. Definitely recommended!
