They don't sell directly to the public, but the staff was friendly, greeted us quickly, asked us to sign a waiver before entering the warehouse, put bright yellow safety vests on us, showed us the selections that we thought we wanted (based on small samples and web site pictures), then also showed us some alternatives that worked even better with the cabinet samples we brought. There was no rush or sales pressure (again, they don't sell directly to the public). They even used an overhead crane to move a slab in just a few minutes so it was easier to see and compare to another slab. Kudos.

Brantley came to my home to evaluate and measure the site. I wanted to brighten and use my existing space more efficiently. He was able to do that on only the second layout version which maximized the use of the space and made the room appear much larger. They recommended an excellent contractor who did the demolition, construction, plumbing and electrical. Trey and Brantley made many helpful recommendations for appliances and countertops. Their cabinet installer, Axel, was a real pro in every respect. He brought that genuine German precision to the project. He said they would stay open however if we were already on the way. It took almost a half hour for us to get there, and when we walked in with our broken cabinet, we were greeted warmly. They didn't have a replacement cabinet however, the owner, Ahmet, went outside to get some tools and came back in and proceeded to try to repair it. He did so without us asking, and did his best to help us. He then gave us instructions on how to most effectively finish repairing it. Although my current needs didn't include fully remodeling, our kitchen or bathroom that job is in scope for us in the next year and I will definitely prioritize plus cabinets doing the work. I'm always most impressed with people and places that show kindness in their delivery of service, even when there is not an expectation of payment. We will definitely be back and recommend to all of our friends.

We purchased our countertops from Atlantis a number of years ago and our cooktop recently died so…read morewe had to get a new one. We attempted to replace it and upon removal of the old cooktop we discovered that the new cooktop wouldn't fit the hole cut by Atlantis's contractor as it was miscut. We found out that due to the miscut that the hole would fit very few of the cooktops on the market today. We contacted Atlantis to see if they would do anything about the miscut and spoke to Allison but she says she can't find any record of us in their system. We had a small issue two years ago and they were able to find us in their system then so what changed? We sent her multiple emails we have of the previous conversations between us about issues with the countertop but her only reply was "we don't have you in our system". Unfortunately we don't have a receipt of the purchase as it was destroyed in a flood but you would think that a reputable company would keep records like this. We attempted multiple times to talk to the owner of Atlantis but have had no luck as Allison won't provide us with contact info for the owner and if we call now she just hangs up on us. I'm not sure if the owner (Mike Harrison?) is aware of this issue or not or if he is aware and Allison is just the gate keeper. Either way, if you value customer service at all I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your countertops.
