She at least tried to be subtle by asking questions like, "Why did you choose THIS tile?" and "What made you decide not to just use your countertop marble for the backsplash?" and "Did you think about how THIS tile would look in THAT room?" BUT, I felt compelled to post this review to warn that this location seems to have an issue with pest insects among their orchids. I have bought two phalaenopsis orchids here that had thrips and ended up losing about 5 of my plants due to thrips-related crown rot. I checked in today, and there seems to now be an aphid infestation on some of their orchids. I just can't recommend buying plants here until they get these pests under control.
