Very friendly. Everything is by the pound so you don't have to buy an entire pallet or ton of rocks. Titus was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible Company. Will not stand behind their product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!…read more The side door to my garage is rotting 15 months after installation. I purposefully built the pad it sits on 2 inches higher than the rest of the driveway so water intrusion wouldn't be an issue. I was just told today: "ANY modifications made to the garage to include the electric work you had done voids your warranty." (The electric subpanel is several feet from the door and has no water intrusion issues.) I specifically asked, "Are you saying I cannot have electricity put in my garage without voiding my warranty?" Tuff Shed's answer was "That is correct." I also asked if Tuff Shed does electric work so that their buildings can have power. I was told "no." With no electricity allowed, you can forget about having a garage door opener installed. You'll also be expected to use a flashlight if you need to go into your garage at night, much less use a power tool that needs to be plugged in. Tuff Shed specifically asked for inside and outside pictures of the whole garage after I sent them detailed photos of the rotten door frame. I suspect this was so they could find any little modification in order to deny the warranty.

I do not recommend Tuff Shed for their business practices. The quality of their workmanship and…read morematerials is okay and met (not exceeded) our expectations. However, be careful with ordering additional services - ensure that your shed building is built on an area with sufficient space for workers to construct. We paid $200 for construction of the shed on space that they deemed insufficient as to clearance between our house and fence. We were told the workers would not construct the shed in that space and would build it in another area. We would have to pay for additional workers to move the building from that space to the space we wanted it. The builders came to our home and built the shed in the space that was deemed inadequate with no problems and not need to bring in additional workers to move the building into the supposedly inadequate space. This was an outright mischaracterization of the work performed and there was no need to pay the additional $200 to move the shed to the "inadequate" space area. Very deceptive and when I called to request a refund for the $200 we paid for the non-service of moving the building, the company representatives were very rude and actually hung up on me. I would recommend not dealing with them. I should have looked at their reviews as there have been over 30% negative on Facebook. This was a North Georgia project and this review involves their local office representatives who were very rude and argumentative.

Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

I believe in yelping the good, the bad and the ugly. In this case, it was horribly bad…read more So because I would be in the Brookhaven area, I went here last week to top off my Propane tank. I had just did a trade-in a couple days earlier at Lowes and used the tank about 30 minutes on low while I sat out back to enjoy a cigar and a glass of bourbon. So since I would do the same on New Years, I wanted to simply top off the tank. The tank was still at least 3/4 full. I carried the tank to the front and the guy told me to leave the tank up front and they would take it back to be filled. While I waited 3 other people came in to fill their tanks. Now, I am used to how the East Point Hardware operates as they allow you to see them fill the tank and then they write down the amount of propane filled and you simply take it to the register and pay and then pull your car up to grab the tank as they do not allow tanks in the store due to it being a fire hazard. When (she) manager brough my tank and receipt it read full price for a full refill. I knew this was impossible as the tank was barely used. I asked her to show me the amount placed in the tank and she simply said it was a full refill. When I told her this was impossible, she stated all of the tanks she received were full refills. I asked again, how could a tank that was 3/4 full need a full refill (price)? She could not even look me in the face when she said this as I knew she was not telling the truth even after questioning this a few times with her. Unfortunately, I bet this has happened to a lot of customers that did not pay attention to their receipt as it looks like this location will charge you for a full refill no matter how much propane is in the tank at the time of receiving for refill. This is truly an unscrupulous way to do business. Not everyone waits until their tanks are completely empty before getting refills. I am not sure if this is the manager's business practice or if she was trained to do it this way. Either way, it's not good!! Overcharging for propane refills I guess is an easy way to additionally get additional profit from customers. I am all for making sure a business makes their profit margins on their products, services etc, but do it ETHICALLY! By the way, the 2 young high school looking guys at the front of the store were very friendly.
