We had to take on some fixes ourselves due to gaps in execution, and multiple post-install service calls were missed, adding to the frustration. That said, the company did come back to address some of the issues. They trimmed out a vent and cabinet, provided the shelving we had requested, and offered additional fixes at an extra cost. While the process wasn't smooth, we do appreciate that they ultimately made an effort to correct some of the problems.
