We had to take on some fixes ourselves due to gaps in execution, and multiple post-install service calls were missed, adding to the frustration. That said, the company did come back to address some of the issues. They trimmed out a vent and cabinet, provided the shelving we had requested, and offered additional fixes at an extra cost. While the process wasn't smooth, we do appreciate that they ultimately made an effort to correct some of the problems. I was very impressed that they took a bad situation and did their best to make it right!!

Fast forward to March 2024 and I find myself wandering the aisles with another woman looking to see if any employees are even there. When I reach the back of the store I find two employees who couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask if I or the other customer needed help. Two customers in the middle of a weekday afternoon ended up walking out. This one drove straight to Floor and Decor where I spent $600. It's a shame they've gone from being a five star store to where they are now. Will never go back and can no longer recommend.
